A Ray Of Hope

After spendin a long time travelin to Indian territory, Ah stop off at an inn and book a room.

“Passin through?”

“Nah. Ah got business here for a few days.”

“Well here’s your key.”

"Thanks.

Ah take it and drop mah suitcase off. Ah go back to the desk.

“Ya’ll got whiskey round here?”

“Just up the road.”

“Thanks.”

Ah leave mah horse at the stables and walk to the tavern. A man’s already sittin at the counter.

“Howdy.”

He flinches and turns to me. He’s all tan like an Indian.

“Howdy.”

“Sorry for spookin ya. Name’s Jodie.”

“Pacer.”

Ah sit down next to him.

“That whiskey?”

“Yeah.”

“Great. Barkeep how’s bout Ah get a couple shots?”

He nods and pours me some.

“So Pacer ya lived here long?”

“My whole life. Where are you from?”

“Ah’m the champion wrassler a the Smokey Mountains.”

Pacer sips his drink.

"That still doesn’t explain why you’re here in Indian territory."

"Ah'm here 'cause there's more money ta be made here. And Ah heard there's a pretty fair wrasslin audience around these parts."

"Hmm."

Ah take in Pacer's face.

"Wh-Why are you givin me that look for?"

"Nothing. Why? Do you feel nervous being around a half Kiowa man?"

"No. Not one bit. Whaddya think Ah am, sum kinda racist jackass?"

"It wouldn’t be surprising. I’m used to stuff like that."

Ah sigh.

"Well not everybody is like that, ya know. Ah ain't gonna treat ya like trash jus cause ya have Indian blood in ya veins."

"Shows how you’re not from here."

"And Ah'm assumin people around here got some beef with y'all Indians, do they?"

"There’s been Kiowa attacks and some of the men want to drive them all out. My brother’s all white like our Pa so they asked him to join them."

"And what did he say?"

Pacer rubs his face.

"He wanted to keep out of it since their way would be too far. He won’t ever get being me though. Only my mother could know even half of what it’s like being me."

"It must really suck havin a foot in both worlds with neither foot fittin in completely, huh?"

He starts drinking a second glass.

"You're drinkin like you want yer liver ta shrivel up. Ah can understand why you're down. But ain't nobody worth dyin over. You got anyone you care about?"

Pacer side eyes me as he drinks.

"What?"

"Don’t make me more depressed than I already am."

"Ah ain't tryin ta depress ya, Ah'm tryna cheer ya up! You're a nice fella, just lookin for love. If'n ya look hard enough, Ah'm sure you can find it somewhere."

He finishes his drink and sets down his coins to leave.

"Hey Ah ain’t done yet."

Pacer makes it outside.

"Well I am."

"Damnit, wait up!"

Ah hurry after Pacer.

"Leave me alone!"

Pacer having a low alcohol tolerance snaps and turns to punch me.

"Ouch!"

Ah get a nice shiner from his hit but Ah step back enough to not get the full force of it.

"Damn boy, ya got one nasty right hook."

"Do something about it then."

"Alright. You’re on."

We start fighting until Pacer passes out from the alcohol.

"Jesus, that boy's a light weight."

Ah pick up Pacer and carry him off somewhere he can rest.

"Good thing nobody saw this."

Ah toss him on the bed and grab some water and a cloth to clean him up with.

"Damn. Now Ah gotta sleep in the same bed."

Ah heave a sigh and crawl into bed, keeping as much space as possible between me and Pacer's unconscious body.

Time Skip

When Ah wake up, Ah look down to see mahself holdin Pacer.

"Damn."

Pacer opens his eyes then looks away.

"Sorry."

"Aw don't worry bout it. The gettin drunk and passin out ain't a huge deal, but this-"

Ah emphasize the situation for a second time.

"-is a pretty damn odd sight ain't it?"

"Yeah.

"Ah can't help but wonder one thing though…"

"How you can get the stench of Kiowa out of your bed?"

"That's not what Ah was goin to ask."

Ah reach out to turn Pacer's head so he's lookin at me.

"Ya alright?"

"I don’t want my mother getting anymore trouble than she already gets."

Ah’m a little taken back by the change in topic but keep my voice calm and steady.

"What’re you worried about with your mama?"

"My Pa and Clint left to check our ranch. I’m supposed to watch the house with her."

Ah realize what Pacer’s getting at.

"So you’re worried some rustlers or outlaws might decide to raid yer property and mess with y’all."

"That’s why I need to ride back home."

Ah give a small laugh at his quick response.

"Alright then, up ya go. We got a bit of a journey ahead of us so we should get goin."

“We?”

“Yeah. You don’t need all this trouble. Ah don’t have anythin else to do today.”

"Thanks."

Pacer gets dressed and grabs his horse.

"How'd you get here?"

"Dunno. Barkeep must've brought 'em."

Pacer mounts.

"I’ll lead the way."

Ah give a quick nod and walk over to my horse, givin her a small pat on the head before getting into the saddle.

"Sounds good. Let’s get movin."

Time Skip

"This is it."

Ah take in the area, gettin a clear view of how rural the property is. If there were any outlaws or criminals, them and their horses would be able to approach without anyone in town noticin them at all.

"Yeah, Ah see why you’d worry a bit about your mama."

Ah get off my horse and follow Pacer to the front door, looking around to see if there’s anything about the house that looks wrong.

"Is your mama in there alone?"

"I’ll check."

Ah hear a woman's voice.

“Who is there?”

Ah let Pacer approach first, lettin him assure his mother since she ain't gonna know me.

"It’s me, Ma. I’m sorry for being gone so long. I have a guest with me."

The door opens.

“You are new?”

Ah dip my hat and give the woman a polite smile.

"Yes ma’am. The name’s Jodie Tatum."

“Come in.”

"Thank you."

Ah find a comfortable seat in one of the chairs and sit down, takin off my hat and holdin it in my lap.

"I’ll go and wash up for breakfast, Ma."

Pacer leaves the room. Ah sit quietly for a few moments, takin a moment to look around the room. From what Ah can tell everythin looks normal, it seems like Pacer’s mama has been doin fine so far with nothin bad happenin.

"This is the first time he brought anyone home, friend or otherwise."

Ah can’t help but feel oddly honored by the fact. The idea that Pacer would trust me enough to let me meet his mother and visit his home… it means a lot.

"Is that right?"

"This town has not been too kind to him now that he is grown. You do not fear him."

Ah tilt my head to the side slightly, a small smile gracin my face from where Ah’m sittin.

