Reverse Engineering the Best Kiss 💋 Bracket Seeding

I am very impressed by how accurate the BL brackets organizer's seeding has been so far! I reverse engineered the two seeded brackets ('cause i'm a procrastinating dork), and in both the first seed won, the semifinals was between 1 and 2, and the bottom 16 lost in the first round. Otherwise it wasn't perfect (because that would be no fun) but it was pretty close!

I was inspired by their answer to this ask about how they did the seeding, and extrapolated the order from these brackets.

Below the cut is the seeding for Best Kiss, so you can see what it looks like! (Assuming I ordered them correctly!) The Gender Envy seeding (as reverse engineered by me) is in this post.

Of the 64 candidates, 10 did better than expected and 10 did worse, so 69% of candidates performed exactly as predicted by their position, and in 84% of match-ups the higher seed won.

The final 4 were the top 4 seeds, the semifinalists the top 2, the winner, 1st seed. The top 16 seeds almost exactly matched the final 16; Hojoon & Jaeyoon (Roommates) snuck up in there from 18th seed, and 15th seed Sky & Prapai (LITA) fell in the 2nd round instead of the 3rd. The bottom 16 all went out in the first round. The biggest shakeup was because of 7 of the candidates in the 2nd quartile who in the 1st round defeated 7 slightly higher seeded candidates in the 3rd quartile. The biggest upset was 48th seed Shi De & Shu Yi’s drunk kiss (We Best Love 2) winning over 17th seed Seojoon & Jiwoo kiss on the dirt road (To My Star 2), overcoming a difference of 31 positions.

Fox in the House- Chapter 2

Summary: At finally seeing the home she would be staying at, she’s surprised at how content she’s already feeling even though she’s only known them a few hours. She also gets to meet everyone she’s living with and is a lot less scared of them now that she knows their faces. Maybe they’ll let her sniff out their scents next.

    The moment the three stepped into the house, the fox curled her tail around her waist and flattened her ears, teeth bared as she scented the area. Her ears were twitching every which was as she heard all the sounds coming throughout the dorm. People stepping down the hallway, someone playing a video game, someone singing, and a few people grunting while moving objects around. “I know it’s not much and there’s a lot going on for you right now. Do you want me to show you to your room?” The new person she’d met at the store offered gently with a kind smile.

    She sized him up with narrowed eyes, tail swishing and swirling around her arm as she debated how this interaction could go. She finally decided after a couple moments that she’d allow him to lead her down the hallway seeing as she wasn’t 100% comfortable walking a dark area by herself yet, even if she could see better than they could. “Sure...that would be nice, thanks.” She mumbled softly, eyes bouncing around the room afterward so she wouldn’t have to look at him more than she had to.

    He then started leading her down the small hallway until he stopped before the second door on the right, opening the door just a little bit for her. She waited a second to see what he was going to do before she slowly moved through the doorway, tail swishing in curiosity. When she was finally in the room fully, the guy opened the door all the way and stepped into the room before staying against the wall to make sure she didn’t feel trapped. “How do you like it? Hwanwoong did all the decorating for you, saying something about a bunny-hybrid telling him what you like?” He said, tilting his head in confusion for the moment as he waited for her to respond to him.

    She barely twitched her ear in his direction since she was focusing on the little nook-like bed Hwanwoong had made for her. He’d also made sure to make her curtains darker so if she wanted to close them, it would feel like a dark den for comfort. Across from her bed-nook was a white oak dresser with what looked like little trinkets the members had found that they thought she’d appreciate. She stepped closer to see what they were before sniffing at them, finding multiple scents on them. ‘Either this stuff is their personal belongings they want to give to me, or they kept this stuff around for a while before handing them over. I wonder whose is whose.’ She thought before stepping away from the dresser. 

    She already was aware that she had no clothes to put in the drawers or her closet, so she instead went straight to the doorway with a small, “where’s the bathroom?” given to the guy.

    He gave her a gentle smile and lead her down the hall to the third door on the left, moving to the other side of the door to give her access. “I know you don’t have any clothes right now, so if you’d like, you can borrow some of mine while we clean yours?” He offered, seeing the frown on her face when she realized the predicament he brought to light.

