Sudden episode of intense fear or anxiety and physical symptoms, based on a perceived threat rather than imminent danger. That's a panic attack. My attacks were absolutely terribly in college, they've gotten better, but they still leave me in tears. I've cried at home, work, church, driving, sometimes for the most ridiculous reasons. But every day is a little better, I've learned how to calm myself down rather quickly, though I cry off and on about somethings. Happy Thursday, everyone! I’m finally caught up! #thattookforever Today I introduce to you Worry. Doubt’s little sibling that can cause so much trouble. Worry is what comes after Doubt has been planted in our thoughts. You can pretend likes it’s not there, but it always is and if it’s not checked regularly it can turn into paranoia which can lead to greater problems. I worry about anything and everything. If I feel like I’ve ever hurt anyone I will constantly ask them if I have and sometimes that leads to them not wanting to be around me. Because of how much I worry I don’t really step outside of my comfort zone. I stop myself from doing things that I really want to do (like have a booth at a convention). Depression has two forms for me. The sticky clingy kind that just attaches to you and doesn't let go, causing loss of motivation and slow movements. And the ever looming shadow monster. I think the shadow form is the worst because it causes this overwhelming sense of doom. It's the one that normally is followed by doubt, and thoughts of failure. It's the kind that keeps me up at night. I haven't felt all that great the past two days and after not sleeping well on Friday night, I just wanted to sleep. But instead I was awake every two hours which made me feel even worse. ARE YOU READY FOR #INKTOBER???? CAUSE I AM!!!! :D I'm a little too excited for inktober this year, mainly because I have a theme for myself this year and I'm really excited about it. I will be doing at least two videos a week during the month of October. Probably every Tuesday and Friday, around Noon on both days.
