I love books because unlike articles, they are usually a compilation of everything someone has learned throughout their entire career - that is if you like reading business books 📚 which are my personal favorite🤓!!! This book was written by a good friend of mine @_rosehollister that climbed up the corporate ladder at @mcdonalds 🍟 She lists out 129 Unwritten Rules for Career Success. I wish I had this book right out of college, it would have helped a ton! I love this book and highly recommend anyone who is going through any type of crisis in their life Frankl’s message is ultimately one of hope: even in the most absurd, painful, and dispiriting of circumstances, life can be given a meaning, and so too can suffering. Life in the concentration camp taught Frankl that our main drive or motivation in life is neither pleasure, as Freud had believed, nor power, as Adler had believed, but meaning.  After his release, Frankl founded the school of logotherapy (from the Greek logos, meaning "reason" or "principle"), which is sometimes referred to as the "Third Viennese School of Psychotherapy" for coming after those of Freud and Adler.