    She finally stared up at him for the first time since she got to the dorm and he tried his hardest to hold back the gasp while staring into her golden eyes. “I don’t want to impose anymore than I already have. However I am able to help you is supposed to be my only task. I don’t want to cause you anymore trouble.” She replied monotonously, keeping as much of her frustration out of her voice as possible.

    He sighed and shook his head. “You’re not here to do our bidding unless you want to. You’re here to be free, or at least more free than you were in that place. Also because Hwanwoong really wants a cuddle buddy.” He mumbled, looking to the ground so he wouldn’t be caught in her heated stare; unfortunately he could still feel the intensity of it on his face.

    Finally she nodded her head the slightest inkling. “Thank you.” She whispered, disappearing into the bathroom after that to start taking her shower.

    When she was cleaned and able to change into the clothes the guy had given her, she finally was able to feel just how dirty she’d been beforehand. In her defense though, Hojoon never really gave any of the hybrids a chance to clean themselves unless it was adoption day. And because she was on his shitlist, he didn’t care about how well she preened for the group, if at all. She really did not like that asshole…

    Once she was in the living room, she took in a deep breath and allowed her senses to be momentarily overwhelmed with the scents throughout the house. One was familiar to her since it was Hwanwoong’s, the only one she’d really been in close contact with. Then there was the one she was with today whose clothes matched some of the scents; she’d have to get his name later. And then the rest were a little lost on her. She could faintly pinpoint one from when he was in the adoption center setting up the paperwork but didn’t know for certain. All she knew was the first scent she could recognize seemed to calm her down just the tiniest bit due to the familiarity of it. ‘Hmmm, where did everyone go?’ She wondered while looking around the room, noting the scents were fairly old compared to when she first walked through.

    She was about to check their rooms when a note caught her attention on the coffee table by the couch:

“Don’t worry about being by yourself, Hwanwoong was saying it would probably be a good thing to leave you alone for now so you can look around without feeling pressured. But if you feel like you can’t be alone or you’re not comfortable in the place use the phone to get ahold of one of us. We’ll be there as soon as we can to help okay? Don’t worry about anything in the dorm room, and the remote for the tv is right next to this piece of paper if you want to watch something. Have fun, and we’ll see you tonight after practice!

    She frowned at the note and sighed. She was seeing his name pop up a lot….from the guy who helped her, to the 3 times he’d tried talking to her, even his scent when she took a moment to look around. It was like he was trying to fog her brain while “helping” her feel better. “This is so weird.” She grumbled to herself as she glanced at the remote, wondering if she should watch something on the television.

    Deciding against it, she went back to the room she was showed by the one guy saying it was hers...she should really get all their names so they’re not all just “the guys.” That would definitely be a good idea. ‘Maybe a nap will help me feel better.’ She thought while crawling into her nook and curling herself up into a tiny ball, hiding her face with her tail and then wrapping the blanket over herself in her way of protecting herself. ‘Just for a little bit.’

    “Rosy we’re home!” Hwanwoong’s voice rang through the dorm.

    She stirred and felt her eyes moving around behind her eyelids, her ears twitching in response to the movement going on outside her bedroom. She had a feeling that...that word he used was to be for her, but she didn’t want to respond to it until she knew for certain that was what they wanted to call her. As much as she disliked the name. Just as she was thinking about that, someone knocked on the door and poked their head in. “Rosy? Are you in here?” The familiar voice of the other guy who helped her spoke out.

    She barely moved in her nook and flicked her tail up over her face to hide herself as much as possible. Unfortunately, it looked like he caught the movement and looked over at her nook with a small smile. “Hey, did we wake you? I’m sorry.” He said gently, opening the door wider for his body to slide into the room.

    She slowly sat up from her spot and stretched her arms out in front of her, still mildly asleep. She then blinked a few times to see clearly and looked up at the person standing in the middle of her room. “Wha time is it?” She mumbled before yawning a tiny bit, rubbing her eyes.

    He smiled while watching the cute little actions of hers, watching her in amusement as she slowly found her bearings and was able to stand from her bedding, tail swishing slowly behind her. Without meaning to he reached a hand out toward her ear and gently pinched it between his fingers, rubbing it as gently as he could. She closed her eyes in content and started purring faintly at the feeling, relishing in the softness of his fingers before someone else knocked on her door, ruining the moment between the two. Once the spell between them was broken, she stepped away quickly and wrapped her tail around herself as a safety blanket of sorts, her bottom lip sucked between her teeth and her ears flattened against her head.

