May I offer some nitpicking commentary about your power system?

The Turtle's Aura, I remember it being able to build constructions, but now when it can make any object, it kind of becomes just another Lucky Charm/Genesis and stops being about Protection.

What is the difference between the Bee and Dog? I like your version of the Bee's power, but your Dog has both basically the same concept (about authority) and very similar power (you can block a person's skills and give them orders via either the Dog or the Bee's toxin)

Your Rooster being future sight makes it a bit too similar to the Snake? The purpose of Second Chance is to learn future, and while it isn't this notable in Kari's system because of ~60 Miraculouses, in a 19 Miraculouses system it kind of strikes the eye more.

I like your idea of Rabbit's multiplication vs Mouse's shrinking, it works very well both with the animals and as a pair (Rabbit's extraversive power to "be everywhere" and Mouse's introversive power to hide in holes), but if your Mouse allows also to grow it kind of disrupts this picture? Less sure on this one, through.

The Horse's weapon being a sniper rifle doesn't fit the Miraculous world much, especially considering the Miraculouses were made in ancient times.

1 - About the Aura, I thought about protection, because it's almost unbreakable, and although it's not a Lucky charm and Genesis, since even if I tried to create something functional, it would only be the format; I didn't really think about it, it's a bit far from protection. I have some ideas that I've left out, I'll review them, of course they may also be a bit out of protection, but I don't think I'll be back with Shellter from the series.

2 - Ah, I think I know what happened, in the first version of the bee's power, it was to free people from the influence of akumatized people, but then I ended up changing it because it was similar to the Bee Palm from Scarlet Lady, and again I ended up not noticing the similarity in the exchange. I'll probably change the bee rather than the dog, since it hasn't been changed.

3 - I consider the second chance to be more of a save point than a vision of the future, since you have to live and try again and again, just like in the series, the longer you use the second chance, the older you get, not to mention that the vision of the future is more accurate, even if it is limited. But I think it's even better to change the second chance, since it's the only one that hasn't changed its power.

4 - Oh, that wasn't initially thought of, but it really is a good analogy, the rabbit was just one part of the original Mullo's separation of powers, but as well as making sense with his new concept, proportion, he was slightly influenced by two Yokais, Tesso and Kyuso, with Tesso being the main one, since in the legends I've read, he can change size, small or large.

5 - Oh, that was a translation error, English isn't my native language, I use a translator, originally it was supposed to be "rapieira", but I don't know why it came out snipe rifle. Here's my notepad in Brazilian Portuguese.

Brazilian Miracle Box:

Before anything, read the rules.

Considering I am from Brazil, and I am legitimately worried about the Rio Special (I am not from Rio, but it’s still my country). My country has already been portrayed as just Soccer, Carnaval and coffee by other movies, so, I feel scared it will happen again.

So, I decided to create some Miraculous based on my country (since they are probably not going to be used at their fullest).

Just warning: Some of the miraculouses were inspired by Brazilian animals, others by some myths, and some random because I was getting out of ideas. Some powers make sense, and some are random.

 1-Blue Arara Miraculous

Concept: Restoration.

Kwami: Cieel.

Power: Heal and deactivate the power of any Miraculous.

Weapon: Wizard Staff.

Object: Glasses.

 2-Ant Miraculous

Concept: Union.

Kwami: Hill.

Power: Create Psychological connections to anyone.

Weapon: Gauntlets.

Object: Anklet.

 3-Boto Miraculous:

Concept: Manipulation.

Kwami: Ynno.

Power: Hypnosis.

Weapon: Trident.

Object: Choker.

 4-Serpent Miraculous:

Concept: Maturation.

Kwami: Boii.

Power: Growing in Size.

Weapon: Whipp. Object: The Buckle of a Belt.

 5-Crocodile Miraculous:

Concept: Revenge.

Kwami: Speel.

Power: Something similar to akumatization, except that, instead of something that enters an object, it sticks into the skin.

Weapon: Bow and Arrow.

Object: Nose Piercing.

 6-Salamander Miraculous:

Concept: Connection.

Kwami: Portt.

Power: Creating portals between dimensions that work similarly to doors. The user also has access to some powers thematic of each dimension.