"Seems to me they just can’t stand that he’s so civilized. He’s more polite than Ah'd ever be."

"You should go when your business is done here then."

Ah’m puzzled by this comment and look at her.

"Why do you say somethin like that?"

"This is not your war. You mean well for my son. So you must keep yourself safe."

Ah give a small nod, givin her a smile even with my clenched jaw.

"You’re a good woman and Ah appreciate ya lookin out for Pacer, he deserves that. So Ah can’t just leave him like this."

"He will be heartbroken if you die from this. His only friend."

The lady’s calmness only irritates me more, but Ah keep my voice from soundin too angry.

"Why aren’t you more afraid? You sound pretty calm when the whole's gonna be fightin."

"I have done nothing for them to be angry. They would have come to attack myself and Pacer knowing we watch the house if I am their enemy."

Ah can only clench my fists. Ah pause for a second, contemplating the woman’s words.

"What if… y’all just leave?"

"My husband has a ranch and this house. We have nowhere else to go. If you have a plan to help us then share it with my husband. He will return with his son Clint, tomorrow."

Ah give a strong nod, determined to try to come up with an idea to protect this family that’s done nothin’ to deserve any of this

"Alright, Ah’ll talk with ‘em both when they get here."

Before she can reply Pacer comes back in. We sit down for breakfast while Ah keep quiet so Ah can think of a plan. Ah just can't let Pacer's family get caught up in this. Not if Ah can help it.

Oshi No Ko Chapter 143 – My Thoughts/Analysis

I knew we were going to be in for a real treat when the previous chapter ended the way it did, and boy howdy did this chapter not disappoint. Spoilers for Oshi No Ko Ch143 below.

The chapter starts off immediately where the last one ends. I said in my previous analysis that we might cut away from Aqua’s reaction where it stands but to see them commit to showing the entire scene like this is a really good sign. Considering how things are framed in the manga, giving this interaction continuous spotlight without cuts is really going to hammer in the importance of this chapter even further.

“I can’t help it. If I don’t hold you tight, I feel like you’ll suddenly disappear, sensei.” Rubyyyyyyyy. You really have to feel for her in this scene. After finding out Goro died when he was the reason she wanted to become an idol in the first place and now that he’s here in front of her you can’t blame her for being so clingy to him.

Ruby asking him to call her Sarina-chan is as precious as always. Aqua trying to brush it off is also quite in-character for him. The man can be insensitive toward other people’s feelings sometimes—mostly because of his own Issues—but his heart’s in the right place. Not to mention his own trauma pushing him in the direction where he thinks he doesn’t deserve anything good happening to him. Trauma can be a bitch like that.

Ah, I’m sure the mental age comment is going to have people riled up again. It might be relatively accurate for Aqua—though not fully, as we’ve already seen the lines between Aqua and Goro blur by his own admission—but Ruby didn’t get the chance to grow this old in her previous life. This is all new to her, whereas for Aqua he’d already had the chance to be this age in the past.

…Aqua owns a pair of glasses? I recall he had a pair in the first few chapters of the manga where he wanted to deceive that one girl but it’s the first time that’s been brought up in awhile. It could be Ichigo’s but we haven’t seen much of him since he reappeared.

“You always listen to my selfish requests no matter what.” I’ve suddenly been attacked by the mental image of Sarina staying up late to watch B-Komachi and Goro telling her to go to sleep and in exchange he’ll record the concert for her to watch later.

He looks so similar to Goro in this scene with him wearing the glasses. Perhaps it’s the way the panel and his hairstyle is drawn, but I’m already reminded of the first chapter of the series. The callbacks…

What did I just say about the callbacks??? Ruby asks Aqua if he’ll marry her in a joking manner and again Aqua brushes her off like in the first chapter. Holy shit.

And Ruby’s using the 18 years old line here. I was wondering when she was going to bring that up. And seeing her being praised by the person she loves…it’s so sweet. We really needed some levity after how dark and depressing the past few chapters were. Depending on the atmosphere of some media an onslaught of darkness can be fine, but Oshi No Ko isn’t solidly grimdark enough to justify it.

Ruby is really piling on the pressure here. To her, those meetings with Goro in the hospital room were her light. They were one of the only things tying her to life and a better future since even her own parents didn’t give her the relief of human interaction. Is it any wonder that she was so attached to someone who treated her with overwhelming care and affection? Sarina wasn’t even his patient and he took time out of his day to be with her and comfort her through her ordeal. Of course she was going to be attached to him and vice versa. Those days might have been the happiest she had ever been.

And of course Aqua’s trauma rears its ugly head. It’s an integral part of his character that I’ve seen so many people discount since the series has started. His entire character is built upon the guilt that he feels for being the reason(in his mind) about why his mother is dead. Am I talking about Ai or Goro’s unnamed mother? Either works—but the fact that Aqua’s been put into a situation where he feels like he’s the reason why someone he loves is dead isn’t going to do him any favors. Any sort of healing he’d done over the years as Goro had suddenly been ripped apart after Ai’s death.

Aqua with his singular white star eye… Oh jeez, he’s really letting down his barriers in front of Ruby now, isn’t he. And I also note that he doesn’t have that black star eye in his other eye. In half the chapter alone Ruby has already done more for him than any of his other love interests. I mean seriously—Kana didn’t even seem to notice Aqua’s entire facade, and Akane couldn’t even partially drag him out of it. I don’t think it’s a stretch to say that Ruby is the most important person to Aqua if he’s reacting like this to her right now.

And damn—we get to see Aqua’s thoughts on what he’s been doing and how he feels about all of this. This chapter really echoes back some of the things we’d already seen about Aqua and how he thinks, how he reacts and his thoughts on everything that’s happened. The black star eyes return to him as the memories of all the things he’s done come back to him…with the revenge plot looming in the background of this entire interaction.

Ruby’s star eyes returning as she mentions idols is very on-brand for her. Ditto with this entire infodumping setup about idols. Very cute.

“Sensei, you’re my idol.” Aqua is the real Oshi No Ko confirmed. This is only half a joke as I do think that both Ruby and Aqua are what the title of Oshi No Ko is referring to. So I wonder if in the future Aqua will say that Ruby is his idol as a callback to this scene. There’s also the odd brackets in the whole Oshi No Ko title that I know will be relevant due to Word Of God but I’ll table that discussion until it becomes more relevant.