    Hwanwoong stuck his head in and looked between the two with a bright grin until he saw the way she cowered, as if reprimanded somehow. “Hyung what happened? Did you hurt her?” He asked with a frown, stepping into the room and waking towards the poor little fox trying her hardest to shy away from them both.

    He pouted the further away she got until she was at the opposite corner of the room staring at the two with her tail still wrapped around her, ears still flattened, and her eyes darting around her in fear. “Hey Rosy, it’s okay. We’re not gonna hurt you okay? You can trust us.” Hwanwoong said gently, holding a hand out for her to take so she wouldn’t have to feel so alone and scared.

    She pushed herself further into the wall and shook her head, teeth bared in defense. “P-Please don’t...stay back…” She whispered, biting her lip while turning her head away.

    Hwanwoong immediately stopped his advance toward her and stepped back to where his groupmate was at. “Uh, I think we should leave….let’s give her some privacy.” He said softly, leading the way out of the room.

    She hesitantly took a step forward just as the door closed, and bit her lip softly, frowning to herself once she understood the unknown feeling she had was the mild discomfort of denying those two her attention. ‘I don’t understand. Are they trying to use me, or are they sincere in wanting me around just to be around?’ She wondered in her mind, tapping a finger to her chin in thought.

    She quietly opened the door without a second thought and looked around, sniffing out the scents of everyone in the dorm room definitely staying in one area. She took a deep breath, wrapped her tail around her for security, kept her ears trained upward and twitching toward every little sound, and then took the few steps out to meet everyone officially. She rubbed her arm with her opposite hand and tentatively and gave a small head nod to the group in front of her. “H-Hello...I’m h-here to serve yo-you.” She mumbled out, immediately ducking her head back down toward the ground once she finished saying what she needed.

    Hwanwoong gave her an encouraging smile and stepped closer to her. “Welcome home! My name is Hwanwoong. The one who helped me pick you up today is named Youngjo, or Ravn is his stage name if you’d prefer.” He said, pointing to the guy giving her a small and happy smile with a wave; the one who smelt like the clothes she was wearing.

    Hwanwoong then motioned to the person beside him. “This guy with the black hair is named Seoho. He’s the one that was with me when we first went to sign the paperwork. He was the one that said we should pick you over anyone else in the shelter. Because we saw what was happening-” “Hwanwoong! You’re scaring her.” Ravn chided, motioning to her shivering frame, her tail swishing up to brush against her nose as she tried hiding her face in the bushy end of her tail where the pure white tip flicked against her forehead.

    Hwanwoong frowned and rested a hand on her arm, immediately garnering a hiss in response to touching her. He pulled his hand away and then went back to talking as if what he was saying before wasn’t mentioned. “Uh, beside Seoho is Xion, or Dongju. He’s the youngest of us but you might get along with him well.” He continued on, rolling his eyes as if he didn’t actually mean his words.

    She watched him as he continued to introduce everyone and couldn’t help the small smile on her face which was still hidden behind her tail. She wasn’t ready to reveal herself just yet, but if the way Hwanwoong was talking was any indication, she was truly safe for the first time since Hojoon showed up and ruined her life. Maybe, just maybe, these guys could help her. ‘Can they really help?’ She asked herself as Hwanwoong continued on for a couple more minutes until Ravn again hushed him from speaking too much and overwhelming her.

    While she was lost in thought, Xion had walked up to her hesitantly and stopped in front of her, holding a hand out. “You don’t have to speak or do anything if you don’t want to, but it’s nice to finally meet you. Hwanwoong hasn’t stopped talking about you and how cool you are. Um, if you don’t mind me asking, do you have powers like they say hybrids do?” He rambled, clamping down on his lip when he finished to see if she’d say anything.

    She awkwardly took his hand and only nodded her head, making sure not to say anything as he watched her, wondering what it could’ve meant that she was getting at. She glanced around the group to see them all doing their own thing except one person who was watching in mild interest and concern and then turned back to Xion, giving him a small wink. Afterward, she tucked her tail into her hands and started on her own little strut back to her room, smiling a little to herself at how genuine he and Hwanwoong seemed.