Weapon: Keyblade.

Object: Key shaped pendant.

 7-Mule Miraculous:

Concept: Judgement.

Kwami: Flamm.

Power: Unmasking someone’s true identity.

Weapon: Hammer.

Object: Hair Clips.

 8-Wolf Miraculous:

Concept: Adaptation.

Kwami: Karaam.

Power: Copying other holder’s ability.

Weapon: Spear.

Object: Bracelet.

 9-Golden Lion Tamarin Miraculous:

Concept: Lumination.

Kwami: Golddi.

Power: Shadow and Light manipulation.

Kuro Neko

I’ve seen a lot of people losing their minds over the newly confirmed name of episode 23: Kuro Neko. Since it means “black cat” in Japanese, people are obviously panicking over Chat Noir. I’ve seen theories that this will effectively be Chat Blanc 2.0 or something to do with Kagami since the name is Japanese. Personally, I don’t think that’s exactly it.

I’ve made separate posts about this topic in the past, way before all this, and every time I get some new information, I’m a little more confident in my working theory. In the interest of not retyping everything I’ve said before in the past, here are the two links. If you have the time and energy I recommend taking a look, but if not I’ll add TLDRs as well. TLDR; In the post I mostly talked about how I hoped Marc and Nathaniel would come about their miraculouses, but the relevant part is about Alix. I said that I hope Nathaniel would become a hero to stop Timebreaker because I thought their friendship appeared a little one sided just from what we saw in Reverser, and this would show us the other side.

I included screenshots of the season two/three intro compared to the season four intro. In the old one, Alix and Nath are on a photo together in the photo collage with all the characters, but in the new one, Alix’s half of the photo is completely covered by Marc’s Polaroid picture. None of the other new Polaroid photos cover anything up. Since the intro is known for subtle foreshadowing, like the girls with their animal filters, I thought this might mean something.

If Alix were to be reakumatized, I predicted that the context would be a direct parallel to the Ladynoir conflict. Alix would feel under-appreciated and left out, as if she were being replaced, just like Chat Noir feels now, and she wouldn’t bring it up, just pretending like nothing’s different. This leads into the next part of my theory.

TLDR; a wide spread of Zag characters was shown in a promotional video, and among them, concept art for a cat-like creature that’s never shown up in any Zag content before, unlike every other character on there.

Its design and color scheme reminded me of a magical charm from old season four concept art featuring five charms, two of which are for Rocketear and Robustus, who’ve both shown up. In the last post, I thought it might be for Timebreaker, but now this black cat looks a lot more likely. Since it’s right below Timebreaker in the spread, I thought it might be her sentimonster. Plus, it looks like the Cheshire Cat, and Alix is full of Alice in Wonderland references.

New Support

Now that you know my old thoughts, here’s how the title reveals affect them under the assumption that I’m on the right track. I was honestly waiting and hoping/expecting one of the titles to have “cat” in it for this reason, and I’m pretty excited to see I was at least right about that.

Since this episode is 23, it’ll be right after whatever the Big Thing is that happens in episode 22, which is probably has to do with some Ladynoir conflict stuff. If I’m right about the akuma being a parallel to Chat Noir, then the sentimonster’s black-cat-with-green-eyes-and-a-golden-bell design will only make it more obvious. Maybe it’ll even start a conversation between Ladybug and Chat, or at least they’ll make some comments about the senti that could easily be said about Chat as well.

I’m also thinking... if Alix gets a magical charm in episode 23, then she, Nino, Juleka, and Zoe would be the only protected hero characters unless someone else will still get one too. But Alix is also supposed to learn the heroes’ identities and use the rabbit miraculous at some point. Out of her, Alya, and Luka, (who know the identities) she’d be the only protected one.

The ambassadors have been vague about when present Bunnix will make her appearance, only confirming the other four remaining heroes for season four without any mention of her, but whenever she does get the miraculous, it’ll be for some serious problem where she’s the last resort. Maybe Rena and Viperion, who can usually solve the serious problems, will be compromised, and Bunnix, protected by a charm, can fix things.