“Thank you for being alive.” It’s quite plausible that this might be the first time he’s heard those words before. Goro’s relationship with his grandparents wasn’t exactly the coziest from what I remember, Ai famously had issues speaking about love and intimacy, and Miyako would always have some sort of distance with the twins even if she was their foster mother. Even Aqua’s other love interests haven't even got that far with him to say those words.

Blind follower, huh. I know that there’s some translation liberties taken with this scene considering the underlying currents behind those English words, but someone made a better explanation of the subtleties that were lost in translation that I’ll link here.

Oh hey it’s a mention of an event that only happened in the Spica novel! That whole thing where Goro ran to get Sarina concert tickets. I was hearing some slop about how people were talking about it being noncanon because of the material in it and because it was written by another author, but with the Oshi No Ko writer’s blessing, so it’s great that we finally have some confirmation on that end.

“Nothing’s changed. You’re still the first love I adore.” Putting aside the whole “first love” bit which I will get to later, it’s also curious to note that his behavior from when he was Goro vs Aqua hasn’t changed from Ruby’s perspective. As the only person to see both Goro and Aqua—aside from Ai, but she’s dead—she can make such a statement and leave it uncontested.

This monologue from Ruby about how she’ll accept everything about Aqua wholeheartedly…it really tugs at some heartstrings. Whatever evils, whatever burdens Aqua will endure, Ruby will accept them all alongside him. It’s a stark contrast to Akane wanting to “save” Aqua from himself. And makes it perhaps doubly hilarious that Akane hasn’t done anything plot relevant to actually stop Aqua’s revenge scheme—hell, she’s even now a part of it.

DID SHE REALLY PULL A TITLE DROP THERE???? AND WITH AQUA SHOWING WHITE STAR EYES AS WELL?????

Oh my god we cut back to the movie Ai and Hikaru kissing. I can’t believe it. On one hand I’m mad because we didn’t get the buildup for it on the set itself and context for it there, but on the other I’m just as satisfied because we finally got to see them set their feelings on the table and FUCKING KISS.

I NEED to know whether or not Aqua has white star eyes after the kiss scene during the movie. His eyes are still closed in the final panel but if they’re still white after it I think that’s game. Both Kana and Akane have had their shot at dragging Aqua back from the abyss and failed but if he still has white star eyes in the next chapter and keeps having them for the long term…then it’s pretty much over.

Thematically, none of the other girls were able to understand Aqua enough to make him shine again. Akane could only understand a fraction of the whole of Aqua, and Kana can only see Aqua’s facade without exerting the effort to understand him deeper.

But I don’t think this is the climax of the entire arc just yet. Things still need to develop for Aqua and Ruby with the movie production further—there are still issues with the script that need to be touched on, Crow Girl’s presence, Hikaru lurking in the background, and Ruby’s former mother still shrouded in darkness. There’s still plenty of things that’ll still need spotlight on—I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re only about a third or so of the arc down, which is already concerning considering it’s already the longest arc we’ve got. But I’m sure I’ll have words to say on that mess and the entire state of the movie arc after it finishes.

Oh man, giving me the challenging stuff! I don’t ship any of these, but in the spirit of the meme I wanted to try really hard to envision these scenarios. This ended up being really fun, so thanks anon!

Just a note, though: I’m going to put Doc/Lightning in a separate post and under a Read More, so people who are squicked by things that border on parent/child can scroll past it more easily.

Lightning/Francesco

when or if I started shipping it. Lightning/Francesco? I don’t. XD

my thoughts: They feed off each other’s energy. In public it’s mostly barbs and sass, and the folk around them kinda get it; like it’s good fun, they’ve got a good rapport. But they also have really deep, borderline metaphysical conversations with each other. Not Fillmore-metaphysical, but like–their purpose in the universe, the nature of camaraderie and the human condition (car condition, whatever). And Diegesis, because of course Francesco is a good Catholic. It’s never for long, and always ends on an energetic uptick, but it’s part of the song and it’s the combination of these aspects that makes their relationship such a virtuoso performance.

What makes me happy about them: KA-CIAO

What makes me sad about them: They race on completely different circuits on completely different continents, so they don’t get to see each other much.

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: N/A

Things I look for in fanfic: N/A

My kinks: Since they’re both racers but are such completely different cars in all possible mechanical senses, they’re actually really interested in/attuned to how the other works and moves. Learning how to drive together is just as much a new language as Lightning’s endearingly horrible Italian. They’re better at the driving thing.

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: Sallyyyyyy

my thoughts: What’s so interesting about them together is that it always feels like there’s a third car in the room–this psychic amalgamation of all the things they’re projecting onto each other. Neither of them are the sort to be intimidated by the competition–but they both put each other on the defensive. Lightning because of the part of him that’s deeply self-conscious about his potential inadequacy in light of the paradigm shift Storm represents–a part he’s not quite in touch with, and doesn’t really want to be. Storm, because the racing world freaking loves this guy. LOVES him. And Lightning moves through the world in a way that makes it clear that he assumes cars will like him, and he will like them, and it drives Storm insane because what world is that. WHAT WORLD IS THAT. So whenever they interact, there’s all this added friction and heat between them, like tinder.

What makes me happy about them: When tossed into inopportune situations together, they have this hackneyed teamwork that’s totally goofy, because they’re maladapted in a lot of the same ways–no matter how much more mature Lightning insists he is, and no matter how much edgier Storm thinks he is. XD

What makes me sad about them: They don’t realize this, but a lot of what they find so attractive about their relationship is based on the high emotion of all their self-conscious anxieties. So they feed these things instead of trying to work on them. Which keeps the fires of attraction high but only makes them more dysfunctional in the long run.

Things done in fanfic that annoys me: N/A

Things I look for in fanfic: Lightning and Storm both having things to work on, and not just Storm (even though Storm has more obvious work to do; I’m just not into the power dynamic where only one person is learning and the other person is perfect)

My kinks: outsider POVs on the pressure front that moves in and palpable changes the atmosphere of a room any time Storm and Lightning are in proximity.

Who I’d be comfortable them ending up with, if not each other: You know, my default answer for Lightning would be Sally, but in the AU where this relationship takes place, I actually don’t think Lightning and Sally would be right for each other. Not coming out of this relationship with Storm, in any case.

My happily ever after for them: That might be a shade more than they can hope for. But I do very much wish them well.

The Brothers and Side Characters Play the Sims

I don’t know what possessed me to make this but WHATEVER. I’ve been playing the Sims since I was a wee little girl, and I’ve seen my fair share of weird Sims stuff that I feel would fit these bozos perfectly.

