My spoils of war! Uh wait...Acen!

First is a shirt from a company called Boomslank! I loved all of their art to death! Check ‘em out! This art piece is called Pisces btw. https://boomslank.com/

Second is my new Musashi figure! I got her straight from the FGO booth. They got some of my money in person this time instead of from my phone. Lol. 

Next up is a blind box figure for the FGO card game/figure collecting game. Figured I’d give it a shot and who shows up? Jeanne Alter. Spent more money rolling her in game. >_>

I saw this one on the last day at the convention. Didn’t realize I’d missed the booth of the publishers. I loved this movie to death and planned on getting it anyway. As a bonus for buying it at the con I got 3 cute little ship art cards.

So Astolfo was a special case. My friend who I met years ago in Final Fantasy XIV met me at Acen. I’d never met any of our group outside of the game before and they insisted on buying me a figure of Astolfo because they knew how much I loved him. Thanks Tomoe, I really don’t deserve it and I’m mad you spent money on me.

And the final thing here is also a special case. Rightstuf.com had a booth at Acen and they were doing raffles. I filled out a couple tickets each day and threw my name in. I’d come back every couple hours and double check to see if I’d won anything. Lo and behold on the last day one of my ticket numbers was on the winners board. I was super excited! There were multiple to pick from but I chose between Utena and the DVD release of Ghost in the Shell SAC part 1. Utena being Blu-Ray was the deciding factor. I don’t buy DVD’s unless that’s all that’s available.

Boomslank = Best

I’m making a big ol’ post about my con time, but it’ll take a few days because I’m post-con cruddy and still unpacking my junk. But I wanted to go ahead and make a post about Boomslank.

Boomslank is the original shirt and print company of artist P-Shinobi and his brothers.

I’ve met them at Ichi (first in ‘15 and again this year). They are genuinely the nicest people, and buying shirts from them is always a wonderful experience. I usually spend a good 10 to 15 minutes just talking with them about everything under the sun when I go up to buy a shirt, and always feel blessed to be able to do so. It just really makes my day.

I have the ‘Airport’ shirt and get compliments literally every time I wear it. 

I just bought the ‘Pisces’ shirt this year, and am definitely excited to get more compliments, because I know darn well I will. Look at those quality fish my friends. Those are some good fish.

I just needed to give them a shout out because I just love P-Shinobi’s work and the fact that they’re a high-quality (seriously, the colors on the shirts are great and they’re mad comfortable) original IP in the Dealer’s Room, and I want them to succeed in all of their business ventures of shirts with mechs and schoolgirls and samurai.