I’m sure I’ll get more evidence even in the future, but for the time being I’m off to theorize about everything else that was already in my drafts and all that crazy stuff that’s just been dropped on us. Can’t wait to see what happens!

If anyone wants a summary of Guiltrip (I'm Brazilian and just watched it:

SPOILERSPOILERSPOILERS

- At the beginning of the episode, Rose tells the teacher she's not feeling well, and the teacher asks Marinette to take Rose to the infirmary.

- Marinette comes back to the class and tells everyone that Rose said she had just skipped breakfast. At lunch time, however, Juleka receives a message from Rose, showing that Rose had to be taken to the hospital (Juleka then gets sad and doesn't want to eat anymore, and for that Marinette makes a joke that she might get sick if she doesn't eat well).

- Juleka then starts running and Marinette thinks it's because Juleka got offended for some reason. Cut to Marinette and Adrien and everyone else trying to find Juleka (note: Marinette is doing her best around Adrien but still slips a little sometimes...)

- They find Juleka and Marinette tries to apologize, but Juleka says it's not the joke she's sad about. She then shows the picture Rose sent from the hospital to everyone, saying Rose got sick when she was little, and it may come back at any moment.

- They swear they're not telling Rose they know she's sick, but start treating her differently.

- Rose notices and Juleka feels guilty for betraying her secret like that. Rose decides to come open about her condition, expecting everyone to go back to treating her like everyone else, but they are still very worried.

- Their antics make Rose uncomfortable, which in turn make Juleka even more guilty. She runs away, and Shadowmoth finds her. She then transforms into Reflekta and Duusu's feather gets into her phone, but she throws it away (too sad to act).

- The sentimonster is still active however, and she gets sucked into it. Rose, who had followed Juleka into the bathroom, runs back to the classroom and tell everyone Juleka was akumatized.

- Everyone goes and tries to get Juleka back, and is sucked into the sentimonster (?). Everyone but Marinette and Adrien, who got away to transform. Ladybug and Chat Noir then come to the scene and try to get into the sentimonster carefully, but get sucked anyway.

- There, they find everyone getting trapped inside those bubbles, each one chanting what they feel guilty about (the saddest one in my opinion was Nino, who said he couldn't help his best friend confront his father 😔).

- Chat hears that and feels guilty. He starts to get trapped too. Ladybug tries to free him, but also starts to get trapped, both saying they should give up their miraculouses.

- Rose almost gets trapped, but she's too bright to feel guilty or any other negative emotions. Ladybug sees this, and decides she may help.

- Ladybug then calls her lucky charm, and her suit changes (I didn't realize it was possible? Did they skip episodes or did I just miss it?). She gets a pickaxe but doesn't know how to use it. She then calls for the Pig miraculous, and hands it to Rose. The kwami is called Daisy (?).

- Rose transforms, and tries to get to Reflekta, who has the most bubbles. She uses her power, which is to show those who are akumatized what it is they want the most. Juleka want the entire class to go back to the way they treated Rose before.

- That makes Juleka come back, and Chat cataclysms the akumatized object, but Reflekta's clones (the classmates) try to come after them. They 'swim' back to the entrance but cannot get out, and that's when Ladybug knows that the pickaxe is supposed to help her get out.

- Ladybug then gets out and gets Juleka's phone from the trash, destroying it. She purifies Duusu's feather and everything goes back to normal.

- In the end, everyone tries to treat Rose like normal.

(ancient Chinese background music plays) Long ago, a grand temple stood in China, in it, held the most powerful artifacts unknown to man, the miraculouses. They were under the reign of a group of monks known as The Order of the Guardians. A young guardian was chosen to watch these magical items, but during their duties, caused a destruction that would soon lead to an even worse fate. The guardian survived protecting the Miracle Box, but lost two in their escape and the grimoire. The guardian lived with the guilt of their actions. They feared it would one day come back to haunt them............and it did! The story continues here:

*Feast-What has been seen in the Louvre that we haven’t already seen? The Mona Lisa being stolen (“Copycat”), Alya almost becoming a sacrifice (“The Pharaoh”), that big rock thingy with some kind of Chinese symbol on it. Wait! What’s that about? Well, let’s look that up............on the Ladyblog! According to our aspiring journalist, Alya has been researching the secrets of the miraculouses and how they’ve been around throughout the centuries! All the way from the Renaissance to the Ancient Greeks where all the great heroes were secretly miraculous holders and Alya discovered that through all of them bearing the same symbol like on the Miracle Box! (and that big rock thingy).