My Sims have a Functional Family Life Because I Don’t (Lucifer)

God dammit Levi’s obsessed with another game... ugh.

Spends 5 minutes in Create-a-Sim and hops into a starter home.

Lucifer’s the type to start with all the average stuff and then build their stuff up as his sim gets promotions.

It’s just... so peaceful...

...he’s adopting a dog.

Look at his new little virtual family... his sim-kids are self sufficient and getting A’s in school, his Sim spouse MC or Diavolo take your pick loves his Sim-self, his sim-dog-

WAIT NO- THE DOG’S AN ELDER?!

AAAAAAAAAAAAA-

He’s fine. It was just a virtual dog. *sniffle*

He’s now spending his free time drinking Demonus and playing the Sims.

Behold, My Gorgeous Home... It’s a Box (Mammon)

Mammon, like the rest of the HOL, is mooching off of Levi’s Origin account.

“AW SHIT! This house looks awesome! I’m gonna build it for Sim-me to live in!”

Mammon proceeds to build a box with rooms. Yay...

He just picks the funnest sounding job if he picks any job at all for his Sim. That’s how he ended up making 9 dollars an hour in the criminal career.

Didn’t stop Mammon from buying that solid gold bathroom set from Get Famous... a box with solid gold bathrooms.

His Sim is broke send help-

“Leviiiiiii my sim needs money... the people my sim kidnapped and is forcing to paint aren’t making enough money...” “Ugh... press control shift C and type ‘motherlode’.”

...Levi made a mistake.

“FUCK YEAH! MOTHERLODE!”

His sim’s life is so chaotic, he has a piranha pool that his sim has almost died in twice, the sim is carrying on several torrid love affairs, his sim got struck by lightning, his sim has nearly died in a grilled cheese making accident twice... in the same day.

At least once Sim-Mammon and Sim-MC get married things calm down a little.

Mammon finds out what custom content is and proceeds to download EVERYTHING HE CAN FIND.

And now he’s asking Levi why his computer is running so slow.

Expansion Pack King (Leviathan)

He got into it back when the Sims 2 was new, he’s a veteran fan.

“Bro remember when Agnes Crumplebottom would show up and whack the shit out of your sims if they were flirting?”

“Remember when that witch would show up randomly on the lot you were on if you had Makin’ Magic?”

“Remember when Bella Goth was abducted by aliens and we just... didn’t question it?”

He whines about the Sims4 and how crappy it is but still buys every expansion pack, game pack, and stuff pack.

This boy watches like 40 hours of built tutorials and ends up sobbing over his weird roofs.

“WHY DOESN’T IT LOOK AS NICE AS THE ONE I’M LOOKING AT?! THIS ISN’T FAIR!”

The mod folder is so full istg-

Levi gets custom content for the sole purpose of making his favourite fictional characters.

This is why Henry and the Lord of Shadows are married and Ruri-chan and Sim-Levi are roommates.

Oh my god they were roommates-

Levi also added his brothers to the world and uh... Sim-Mammon died in a tragic pool accident F.

Levi then proceeded to befriend the Grim Reaper.

He’s anxiously awaiting the release of Paralives.

Wait Gameplay? In This Build Simulator? (Satan)

Satan’s here to build and leave. Gameplay who?

Our favourite bundle of rage is a master architect and the amount of followers on the Gallery he has shows it.

He takes up those build shell challenges and always ends up making them look positively perfect.

Asmo’s always using his houses, and Satan often takes requests when he gets bored.

No Mammon, he reserves the right to refuse to build a golden castle for you- YOUR SIM HAS 40 SIMOLEONS-

No mods, no CC, he’s building with what EA gave him.

...and EA gave him debug objects, and he’s not going to explain how to get them.

The one time he did actually play with a family... it was one sim and seven cats.

He tries to play without cheats... and ends up getting frustrated and turns on cheats.

All hail the Pets Expansion Pack.

Custom Content Soap Opera (Asmodeus)

Asmo spends 5 hours in Create a Sim then just... clicks out of the game.

That’s how it goes most of the time, buuuuuut when he gets super invested in a family he’s made, boy howdy is he INVESTED.

Sim A is carrying on an affair with Sim C who’s in love with Sim B who’s married to Sim A but Sim D wants to kill Sim A and C even though they’re the illegitimate child of Sim C-

When Asmo realizes that in the Sims 4 he needs to manufacture all the drama himself and he can’t just sit back with a glass of wine and watch the fireworks, he switches to the Sims 2 and 3.

“...why is this old lady beating up my Sim..?”

He immediately recoils in horror upon seeing how ugly the Sims are pre Sims4.

HE NEEDS TO FIX THIS-

Ah, there we go, perfect. Custom Content to the rescue!

He ends up remaking the entire world just so he doesn’t have to look at weird looking Sims.

Asmo is the only one to have finished a proper Legacy Challenge, but it gets crazy chaotic after gen 3.

“My sim just got abducted by aliens and now he’s pregnant- WHAT?!”

He has about 40 saves and only two he actually plays.

Just a Big Ol’ Happy Family (Beelzebub)

Beel found the game, proceeded to make everyone in create-a-sim to the best of his abilities, and made everyone get along.

That’s why Sim-Lucifer and Sim-Belphie are on a swing set together, they’re friends :D

“Hey Luke do you think you can make this?” “I-is that a cake shaped like a hamburger?” “Yes. Please make.”

He took one look at the cooking options and decided to max out his Sim’s cooking skill to unlock all the options.

Beel proceeded to drool all over his keyboard. Gross...

Boy howdy did he have some crazy dinner suggestions!

Overall, very wholesome Sim-life, except for the time Sim-Levi died because the toilet caught fire, don’t worry, Sim-Beel knows how to make ambrosia.

All is good in the Sim save...

...until Sim-Beel ate pufferfish nigiri and fuckin died-

Wait Did I Not Pause- (Belphie)

Huh, this game looks fine... I’ll play for a little- *SNORE*

Belphie makes some sims, plops them into a starter home, plays for an hour, then falls asleep.

He wakes up five hours later to absolute carnage.

Three sims have died because someone decided to make Mac and Cheese and the oven caught fire, the kids were taken away by social services, and the dog ran away.

“...heheh, holy shit everyone look.”

He doesn’t play often, but when he does, death occurs. He has found out every death method for every game from Sims 2 to 4.

And that INCLUDES the Sims Medieval! You guys remember that game?

Sometimes it’s not intentional, but Belphie got bored with the totally normal life his sims were living and decided to spice it up.

