Seven years and four generations later, this is my current Elgar household!

Following in a long line of illustrious (who am I kidding) Elgars is the Generation 5 heir SIOBHAN [ambitious - brave - lucky - perceptive - vegetarian - renaissance sim]. She’s currently a lowly filing clerk in the business career and is dating her high school sweetheart, Maximus McDermott.

Siobhan lives with her parents NELSON [athletic - daredevil - grumpy - hopeless romantic - lucky - astronaut] and BRIDGET [computer whiz - excitable - genius - green thumb - insane - perfect garden], who as well as being unlikely soulmates are actually second cousins (which is why we had to get  the heck out of Sunset Valley - everyone in that damned town was an Elgar). Nelson and Bridget have three inbred children, of whom Siobhan is the youngest. The eldest, RORY [couch potato - genius - hydrophobic - loves the outdoors - lucky - ark builder], also still lives at home.

Rounding out the family are GRANNY BRYDIE [ambitious - athletic - dramatic - friendly - lucky - world renowned surgeon], a spectre who hangs around mostly to judge the life choices of her descendants, and an assortment of animals including Rory’s beloved cat BOUDICCA and a demon dog named BABY DOLL.

I play with the optional family trait rule: all Elgars are naturally lucky!
