Daily summary ๐ฝ So I did not workout today, which is fine. My body needs a day off here and there..my total calorie intake was 847 leaving me with 569 calories left to eat to get me to my BMR of 1410 calories per day. For those of you who have some equipment at home during this time...๐ช๐ผ๐ช๐ผ If you donโt have equipment, you can substitute the barbell squats for air squats or jump squats...use resistance bands or even cans of soup or juice for added weight. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ Bodyweight workout coming up tomorrow. โ

Continuation from earlier... Let me drop a bit of wisdom on you. Summer bodies are made in the winter and healthy bodies are made through consistency.