“Why are the ghosts breaking my showers..?”

Help There’s a Bug- (Diavolo)

The Crown Prince started playing when he noticed Lucifer was playing it.

He was immediately obsessed.

Dia mostly plays the Sims Medieval because he likes the feeling of achievement after completing a quest!

“Barbatos... why isn’t my Sim completing their task? The icon won’t show up.” “My lord it appears the game is bugged.” “:(“

No one thought to tell Diavolo that EA doesn’t plan on offering bug support to a game made in like... 2009

This doesn’t matter! Look at how great his kingdom is doing- oh no his hero has the plague-

He plays through the Pirates and Nobles expansion and manages to get the peaceful ending, he’s so proud of himself.

“MC! Look! My Monarch’s sword is permanently on fire and I’m fighting an evil wizard!”

When he does play the other Sims games he’s pretty basic, though, he does a great job at furnishing!

Dia gets crazy sad when his Sims die... he turns off aging.

Builder no. 2 (Barbatos)

Barbie doesn’t have time for this... but when he does, he builds.

No create a sim.

No playing the game as intended.

Just builds.

It’s relaxing, okay? A nice little suburban house he’s never going to play in, maybe a treehouse, maybe a big Hollywood Mansion...

The only time he actually plays the game outside of build mode is when someone needs his help to fix something in-game.

He does download custom content build items if he feels bored by the current selection.

Oh Crap What Am I Doing?! (Simeon)

Help him. Please.

He’s so confused.

“Luke, why is my sim upset?” “He’s hungry, Simeon.” “Oh, how do I fix that?” “...Simeon-”

There’s a toilet in the middle of the living room.

The fridge is facing the wall.

There’s no bathtub or shower.

The house is on fire- there is no god- AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA-

Okay, once he gets the hang of it he’s sitting pretty. His sims have good jobs, the kids are getting good grades, everything’s fine.

...

But Simeon won’t forget the nightmares.

What Even is This Save? (Solomon)

Solomon’s save is the definition of chaos.

One sim’s a vampire, the other is a spellcaster that really wants to fight the Callientes for some reason, there’s one normal sim that’s always sick for some reason,

It gets weird, confusing, and horrible.

Just how Solomon likes it.

His house makes no sense, like, what even is architecture?

Money cheats are needed because Solomon‘a goal of chaos and confusion is proving to be kind of expensive.

Square up Mortimer Goth, Solomon’s sims are here to steal your weird knight statue that’s worth a shit ton of simoleons for NO REASON.

He joined the scientist career for the sole purpose of getting to the alien planet and kidnapping adding an alien to the household via cheats.

The vampire ended up dying on their wedding day because Solomon forgot that he gave them the sun weakness.

Oh well, the ghost got added to the household! VAMPIRE GHOST!

The Child (Luke)

Before you say Luke’s too young to play the Sims, you should know that I was nine when I first started playing, and I turned out fiiiiiiiiiine.

He’s just happy to be playing.

Look, his sims are gardening :D

Look, two of them are getting married :D

Look, they had a baby :D

Look, his sims are building a rocket ship :D

Look, his sims’s rocket just crashed-

The concept of death hit the little angel right in the face that day.

“*sniffle*... my sims...”

Don’t worry, with tears in his eyes, Luke quit without saving and everything was fine!

Speaking of My Sims, Luke played MySims Sky Heroes and that was when Luke had his first bout of gamer rage.

MC came over to hang out with Solomon and Simeon, and in the distance they could just hear:

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN MY TIME WASN’T FAST ENOUGH TO CONTINUE THE STORY!? I’LL SHOW YOU FAST ENOUGH TIME!”

Okay, maybe Simeon should take the game away... just for a bit... he should take heed not to be bitten by the incredibly angry chihuahua.

A/N: Howdy! So like everyone I've been obsessed with Wandavision, especially in the last two eps (5, 6). So recently I went back and binged the last few X-Men movies and had to write something for my boy Peter Maximoff, please bear with me this is the first time I've ever written for this character and I'm not that well inversed with the X-Men franchise. I'll most definitely write more of Peter in the future as well as all the TMNT requests that I need to get through. Thanks for your patience though, I promise I'll get through all the requests! Anyway, hope you enjoy!

Peter Maximoff/Quicksilver x GN Reader Oneshot

You remembered the first day you had arrived at Xavier's School for the gifted, your eyes tracing the ground as you walked past the large metal gates and up the steps to the wooden doors. Charles immediately greeted you, shaking your hand with a loose smile on his lips. He motioned you to his office where you greeted Hank, who said a quiet "Hello" with a nervous shake of your hand, Charles then proceeded to tell you the basics of how the school worked and dismissed you to further talk with Hank.

You were shadowing a girl named Jean that week, from what Charles had told you about her she seemed to be the very image of kindness. She smiled as you left the professors office, handing you some heavy books that weighed you down too quickly for the first day. "You're gonna love it here, everyone's really nice and classes are super fun." she beamed, leading you to your first class together. Class had gone okay for the most part, Jean would often send you curt smiles from the other side of the room when the teacher had their back turned to you.

Once the obnoxious ring of the bell flooded your ears, you steadily packed away your stuff and strolled up to Jean's desk. "So how was your first lesson? Not too hard I hope." you laughed, your head gently shaking 'no'.

"It wasn't so bad, just weird."

"I get it," she shrugged, now standing beside another wooden door; her hand itching to turn the handle. "Having to move from a normal public school to...this, it's jarring. But I promise you'll get used to it soon." she sent you a reassuring smile, then quickly slipped into the room. You watched from the doorway as she walked up to what you presumed were her friends, stood in a circle near the window laughing to themselves. She turned her head back to you, silently beckoning you to follow her, with swift steps you soon followed behind her.

"Hey, babe." a boy with a letterman jacket wrapped an arm around Jean's shoulder, his glass-covered eyes quickly turning to you. You caved in slightly at the harsh gaze, not being able to see his eyes worried you. What if he's glaring at me? How am I meant to tell if he hates me already? Jean traced her boyfriend's gaze, laughing when it landed on you. Pulling away from his embrace, she walked back over to you and wrapped an arm around you "Everyone this is (Y/N), they're new."

You were met with a warm welcome, the whole group giving you short waves and cosy smiles. A girl in a bright yellow jacket walked up to you, a pink bubble slipping past her lips, "Hi! I'm Jubilee" you greeted her with a timid handshake "Hi, I'm (Y/N) but I guess Jean already said that huh?" Jubilee giggled at your awkwardness, she took your hand and pulled you to the vintage couch situated in the middle of the room. The others soon took to circling around you both when she began asking you questions.