That’s pretty good, but let’s go ask someone who’s living proof of all this, Master Fu! Alright Wang Fu, we’ve been in this fandom for a few years now and we deserve to hear some God damn answers already! Now spill! Ahem! (sits down cross legged and tells the tale) When Fu was around Marinettes age, he was the chosen one to guard the Miracle Box, but like any (pre) adolescent, he hated the responsibility of the job especially since he was taken from his family and forced to sit around watching the box for 24hrs w/out food. Yeesh!😬 Fu used (out of all the miraculouses) the peacock one to create a sentimonster and have it fetch him some food. Unfortunately, it went outta control, due to Fu’s angst about being a guardian, ate the temple, the monks, the other miraculouses (wait! There’s more!?), so Fu ran away with the Miracle Box, as it had a craving for miraculouses, and he accidentally lost “you-know-which” along with the grimoire (the miraculous book) and the sentimonster fell into a lava pit. The End!

Um Alya, Sweetie, I think maybe you should stick to your other blogs cuz all that info you just put out there about the miraculouses, it got Hawk Moths attention! Now no thanks to that, Mayura (yes, Nat is still doing this, but this was before the “Ladybug” ep) is gonna unleash whatever’s in that big rock thingy (actually a lava rock) containing a “special surprise” inside! (P.S: it’s not a chewy caramel nouget). It’s the sentimonster! It’s name was Feast! It survived for centuries! And it’s still hungry! He was a small blue frog-like thing with a Chinese symbol on its head and no face, but a mouth and that tongue! Oh God! That tongue!😱👅. Hawk Moth promised it all the miraculouses (after he’s done with the two most important ones) and his and Mayura’s as a bonus if Feast fetched ‘em for him. Huh, you know, that’s actually the nicest thing I’ve seen Hawk Moth do. Really!

Driven by his extreme centuries old guilt, Master Fu takes back the heroes miraculouses and we have a very bizarre street chase that involves Marinette in a motorcycle suit/helmet (her signature disguise look) and Adrien in a banana suit!?............where the f*ck did he get that!? And yet, they believed they were their crime fighting partner cuz, Hey! Who else knows a tiny hundred year old Chinese man?

