My next miniatures therapy was sparked by @ms.tees_dollroom white pillar candles 🕯 and the chunky white candle holders. (🤔 hmmm…. I’m starting to sound like a promoter - naw…just a satisfied minis shopper🤷🏾‍♀️) Any-who, I used the caps from orange juice, a sports drink and hand cream as risers for the candles. The table is a paintbrush 🖌 holder from the @dollartree as are the flowers. The vase is a beaker which I got in a lot from a @goodwillintl. Aralia Kristine Worthington-Pinchbeck is having problems concentrating on what the young woman is saying to her, because she sees her diabetic husband about to eat himself into a sugar coma. Husband Jefferson Leo Withers and wife Velma Lucille are regulars at the boutique. Jefferson loves eating the freebies, while Velma raves over the various cheeses. They’ll have their large order packed and delivered, after Jefferson finishes eating and pays for it. Today, they’ve met up with their daughter’s in-laws and will have lunch or dinner together. Dasia and Mathias have decided to purchase the wine and cheeseboards from the boutique. Eiko knows what an honor it is to provide food and drinks for this couple’s reception. Mathias is happy to give Dasia free reign over their nuptials; however, Dasia wants them both to make the decisions. Right now, though, Mathias is interested in the free samples on the table in front of him. Dasia feels a little tiffed but quickly chills out when she recalls how much she loves him and that he only wants to make her happy. Yesterday was the freakiest Friday that Fanci has ever had. While volunteering at her community center as a Santa’s Helper, somehow, she fell down and her boot came off. When she finally composed herself, nobody knew where her knee high, black heeled boot was! They looked everywhere, but her boot seemed to have disappeared- not a trace. Frustrated and ticked off, after looking everywhere for it, Fanci decided to leave the festivities before she said or did something to a group of teens. She’d suspected that the group where the culprits; however, she refused to stay there and give them the satisfaction of gloating. She knew exactly how to handle the prankster teens at a later time. When she got home, she plopped down on her couch, clutched a pillow and tossed her elf hat on the floor. Eventually, she called back to see if anyone had found her boot but ended up even more frustrated with the situation. When it was clear that she’d been pranked, Fanci became amused and decided to take a much needed nap. While lying on her couch, she remembered what it was like to be a teen and decided not to make a big deal about the kid’s playfulness. Instead, her eyelids got heavy, while she sleepily watched the flame in the fireplace. One positive she thought; now she has an excuse to shop for a new pair of black, heeled boots. Finally, Holden and Mercy were able to break away from the Admin to get something to eat. They are joined by Holden’s older brother Porter Mason and his fiancé Marni. 
As suggested, they decided to go to the new seafood restaurant, “A B C” Seafood short for “A Big Catch.” Before their dinner arrives, Holden has made a statement about marriage that makes everyone else at the table pause. Mercy turns toward him and rests her head on her arm, as she waits for him to finagle himself out of his mess. Marni clasps her hands together in front of her, while Porter rubs his head in disbelief. Everyone is just waiting to hear where he’s going with his words. Realizing that he’s put his foot in his mouth, Holden gracefully backs out of his statement and profusely starts to explain and apologize about his debacle. With his earnestly recanted words neatly cleared up, everyone’s attention moves back to anticipation of their meal. Whew!!