"So how are you finding it so far?"

"It's okay, everyone seems really nice and the house looks pretty cool."

From outside the room, you heard a loud squeal quickly followed by "PETER!". In a matter of seconds a boy with silver hair and a jacket to match leaned against the old, wooden doorframe, his head tilted so he was still facing the hall. Jean's boyfriend, Scott as you now learned, stood from his seat on the singular chair and coughed instantly grabbing the boy in silver's attention. Before a word was spoken, the boy had soon appeared in Scott's chair moments after he had just stood away from it, Scott grumbled under his breath "Peter."

"Scott." he grinned back, you could already tell this guy was an asshole. Jean released a huff, crossing her arms at the two boys caught in a staring competition "Are we really going to be doing this right now?" both boys responded with a "No" but continued to glare at each other. Jubliee groaned, turning her attention away from the two morons and back onto you "So as I was saying," she continued "What was it like when you first got your powers?" Your gaze flickered away from the boys and onto Jubilee's cheery face, "Oh well, it happened when I went camping with some friends."

At the sound of a new voice amongst the group, Peter's attention snapped away from Scott's dumb face and sought out where the new voice was coming from. His eyes quickly found your form, sat up nervously on the couch. To say the boy was known as living in the fast lane he couldn't help but feel like he was watching you in slow motion, the way the open window's light flawlessly hit you and the way your hair would fall and perfectly frame your face. He was in complete awe of you.

A gust of wind blew past you, feeling a dip in the couch next to you. Reluctantly you turn and find Peter sat there smiling at you, his arm lying limply against the back of the chair "Hey." he breathed out. You quickly looked back to Jubilee who only glared at the boy, turning back you cautiously smiled back at him "Hey?"

"The names Peter, and who might you be?" he flirted, his head flicking slightly to get the silver strands away from his face. Your eyes roamed his features, "Y/n," you whispered back. You began squinting causing Peter to eye you cautiously "Hm your face seems pretty familiar," you questioned, your fingers softly rubbing your chin in thought. Peter seemed to sit up at this, his shoulders went slack again, another confident grin adorning his face "Oh yeah well," he rolled his shoulders slightly, you noted the puff in his chest when he spoke, " I am one of the X-Men."

"No, that's not it" you rasped, Peter's eyes widened his chest collapsing at your words. "Wha-" he breathed out, clearly confused by your immediate denial. Your body jolted the moment you recognised where you had seen him before, pointing an accusing finger at him you started laughing "Oh! Weren't you the guy that ran into a trash can in that Walmart parking lot the other week? Got covered in garbage and stuff, didn't they have to hoose you off or something?"

"NO!" Peter yelled, jumping up from his seat; no longer feeling relaxed and in control. Scott stepped forward from the group, a teasing smirk on his lips "Peter," he started, his arms crossed over his chest "Is that true?" Peter's gaze flickered from his group of friends to the stranger on the couch "Wha- No! Why would that be true? That's not at all that happened, AT ALL." he emphasised. His feet began to tap rapidly on the old oak wood, his fingers twitching slightly. With little to no words, the speedster dashed out of the room to God knows where leaving the small group of friends chuckling to themselves.

"Welcome to the club (Y/N)!" Scott held out his hand to you, taking it, he pulled you up to stand with everyone else. Sending them a confused glance you began to question the decision "Are-are you sure?"

"Ov course, anyvne who can make Peter blush iz apart ov z group." Kurt bellowed out, his tail slowly wrapping around his leg as he laughed uncontrollably. A proud smile made its way onto your face at the thought of already making what seemed to be the school flirt blush, and on your first day at that!

A few days had passed since you had first met the group of people you now call your friends, since your last encounter with Peter he had made sure to stay quiet around you. Walking out of your door, your hand pulling the doorknob behind you, you felt the hard impact of a chest against your side. Tilting your head your (e/c) gaze met brown, nervously smiling you politely greeted Peter "Oh erm hey Peter, sorry I didn't see you there...right-right outside my...door." you mumbled out, gaze dropping to the floor. Peter smirked at your flustered state still got it he thought, you see ever since your little encounter the other day Peter felt foolish for getting flustered so easily.

Since that day he made it his life's mission to see you blush anytime he was around, and so far it was starting out in his favour. He hadn't backed away from you at all, instead, he placed his hand beside your head effectively cutting off your right exit. "So what's a sweet thing like you doing in a place like this?" he mused, his eyes gleaming with mischief. You swallowed, the grip on your books tightening as you continued to stare into his eyes. Hypnotised.

"I'm a mutant." you bluntly replied, surprising him with your candid tone. You could see him falter for a few seconds, your mind internally cackling, he composed himself taking his arm away from your head. The mood that he had tried to set up so quickly broken by the comment. Coughing into his enclosed fist, he turned to leave "Um, Yeah me too what a coincidence. So hey, maybe we can go and see that-"

"PETER! GET YOUR ASS OVER HERE IT'S TIME FOR A MISSION!" Scott yelled from the other end of the corridor, Peter nodded at him, swiftly turning back to you he gave you a lopsided grin "See you when I get back?"

"You're bound to," you replied, pushing away from him and continuing on with your day. Peter watched as your form grew distant from him, only turning the opposite way when he saw you take a right down the hall. You felt a breeze pass by you, ruffling the papers in your hand, you smile knowingly ahead of you.

~ A week later ~

You were sat outside near the lake, enjoying the shade under the trees. You flipped another page in your book, stopping to write down some notes then proceeding onto the next page. Hank had requested that all students in his class read through a human history book and write down anything that they believed was caused by mutants; something about life lessons was his reasoning, although you didn't see it. Not taking your eyes away from the book sat neatly in your lap, your hand reached out for the drink you had brought out with you. Making grabby hands into the air, you finally looked around for your missing drink. Groaning out loud, you released a sigh, your shoulders slumping against the rough bark of the tree "Peter! I know it's you!" you moaned.

A few seconds later and there he stood, your drink in his hand, googles delicately placed over his eyes. "Thirsty?" he asked, offering you the beverage in his hand. You stood up to retrieve it, getting so close only for him to pull it away from your fingers "Not so fast," he beamed. You forced yourself not to smile at his antics, unphased by them at this point, keeping up with the 'annoyed' act you frowned up at him. "And what is it this time? Reruns of Knight Rider? Want to see who ate your twinkies?"

