WATERCOLOR BOLD AND LOOSE Tuesdays March 3 - April 21 (8 weeks) 6:30pm - 9:30pm $300 Watercolor can be painted realistically or loose, my approach to watercolor is loose with the emphasis on design and composition. Utilizing color and value to punch up your paintings and using watercolors transparent nature in the beginning then using it strait out of the tube to build highlights and texture. Right now in the art world there is a emphasis on painting realistically, to me painting is more of a feeling than painting exactly what your see. From portraiture to landscapes bold color and mastery of the brush stroke is the key, the less strokes the better. All skill levels welcome.
