Dragon signs up and pays for the ‘starter pack’ which is like, a steampunk vest, a health potion, and a 10 points of seafood that they have to sell, but they only get 5% commission for the items they sell. They have to send away their own gems to get more overpriced inventory, and they have to try to get more dragons in their downline. 

The company is known for selling vials of scattersight but they’re never in stock. The reward for getting to the highest level of the pyramid is a Light Sprite but almost no one ever gets it, and if you do get it and you fall behind in your sales, you have to pay for it.