This had been a common occurrence when it came to Peter, he'd always take your stuff within a second of being in the room. He'd prompt you into taking it easy as pie but swiftly pull away last moment demanding the use of your powers for a juvenile task. Your mutant ability allowed you to harness the power of technology, you were able to view footage that was perhaps lost to the decades or in Peter's case rewind the DVR back to catch Knight Rider. You didn't hate it as much as you had let on, often finding it joyful when you spent time with him; especially when he didn't use cheesy pickup lines in an attempt to impress you.

The truth was that you had already fallen for him not long after your first encounter with the tall silver boy. You had seen him later that day running laps outside, you saw him laughing and messing around with the other students; still stunned at how he wasn't technically a student like yourself. You saw a different side of Peter when he wasn't around you, you remember one day where you were sat in your dorm you could hear laughter from outside. Heaving the door open ready to yell at whoever was laughing at 4.30 in the morning you stopped and stared at the sight in front of you.

Peter was sat next to a young boy, who was curled up into a ball on the floor, tear marks staining his face. Peter was whispering jokes and reassuring words to the boy, hence the laughter, you smiled at the sight. When the boy felt better, he stood up and thanked Peter then returned to his room, Peter got up from his position on the floor; the wood creaking under his weight. Turning he met your gaze, frozen like a deer in the car headlights, "That was sweet, what you did there." you whispered, well aware of how early it was. Peter shrugged like it was no big deal "Couldn't let him just cry, it's scary when you think you're alone being what we are."

You gave him a gentle nod, turning back to go into your room. You paused looking up to find his eyes already on you, a warm smile facing you "Goodnight Peter," you grinned, "Night."

"No," he joked, his voice snapping you back into reality. "No?" you questioned, now intrigued, "I want something else, something that only you can give me." he tantalised. You huffed, but even you knew he could tell you were enjoying the attention he gave you, "Okay, so what is it?" He beamed at you, taking a few steps closer to you, the gap between you both almost non-existent. "I want a date." he demanded, his tone cocky.

You were almost shooked, emphasis on almost, tilting your head at him you appeared to him as though you were mulling over the request. "So if I go on a date with you I get my drink back, right?" you repeated, Peter simply nodded his smirk faltering a little.

"Okay." you simply replied, taking the warming glass from his hands, laughing at the awestruck look on his face. "So, they're showing that new Breakfast Club movie If you - I don't know- maybe wanna go see it with me?"

You guzzled down what remained of your drink, licking your lips, smirking when you saw Peter's eyes trail your tongues movements. "I don't know," you mused, watching as his confident expression became that of nerves "You might have to slow down a bit for me." you mused. Peter smiled at you, a charming, real smile. "Hey, c'mon, I can do that."

Time for another rousing edition of “I couldn’t watch the episode live last night, so here’s me watching it after the fact!”

Hot damn, no fucking around with cold opens today, we jump right into Ben getting punched in the face.

Ben went down like Glass Joe.

“Hmmm, Danny clearly has a concussion and doesn’t know where he is… …eh, a cold shower should fix his head.”

“I am jacked.” was 100% ad-libbed.

“Addison, what went wrong, last time it took, like, 10 minutes for us to start the episode, why are speeding up?”

Okay, just casually dump that at the amnesiac’s feet. “Look, Ben, I know you don’t remember, but you fucked up the code before leaping, so if you wanna bitch about why you aren’t home yet, turn around and look in the mirror.”

Okay, one thing I miss from OG Quantum Leap? They listed the date in the episode’s title for every episodes. I miss having dates.

Ben, slowly learning one of the big rules of the show: The person in charge of the leaps is not your friend.

“It’s hard to believe I’d leap into someone to help them win a fight.” I’m sorry, it’s, what, the third episode? How do you not get this yet?

And Addison chokes down the urge to swear.

Man, we’re just diving into the metaphors real quick today, huh…

“Heh. I always wanted a brother.” I swear to fucking God if Ben also has a dead brother he doesn’t currently remember.

Okay, I’m only 60% convinced Addison is telling the truth about Ben being an only child.

I am doubling down on my theory that the date Ben is aiming for is the date Sam first entered the Accelerator Chamber.

Janis just drugged her mom, and Addison is straight up ignoring medical advice. Everyone is doing great.

Those sandwiches are probably warm and squishy now.

Uh oh, they forgot to account for the fact that Daryl would get arrested for punching people.

“We’re gonna get through this together. Now, please just calmly let these cops arrest you.”

Ben Song just straight up went ACAB, I am here for this.

“Look, either you get medical help for PTSD, or I am staying in jail forever.”

I feel like shit, because the second he said “Every time I close my eyes,” I had to fight against my brain to not think about Aerosmith.

Easiest way to be square on a bail: Violence.

If Ben loses, we riot.

Almost there, you just gotta get lucky now.

Ben got punched into a flashback, oh shit.

If they had the money, they would be blaring the “Rocky” theme right now.

So, why didn’t Ben leap yet?

“So, Ben, you might be leaping for a while.” “… … …okay, cool, but… …please take a break now and then.”

I love how they clearly dragged Magic down there to watch Real Housewives. I love this show.

Uh oh, happy times are over.

Janis just jailbroke the gummy bear handlink and is building her own Project. With blackjack. And hookers.

Meanwhile, Ben is getting hit on by a drunk guy in a bar.

Final thoughts: Not sure how I feel about Janis being outright confirmed to be the antagonist…

But besides that, this episode was great.

Boxers, his boyfriend's pink diablo shirt, cowboy hat, unfilled wine glass on the counter. The responsibility of house sitting on Chase while Colson, Rook, Slim and Baze were off in Nevada for a 'boys' trip. "Mm, let's see what kind of trouble I can get into" he popped the cork off the wine bottle, about to pour it when he hears the front door open, Chase was certain he'd locked it.

"Chase...what the fu-" he cocked an eyebrow taking in the sight of his boyfriend. "So this is what you get up to" Colson grinned, taking the bottle and tipping it back as he took a drink.

"Didn't think you'd have any reason to come back..." he bit his lip when Colson lips wrapped around the neck of the bottle. "When you're not around, yeah" Chase felt his cheeks get warm as his boyfriend smiled. "I probably look ridiculous" he ran a hand through his hair, looking off side.

Setting the wine bottle on the counter, he pulled Chase towards him, smiling as the boy looked up at him again. "Perfectly ridiculous" Colson tipped the brim of the hat upwards before leaning in to give his boyfriend a kiss. "And so fuckable right now." He mumbled, grabbing Chase by the ass.