    Just as she was about to close the door to her bedroom to go back to her nap, someone pressed on the door and gave her a small smile. “Hey uh, here are your clothes from earlier. Though if you don’t want them anymore we can always take you shopping for something you’d actually like. Also there was something I wanted to speak to you about before turning in, if you’re okay with talking at the moment?” Ravn had wondered, handing her the clothes before staring into her golden eyes.

    Before he could get lost in the color of her eyes, she turned away from the door and allowed him into the room quickly, setting her clothes in the dresser drawers she preferred so as to start her organization process with her tiny amount of belongings. When she was done with that, she turned around to face him and gave him a nod to start speaking his mind. “If you weren’t able to hear him earlier, Hwanwoong was starting to call you something; Rosy. Are you alright with that name?” He asked her gently, watching as she mulled over the name and then gave a small grimace.

    She scrunched her nose and stuck her tongue out adorably and he couldn’t help chuckling softly at her. “Not a good name huh? How about this; until you decide what you want to be called, we’ll stick with that. When you come up with something, give the word and we’ll start calling you that, okay?” He offered, watching as she nodded her head with a tiny sigh.

    He had put his hand on the doorknob when she took a step toward him, reaching a hand out to catch his attention. He turned his head to look at her and she gave a grimace of a smile. “C-Can we go shopping sometime soon?” She asked, mentally slapping a hand to her forehead for somehow skipping over the simple ‘thank you’ she wanted to push out instead.

He grinned and nodded his head vigorously. “Y-Yeah of course! We can go tomorrow if you’d like.” He replied quickly, happiness level rising exponentially at the surprised but happy gleam in her eye.

Maybe they weren’t so bad after all.

He knew what a big fan of Harry Potter you were, so when you went to London to spend your holiday there, he took you to the 'Making Of Harry Potter' Warner Brothers Studio Tour. You had a blast going through it, and Sangdo enjoyed it too: He took so many pictures of the things they had on display, or of you in front of certain things, or of the both of you. What seemed the most beautiful and amazing to not only him but you as well though was the big model of the Hogwarts Castle in the last room of the tour. It was gigantic, there were stairs leading all around it as you walked from top to bottom. Sangdo thought it looked best from below, and went to capture the castle from this angle – dropping his camera in the process. You were shocked, hoping he didn't break his camera. When Sangdo stayed on his knee for a moment, just staring at the camera, you were even more worried. You asked him about the camera, but all he did was to look at you, a blush on his cheeks, and smiling shyly. He took your hand in his, fishing something out of his pocket with his other hand, when he asked you the question. "Y/N Y/L/N.. Will you marry me?"

For your birthday this year, Yooncheol went all out. He knew how much you love Harry Potter and that you've always loved it. So he got many, m a n y decorations. He used empty toilet roll things and covered them up in tissue, making candles out of them, which he then hung onto the ceiling in your kitchen. On the inside of the toilet lid, he put a picture of the moaning Myrtle. He printed out lots and lots of pictures, some random ones like a picture of the Hogwarts Express, some ghosts of Hogwarts, and some pictures you'd find in the lovely castle of the school. There were so many things, it took him hours to plan, to make/build, and to put everything in it's place, he almost forgot to make you a cake (which was in the shape of a snitch). When you finally got home to all of this, you were so shocked, so overwhelmed. You were speechless, and Yooncheol didn't know if it was good or bad. He stood there kind of awkwardly, until you jumped onto him, hugging him tightly to thank him for what he had done. "Do you like it, baby? Happy birthday..."

When you first suggested having a movie night or a full on movie marathon, Byungjoo didn't think of something like Harry Potter. He knew you loved the series, and how often you had re-read the books, but he didn't think you'd actually do a Harry Potter marathon. He had imagined a shorter series, something that didn't have 8 films, and wouldn't take up so, S O many hours. When it finally came to it, and you told him about your actual magical plans, he was still really hyped for it. Watching movies was fun after all, so, what should go wrong? Well, he found out how it could go wrong shortly after.

Not only did you whisper every single word the characters said when they said it, which was kind of creepy to him, but you also hummed the music, the melodies and everything, when they were heard. He was freaked out enough by that, but managed to fall asleep nonetheless. When he later woke up, you were on the 6th movie, still wide awake, eyes glued to the screen, and a piece of popcorn on the corner of your mouth. How were you even doing this? ”Wow..” Byungjoo decided to change the course of the evening. He leaned forward, capturing the piece of popcorn between his lips, pulling it into his mouth with his tongue, before kissing you.

