why are two of my worst fears receding gums and losing my hair and not like- death or snakes like normal people
#although i am very claustrophobic#the second i become too aware of being ‘trapped’ in a space too small i start to freak out#i say as i am under a weighted blanket and am starting to become aware of feeling trapped#brb have to panic over being under a blanket see y’all in a minute#anyways#when i was a kid i had a panic attack in one of those tunnel play thinfs at the zoo because there were kids in front of and behind me and i#couldn’t get out and it was too small and it felt like the walls were closing in on me#it was a summer camp field trip and for some reason none of my counselors were around#thankfully some random older woman noticed me crying and panicking and she made every kid behind me get out so that i could crawl back out#miss i have no idea who you are or what you look like but please now how grateful i am for you saving 8 year old me#that was traumatizing enough with being able to get out#i don’t want to think about what would have happened if i couldn’t#EUGH