"You're gonna be late Kells" Chase whispered between kisses as he wrapped his arms around Colson's neck. "You got to get g-" his body arched toward his boyfriend as he was pulled closer.

"We've got time, why we left early, someone always forgets something." Colson grinned, pulling away from the kiss to look at Chase. "Quickie?" He licked his lips as his boyfriend bit back a moan. "Right here" Colson ran his hand up under the shirt and pressed it against the small of Chase's back.

Rolling his eyes, Chase gripped the back of Colson's neck. "Long as none of them hear of this." He pulled Colson back into the kiss and jumped, grinning as Colson picked him up. "I want you to wear the cowboy hat." Chase hummed when his thighs hit the cold island.

"I'm not wearing that damn hat" he mumbled, dropping his head to Chase's neck, kissing over the day old hickeys. "It looks ridiculous" he pushed himself between his boyfriend's legs and grabbed the man's thighs.

"You're wearing it Colson, all the stuff I do for you" Chase moaned when Colson bit his neck, sucking over one of the hickeys. "You can do this one thing for me." Body limber as he was pushed down against the island. He looked up, grinning as Colson sighed.

Hating the very fact he bought the hat in the first place, Colson shook his head and sighed. "Fuck, fine." He took the hat off his boyfriend, putting it on himself and got his jeans off. "You're fucking lucky you're cute"

Looking up at his boyfriend, Chase bit his lip and purred as Colson's messy hair peeked out below the brim. "Howdy, cowboy." He teased as his boyfriend kicked out of his pants. "Fuck me good cause we won't see eachother for three days."

"Ohhh, I'll fuck you like you're daddy's little whore." He growled, pulling Chase's boxers down. "You're gonna take it all, slut." Colson pressed himself against Chase's hole, grinning as his boyfriend gasped. "Feel that? I'm going to fill you're tight little hole with it."

Chase grinned again, folding the cloth over before taking his boyfriend by the neck. "You give good dick but I do love the being taken care of after." He purred as Colson winked at him. "Pour me a glass of wine and I'll go get you a shirt." Dropping his hand, Chase started off, slipping his boxers back on before running up the stairs.

"And my passport!" He hollered after his boyfriend, smiling as the raven haired boy disappeared up to the bedroom. "Fuck, he's gonna be the death of me." Colson slid his jeans back on before filling the glass with wine. "Gonna miss my angel fangs" he said before grabbing the necklace he'd been saving for Chase's birthday and took the box into the living room, setting it on the coffee table.

Hopping off the last step, Chase grinned happily as Colson came back around the corner from the living room. "Its a good colour on you" he said, handing the yellow t shirt to his boyfriend.

Exchanging the wine glass for the shirt, Colson kissed Chase's forehead. "Don't miss me too much angel" he slid the shirt over his head as Chase took a sip of the wine. "I'll be back Mid Monday, okay?" Colson pulled his boyfriend into a hug and slapped Chase's ass. "There's stuff in the fridge, you're free to it."

Passport in hand, Colson managed to vet back to the airport and find the guys, all in time as they still had a good 15 minutes before boarding. "Yeah, I know I cut my time close." He looked to Rook as the drummer let go of a breathy sigh. "What?"

Noticing kells' attention on him, Rook glanced up from his spot on the floor, pursuing his lips as Colson was now in a different shirt. "Took long enough to get "just" a passport." He stretched his legs out and grinned.

"I uhh...got a little..." he looked at his phone as it dinged, a text from Chase "....distracted." Colson grinned wide as his boyfriend sent him a photo of the tacos he'd thrown together. '🤤🌮' he sent the response and looked back at Rook. "Weak willed, Rookie, weak willed."

'Call me when you land 🏜✈' Chase hit send, walking into the living room with his wine and the plate of tacos. "What did he..." emptying his stuff onto the table, he plucked both the box and the card up. "Fuck, I don't know where he ever got the nickname." Chase smiled as the envelope was labeled 'angel fangs'

《《》》 Monday afternoon

Curled up in Colson's bed in one of his boyfriend's hotel Diablo shirts, Chase was long since asleep and comfortable when he was startled awake by two voices, one belonging to Rook and the other to Colson. "Christ, they're loud" he growled, pulling the other pillow over his head.

"Home at last!" Colson grinned, dropping his stuff on the floor and in the chair before dropping onto his bed. "Heyy baby" he ran a hand over Chase's arm as he slid up the bed. "Miss me?" Colson ended up laughing when his boyfriend swung at him and gave him the middle finger.

"Fuck off Colson!" He grumbled as he was pulled across the bed by two arms around his waist. "You know how much I hate being woke up." Chase wrapped his arms around Colson's neck, his legs being wrapped around his boyfriend's waist.

Feeling the cold metal of the necklace around Chase's neck, Colson smiled, running his fingers over it, two angel wings centering a set of vampire fangs. "Missed you so much angel fangs" he mumbled as Chase nuzzled up to him, bodies entwined.

"Mmm" Chase looked up, eyes landing on his boyfriend as Colson's hand wrapped around his shoulder. "Hey Gunner" he licked his lips as he ran his fingers over the bite mark tattoo on Colson's neck. "Did you have any fun without me?" Chase asked before tipping his boyfriend's head, lining his eye teeth up with the tattoo and bit down.

Eyes closing as Chase bit at his neck, hand grabbing the man's shoulder. "Just a little bit." Colson brought his other hand up, cuffing his boyfriend on the back of the head lightly.

Hissing as Colson's hand connected lightly with his head, Chase let up only a little before sucking a hickey over it. Running his hand down his boyfriend's arm, he grinned as Colson swore at him.

"That's enough, that's why I got the tattoo" Colson grabbed Chase by the chin and forced his boyfriends mouth open. "You ever gonna stop the biting? Humm?" He ran his thumb over Chase's cheek and smiled.

"Probably not" he came away, stretching out once Colson let him go. "You know I'm gonna do it before I do it." Chase had a fascination with Colson's neck from the beginning and bit him the first time they'd had sex. "I like marking you, tattoo or not."

"You're such a brat" Running his fingers through Chase's hair, Colson sat up and pulled his boyfriend into his lap. "and you're obsessed with my neck." He rested his chin on Chase's shoulder and squeezed the man lightly. "Making me think my boyfriend's a vampire."

Hearing the end of what Colson just said, Rook let go of a sigh and groaned. "God you two are fucked up."