He was playing one of these quiz-duel-games on his phone, but since he's definitely not the smartest, he needed your help. The fact that he didn't know the answer to the current question made you ask yourself why you did not break up with him yet: "What's the address of the Durselys in Harry Potter? A) Privet Drive 4, B) Linguster Way 7, C) 221B Baker Str, D) Privet Drive. 10." "Are you serious?" you'd practically yell at him, "It's literally in the first line of the book! 'Mr. And Mrs. Dursley, of number four, Privet Drive, were proud to say that they were perfectly normal, thank you very much' it's basically history! Basic knowledge!" you went on a full on rant, Jiho zoning out about half way through, only coming back to you mentally to hear "[...] and if Ron had never tried to make Malfoy spit out slugs, then obviously he wouldn't be with Hermione now, and also..." Honestly, by now Jiho just wished he had never asked you. The time for his game had run out already. 20 years had passed since you started ranting at him.

"I.. I only wanted to know the answer to the question?"

You had a discussion (more like heated argument) about which movie is the surperior, Harry Potter or [insert any literally any other movie title, hp always wins]. Sanggyun was behaving almost ignorant, not understanding your point of view, and not wanting to understand that Harry Potter was, is, and will always be one of the best book and movie series. "I just don't get," he started, sighing, "what you like so much about it? It's seven books. My series only has like 3 and it's enough to tell the whole story." - "oh, oh you want to know what I like so much about it?!" Sanggyun nodded frantically. "Well aren't I glad you asked! Give me a second!"

You came back an hour later with your laptop, on it a Power-Point presentation with 64 slides, detailed graphs, examples, animations, fancy effects and everything. You proceeded to show Sanggyun everything you had written down, everything you found out, to show him just how great Harry Potter is. Sanggyun found it both hilarious and cute that you went through so much, went to such lengths, just for a few fictional characters. He couldn't even be mad at you. He had to let you win.

You dragged him to a convention near your home. You were so excited for it, as was Sangwon, it was the first convention you'd go to, and it was all based around Harry Potter! You cosplayed as [your favourite character] and made Sangwon cosplay as Newt Scamander.

At first, you both had so much fun looking at all the other people cosplaying, looking at all the booths with merch and other kinds of things.. then after a few hours, Sangwon asked to go home the first time. His feet hurt. But this was a one time thing, and you couldn't come back to this again. Sangwon understood how much you loved Harry Potter, so he agreed to stay a bit longer.

Then, you came to another big thing with merch on it, and it had the coolest, cutest, and just best merch out of any of the booths you had seen! It had t-shirts with some really rare quotes (ones out of the books, even!), had figurines and plushies, different kinds of sweets... there were so many things, and you felt pumped, like you were in heaven. You were smiling so wide, felt giddy, as you pointed out one thing after the other to Sangwon.

"And that, that quote on that one, is from the second book, and it's something Ginny said to Harry, and it's sooo legendary, and oh!! Do you see that cat over there? Oh my god that is Crookshanks!! That is soo adorable! Oh my god we have to get that! Please please please??"

Sangwon felt so exhausted, his feet hurt so much, and he just wanted a bed, a nice drink and some sleep. But in his tired state, he found you even cuter than usual. He smiled softly, nodded, already pulling out his wallet. He loved that you were so passionate about it, and your smile was so cute to him that he couldn't even be annoyed at you.

Kihyun wakes, slow and steady, lashes tangling with sleep as his breath escapes from him in a long languid sigh. The warm body next to him shifts, spine stretching like a cat’s under a strip of glowing sunlight, but it does not stir. Kihyun releases another sigh, quieting it against the wrinkled imprint of his head in the pillow, and he fits himself to the curve of his lover’s back, molding himself to Hojoon, skin to skin, chin to shoulder, lips against neck.

December 22nd, he considers silently, the date floating in white blocks through the dark haze of his mind as he gingerly nuzzles into the short scruff of the sleeping man’s undercut. There’s the recognizable musk of jasmine, faded and tinged with sweat from last night’s activities, and Kihyun finds himself closing his eyes for the briefest of moments, trying to catch the barest flashes of Hojoon’s mouth on his, thighs locked unspeakably tight atop his own, a bared neck stretched out long, pale, and glistening through the darkness-

The body next to him shifts, chilled skin pressing dryly back against Kihyun’s frozen lips, as if somehow awoken by the sheer indecency of his thoughts alone. Kihyun stills, wiping the outline of shadowed memories from his mind as soft flesh drags across the tips of his fingers, turning at an achingly slow pace to face him.

