Sanae's 623B/C skillcards (ground&air versions) - Hisoutensoku

乾神招来　突 Sky God Summon: Attack - C version travels a longer distance than B version and has higher damage and speed.

乾神招来　風 Sky-God Summon: Wind - B version summons Kanako at the same height as Sanae, C version summons Kanako above Sanae if you trigger this move on the ground, but under Sanae if you trigger it in the air.

乾神招来　御柱 Sky-God Summon: Onbashira - C version starts slower than the B one.

The position of the title of Sakuya’s spellcard 傷符「インスクライブレッドソウル」Wound Sign "Inscribe Red Soul" was changed between Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Hisoutensoku.

@roamerb told me a very interesting thing about Remilia in the fighting games. Since she is a vampire, she cannot stay out in the daylight, so, in Touhou Hisoutensoku, whenever you try to choose a stage that is set outside you will be redirected to the interior of the Scarlet Devil Mansion or the Reactor Core of the Underground Geyser Center. Oddly enough, Hakugyokurou, despite being a nighttime location, still redirects to one of those.

However, if you have the Parasol card in your deck, you will be able to access any location.

This behaviour with stage redirects occurs in IaMP, SWR and Hisoutensoku, with some differences. I will post about each behaviour in a separate video.

Suwako’s skill card ミシャグジさまの祟り Mishaguji Scourge had its description changed in ver. 1.01 and in ver. 1.10 of Hisoutensoku.

Yukari’s skill cards 変容を見る眼 Eyes that View Change and 肉体分解機 Flesh Dismantler had their descriptions changed in ver. 1.10 of Hisoutensoku.

Not only Weak Heart "Demotivation (Empty Heart, Empty Mind)" spellcard of Reisen had its title position changed between Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Hisoutensoku, but  惑視「離円花冠(カローラヴィジョン)」Charming Look "Corolla Vision (Disjointed Circular Corolla)”, 幻爆「近眼花火(マインドスターマイン)」Illusion Bomb "Mind Starmine (Myopic Firework)", 幻惑「花冠視線(クラウンヴィジョン)」 Fascination "Crown Vision (Corolla Glance)" and 「幻朧月睨(ルナティックレッドアイズ)」"Lunatic Red Eyes (Stare of the Hazy Phantom Moon)" changed as well.

Reisen’s skill card マインドペンディング Mind Bending had its description changed in ver. 1.02 of Hisoutensoku.

Yukari’s spellcard 境符「四重結界」Border Sign "Quadruple Barrier"  had its description changed in ver. 1.01 of Hisoutensoku.

The descriptions of Reisen’s skill cards フィールドウルトラレッド Ultrared Field and フィールドウルトラバイオレット  Ultraviolet Field were changed between Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Hisoutensoku.

The descriptions of Reisen’s spellcards 喪心「喪心創痍(ディスカーダー)」 Empty Heart "Discarder (Scars of an Empty Heart)" and 弱心「喪心喪意(ディモチヴェイション)」 Weak Heart "Demotivation (Empty Heart, Empty Mind)" were changed between Scarlet Weather Rhapsody and Hisoutensoku.

Also, it seems that the position of the title for Weak Heart “Demotivation (Empty Heart, Empty Mind)” spellcard was modified too.

The descriptions of Suwako’s 源符「諏訪清水」Spring Sign "Suwa Clear Water", 土着神「洩矢神」Native God "Moriya God", 土着神「ケロちゃん風雨に負けず」Native God "Froggy Braves the Wind and Rain" and 土着神「宝永四年の赤蛙」Native God "Red Frogs of Houei 4" spellcards were changed in ver. 1.10 of Hisoutensoku.
