Today we completed the third part of our trifecta for the boldrdash race series. It was amazingly satisfying! If you would have told me I would ever do 1 ocr I would have laughed for hours. But this year alone I have done 5 along with some 5k’s virtual and actual. My life since choosing to be healthier and make changes has been amazing. Some people may say they don’t recognize or know me anymore and to that I say I’m still the same person just smaller. Lol don’t ever let anyone tell you can’t or you shouldn’t! Sometimes you need to lose more than just weight to truly be healthy and a better person. Folks may not always agree or like me and that’s fine. But always know when I say I’m gonna do it I will do it! I love this woman and all the people who never give up on me. Those people are truly ride or die!!! Today I did something I would never thought possible. I completed my first ever trifecta of ocr races. To some that may not seem impressive. But to me me after years and years of struggling with my weight and other issues this feels amazing. I couldn't have done it with out the love and support of my sexy and amazing wifey Jess and the amazing BoldrDash community. If you have had the chance of meeting Lynn Hall and hearing about her find your bold organization, I urge you to take a few minutes and check it out. They are truly an amazing group of people way better than me. lol I did many obstacles I never thought I would ever have done. With the last few weeks of Jess being sick and well getting laid off. I let it go out there today. I left it all out there. Jess is hurt and bruised but she didn't quit. She truly is the better of us two. She is an amazing and powerful woman. I am truly a better person because of her. She is my superhero. When anyone tells you that you can't do something laugh at them and do it anyway.
