An Assemble Project : Make, Don’t Make Do takes an in depth look at the area around the rapidly developing area of Stratford - in particular the Bow Flyover, the A12 and Stratford High Street.

I’m including a few of the pages from their well put-together PDF you can view in it’s entirety using the link above (also available to buy online). The research is ongoing, but in this first volume of work, there is information on the history of the area, the redevelopment and the current day condiditons as well as ten proposals (I’m yet to work out if some of them are actually existing Assemble projects or whether this creation of this PDF pre-dates sites such at The Yard). There’s an impressively designed key with each proposal neatly mapped out on the bottom left hand side of each page - and a clear illustration of said proposal featuring on the right.

I’ve added one more of their quirkier illustration below to, specific Assemble artist unknown.
