Notice how the skin of your palm feels. Now bring your attention to the sensation inside your hand.⠀ ⠀ So much of our days are spent on autopilot, and it almost feels as if our bodies are just vehicles carrying our minds from room to room.⠀ ⠀ By bringing our attention back into our bodies, we become present, we reduce stress, and we can remember to care for ourselves more. ⠀ ⠀ If you’d like to practice this more in depth, my free Guided Meditation and discussion this month at @bounty_books is all about body awareness and mindfulness.
