Made the Pulled “Pork” Sandwich posted recently on BOSH! last night and they were DELICIOUS! Scroll through to see the different phases of the shrooms from beginning to end. Backward tho. I served them on Pretzilla pretzel rolls with red onion and the vegan mayo-bbq sauce mixture with a side salad picked fresh from one of my client-friend’s back garden! YUM! P.S. This would also be fab in a buffalo sauce, which is my fave, or really ANY sauce!