“Morning sleeping beauty,” he greets, a teasing tone already weaving its way into his hoarse morning voice.

Hojoon’s first instinct is to frown, dark eyebrows already drawing together as he attempts to see through the piercing white light with sleep-heavy eyes. However, a light touch is smoothing itself up across the ridge of his nose, pressing away the wrinkle without a moment’s hesitation. Hojoon’s never been good with affection - not in giving it nor accepting it - but he blames it on the drowsy curtain of sunlight, on how it seeps so gently into his aching muscles, and not the tender warmth next to him, never the familiar touch that reaches into the very bottom of his shriveled heart and pulls, pulls so faintly Hojoon can’t help but fall.

“What’s that look for?” Kihyun asks, arching his fingers across the fine line of Hojoon’s forehead, brushing away the messy array of tangled black silk. The younger man only continues staring, eyes boring into his as two dark pools of unreachable emotion. There’s never been another sea Kihyun would be so willing to throw himself into, to bathe himself so thoroughly in its waters he’ll eventually drown in its dark loving embrace. The unreadable gaze shifts away, Kihyun’s fingers slipping unwillingly from supple cheeks, and he wonders if Hojoon would ever allow him to, if he’d ever slip the key to his gloriously tangled mind into Kihyun’s irreverent palms with a kiss and a whispered confession.

I love yous have never come up between them, not once in these past four months that have felt like an eternity. Kihyun wonders how he could’ve ever forgotten to say such a thing, but then he remembers - the words catching, Hojoon’s swirling gaze shuddering, the guilt rushing in on a waterfall of cold cowardice. Every time, he swallows down three sweet sugar cubes turned daggers and promises himself the next day, the next night, he’ll surely find the same emotion in Hojoon’s piercing stare.

So far, nothing. His throat is raw from every unborn confession clawing to free themselves from the cage of his mind, and he swears the next time he backs down, it will be blood that’s dripping down his throat.

“Nothing.” Hojoon mutters, his words ghosting with a chill across Kihyun’s bare chest. He looks up, dark hair catching the sunlight in rays of burning silk, and Kihyun is immediately reminded of far less innocent times Hojoon’s head has found itself buried in places beneath the sheets. Pink lips pull themselves into a knowing smirk, and Kihyun knows he’s been read to easily. “Now who’s the one making the face,” Hojoon prompts, pulling himself up as smooth as a snake, until his bare legs are straddled over Kihyun’s skinny waist in a perfect reenactment of last night’s escapades.

“Just thinking,” the older man murmurs, the pain of past failures still weighing on his mind and subduing the usual surge of emotion he’d feel at Hojoon mercilessly crushing his soft, supple body against Kihyun’s shaking own.

“About what?” The younger man is relentless, pressing close in such a deliberate way Kihyun goes cross-eyed trying to focus on the man above him. Light streams out from behind Hojoon’s gloriously bare body, illuminating his wild hair in a heavenly halo, dancing across his half-lidded stare in flecks of shimmering gold. The angel smiles, as sinful as the devil, and the thought is slipping free from Kihyun’s parted lips before he can even register the sound of his own voice.

“Do you want to spend Christmas together?”

Stunning is still the only way Kihyun could describe Hojoon, lovely in his shock as his unblinking gaze turns the older man into a pile of numbed mush. Angelic satisfaction has turned to confusion, the frown from before making its way across the younger’s face in its full intensity, and Kihyun’s hands clench uselessly around soft thighs, wishing they could reach up and smooth away that little wrinkle again.

“Why?” Hojoon’s always been blunt, and this time is of no exception. The single word hits harder against Kihyun’s chest than any past childhood fight or highschool rejection, and he struggles to breathe over its twisting impact. The three sugar cubes sit sweet and tart on the very tip of his tongue, urging him with surges of saccharine adrenaline to pop them free into the air.

Maybe it’s the too-warm winter morning sunshine. Maybe it’s the raw vulnerability of Hojoon’s suddenly too-wet stare. Maybe Kihyun’s finally gotten tired of his own bullshit excuses. Either way the confession threads itself skillfully through his lips, snaking into the air and nestling itself into Hojoon’s cold dead heart as if it’s found its first and last home there.