FINALLY! We got a backstory on what Master Fu’s biggest mistake was and how it all happened! Well it’s about damn time! (for f**ks sake, it’s Season 3!). He’s mentioned it in “The Collector” and he’s lived that nightmare in “Sandboy”, but the truth comes back to bite him in the a**. So, you mean to tell us, that the reason why the temple was done, why the peacock and butterfly miraculous were lost, why Emilie is in a coma, how Gabriel’s start of darkness happened, why we have the love square and how this whole show started was because Master Fu-HAD THE MUNCHIES!? WTF!? Are you f**king serious!? “This” was the cause! Okay, I get it! Fu was just a teenager when it happened. He was stubborn and selfish (just like our heroes) and of course, he didn’t know any better. He never asked for this! He was just a kid. He wanted to have fun and hang out with friends and not be put through a life changing experience from higher ups! Sure he made a huge a** mistake that caused a chain of events to happen, but he learned from those mistakes. We’ll get back to that, Alya meant well, she was only trying to help Ladybug unmask Hawk Moth cuz after 3 seasons already, they need to start tracking him down. First clue, he’s in Paris. Nathalie sensed an amok in that lava rock cuz Feast was in it and ate the staff where Master Fu put the amok and it caused her “dizzy spells”. Hmmmm, same as Emilie before her.......... “nap” (Gabe, get a second glass coffin). Something we learned in this ep, Hawk Moth can akumatize sentimonsters! Whoa! And Ladybug can “de-evilize” both an akuma and an amok at the same time! Sure it was wrong of Fu to take back the heroes miraculouses w/out their permission (especially after that sweet piano duet Adrien and Plagg had that was straight outta “Looney Tunes”/“Tom and Jerry” cartoon), but he did so out of safety concerns cuz Feast would’ve eaten them. Speaking of which Ladybug took up the role of Jonah again and this time w/ a sentimonster! And w/ Cat Noir! Lol! He was so done w/ that sh*t! Feast also ate Cats “stick” (Badum-tish!🥁). Mwah! Good-night everybody! Hey! Like Tikki told Marinette, “(Marinette) are Ladybug, w/ or w/out the mask!” (“Antibug”). Wayzz points out how determined and devoted the heroes are to help Master Fu and stop Feast despite their lack of powers cuz that’s what makes a true hero. That’s what made Fu realize he should stop giving himself a (literal) guilt trip and let them fight back! Sadly, no Jade Turtle transformation once again. Ugh! Why bother showing us the art of him when you don’t even show it! All we got was “Bikerbug and Banana Noir”! (still don’t know where he got that suit). After 172 years, the temple is brought back along w/ the monks and the rest of the miraculouses in Tibet thanks to Ladybugs “Miraculous Ladybug” fix-up (so it was 1844 when all this sh*t happened?). The Chinese miraculouses were the only ones left, but now that we know there are others (like the fandom OC-ed), we’ll be seeing ‘em! Like that Brazilian miraculous holder in Season 4 I heard! Hmmm, I know that there’s a Chinese zodiac and there’s also a Native American and Celtic one and last, but not least, the Western zodiac (with our own five elements) that includes a lion like how Hercules/Heracles was symbolized from what Alya said. Hmmmm, wasn’t there a concept art of a lion miraculous we saw? Marinettes training as Ladybug is fully complete and now, as was promised in “Backwarder”, Master Fu makes her the new guardian of the miraculouses!🎉Congrats! Marinette!🎉 Gabe/Hawk Moth will eventually realize Fu was Adriens Chinese substitute teacher (“Syren”) like how he almost figured out Adrien was Cat Noir (“Gorizilla”) from his discovery (“Simon Says”) now that he knows what the guardian looks like as well as his name (“Backwarder”). Watch yourself, Fu! Don! Don! Don!

Honestly I wish I cared about the Agreste storyline enough to make any kind of a guess, but wow is it hard to even try. But even if I tried I don’t know enough about what Gabe knows to make a good guess anyway.

i feel like this might be long but here’s my two cents

the way i see it, the guardians must of had operatives stationed all over the world. there could be evils needed to be monitored, and it’s better than keeping their eggs in one basket. after the temple was destroyed, those scattered guardians were in a scary position.

by all accounts the temple shouldn’t have been destroyed, considering its inhabitants were highly trained. whatever, or whoever, took the temple out out could be going for the remaining guardians too. so, they flee underground, taking their Miraculouses with them. 100 years later, Marinette and Fei find the lost Prodigious.

I’ve lowkey been thinking the American and Brazilian Kwamis are also not-kwamis, or “cousins” so to speak. it makes you wonder the differences of a Miraculous and a Prodigious

Okay so apparently this is what Shanghai special kwamis are supposed to look like. Well, not kwamis, because apparently they're their cousins, called "Renlings".

Honestly, I used to think that other Miracle boxes would be based on new zodiacs, and I don't really know if I am happy because they manadged to suprise me, or upset, because such a popular and interesting headcanon was just trashed. But I have to admit, these little guys are so cute!

I jave a few questions tho:

Were their Miraculouses created and kept in the same temple where the parisian Miracle Box used to be, before Master Fu Destroyed it?

What about Miraculouses in new York, or Brazil? Are their inhabitants also not actually kwamis? Where were they hidden beforw they got discovered?

Theey should better explain this because I'm hella curious

Youre aware of startrain, yes? I was kind of surprised No one was talmong about how there were more miraculous lost to the sentimonster, which implies that there could be a bunch of different types of miraculous and different powers. I was interested, whats your take?

I want to see what they do with the ones they currently have. I guess it is cool in concept if they maybe had evil miraculous wielders and then its like a miraculous showdown outside of Hawkmoth for once.

But I doubt that.
