Are you clear and present about what you want and how your going to get there? Have you ever thought about try this whole mediation thing? Let me ask ya. Do other people distract you from being successful? Do you have a quiet place you can go to sit and write your goals or put together your master plan for success? Are other people or loved ones constantly distracting you from being successful? Do you ever want to f****ng scream at people and say "just shut the hell up and leave me aloneeeee!!!" SILENCE! lol "Silence is Golden!" Is one of my favorite sayings. In my opinion. It takes literally several hours a week of total isolation and solitude to get clear and present about your path. But the frustrating distractions other people bombard on you also generates the ambition to schedule those hours of solitude. So here's my point. Whether its 3am or 9pm. Schedule and set the intention to start breaking through the strongholds that are holding you back. Unfortunately we live extremely complex lives and thoughts like "make more money" or "I feel like I'm running out of time" can just piss you off more. That's why actually taking time to get crystal clear on what you want and how your going to get there are so important. More importantly it's about eliminating or reducing distractions and distracting people from your life. (Which means grow some balls and start standing up to people and creating healthy boundaries) How in the hell are you supposed to get clear about your intentions of you can't even get a second to breathe? This is how I felt all throughout my 20's. I was so financially broke and confused about my purpose that I let other people and stupid thoughts run my life. Now in my 30's Im learning that successful people have one main thing that unseccessful people don't. Successful people are more clear about their priorities and place a higher value on their time. Period. This also started to reveal itself to me when I discovered meditation. I started meditating 30 minutes a day. Doing guided meditations and breathing excercises. When you learn how to relax into this whole mind body connection thing. The amazing thing is that you start gaining more control over your life. Anyways this is a long ass letter.
