Right Now
Right NowLife seems a mysteryYou take a shot for meNothing’s more expensive than this memoryRight here, right nowIt’s kinda loud in our silenceUnder a flash of violet lights above your browYour eyes pierce my chestDoin’ my best just to breatheBeauty in the words you paintMake you farthest from a saintYet, here I am listening and a little faintRight here, right nowNo doubt we’re too familiar…

International research has identified five simple things we can do as part of our everyday lives to boost our mood and sense of wellbeing, and in New Zealand, each of these is associated with a higher level of wellbeing: connect, give, take notice, keep learning, and be active.

This aspiring filmmaker, Shea, compiled a video of the exact moment she told people they are beautiful and it is one of the most inspiring videos to exist. I don’t know if this has been posted or made its way to Tumblr yet, but I don’t care. I feel the need to share this with every single person I know, whether it’s online, or in real life, because this, is the most beautiful thing I’ve seen in my whole life and it gives me hope for the world. I don’t know if Shea has a Tumblr but if she does someone please tell me. Also, please go subscribe to her YouTube channel - Shea Glover #breathebeauty xoxo

Watch what happens when we’re given compliments!
I’m personally guilty of never believing people when they give me compliments, but it's always nice to hear them! People should really learn to give & accept compliments! :D

OMG I’m crying like a baby.
I can totally understand the girl who says she will kick her ass. Because I wouldn’t belive it too.
I would give the world to the person who says I am beautiful.