I love you

Dark pools become literal as silent drops tangle nebulously amongst themselves between furiously fluttering lashes. “Don’t cry,” Kihyun whispers, his own heart breaking as he sits up to wipe away every wet trace of wordless rejection. “You don’t have to. Don’t ever tell me yes if it’s going to make you cry like this.”

Hojoon shakes his head, black hair whipping vigorously through the floating dust, catching each speck alight with tips of gilded sunlight. Kihyun’s heart mends itself as quickly as it tore, sinews of muscle re-threading through pumping blood and irrepressible strands of hope as he dares to whisper his unbelievable affirmation.

“Is that a yes then?”

Hojoon kisses him wordlessly. It’s a start.

Kihyun presses back, breathing in sweat, tears, and desperation, and it begins to feel like a promise.

                              Tiny,  sweater-clothed  hands  held  the  sides  of  the  bear,  feet  now  a  mere  few  centimeters  off  the  ground  as  he  placed  the  teddy  bear  on  the  shelf  near  the  few  other  Christmas  decorations  above  the  fire  place  in  their  unfinished  house.  THEIR  house  ;  a  phrase  they  are  going  to  have  to  get  used  to  saying.  HOJOON  wasn’t  used  to  actual  houses,  as  he  always  resided  in  apartments.  Now  that  their  acting  career  is  taking  off,  alongside  their  continuously  growing  Youtube  channel,  the  short  blonde  was  finally  able  to  afford  a  great  home.  It  screamed  ❝  holiday  home,  ❞  as  if  the  two-story  modern  family  home  was  made  for  special  occasions  like  this.  That’s  one  of  the  main  reasons  why  they  begged  their  partner  to  buy  it,  so  when  —  or  if  —  they  decide  to  start  a  family,  their  tiny  household  would  have  plenty  of  space  to  grow.  Speaking  of  partner,  Hojoon  wondered  what  they  could  be  doing  right  in  their  spacious  habitat.  Flattening  their  feet,  the  curious  actor  padded  across  to  the  kitchen,  seeing  if  they  were  in  there.  ❛  Baby  ?  ❜  They  called  out,  the  corner  of  their  bottom  lip  being  lightly  bitten  as  their  head  whipped  around  the  nearly  done  interior.  The  recent  film  he  acted  in  was  a  horror  movie  that  was  about  two  people  who  spend  their  first  Christmas  together  in  their  new  home,  only  to  get  killed  by  a  maniac  that  secretly  lived  in  the  attic,  or  the  walls.  Either  way,  it  was  enough  to  spook  them  as  they  slowly  checked  their  surroundings.  ❛  If  you’re  pranking  me  again,  I  swear  to  God  you’ll  be  sleeping  on  the  couch  without  a  blanket.  ❜  How  threatening.

This is the best group shot I can find, so I’ll have to add more individuals (oh dear, what a shame). You know what sucks about this group, LITERALLY ALL OF TheM ARE SO DAMN GOOD LOOKING, IT WAS SO HARD TO PICK A FAVORITE. I can ramble forever about them, because they are so talented but SO humble. They always tell their fans how much they love them, are there for them, and support them. Namjoon, his stage name is RAP MONSTER (RAP MON) he’s behind everyone, Taehyung (his stage name is V, sometimes we call him Tae), Then in the back but you can see him is Jungkook (pronounced like JUNG-GUK) we usually just call him Kookie lol, Then Hoseok his stage name is J-Hope cause he’s your hope, he’s your angel! (he’s a literal ray of sunshine, he also goes by Hobi), NEXT TO HIM IS YOONGI AND HIM AND I ARE THE SAME PERSON I SWEAR his stage name is Suga cause he’s so pale like sugar, and toward the back is Seokjin but we just call him Jin (he’s the oldest and literally the mom of the group), and lastly is Jimin most people call him Chim Chim but idk why I call him Chimi, he’s so adorable. Over the years Jimin got really shy, but oh my gosh he is literally the sweetest and he dances so sexily it’s so great. 

For music videos, they typically do concept albums and all of the video connect in some way, but I picked the ones that had something about them that gave me a feeling. I still can’t say what the feeling is cause I have no idea, but I just get almost like a !!! feeling about them.
