This wasn't fair. This wasn't fair. This wasn't fair!

She thought, for one moment, she could put the mask down and breathe – for one moment of daydreaming, she thought she could just be Furina. She thought she would finally get to live the live she should've had in the first place, the life she threw away to play God to an audience who saw her as nothing but a circus animal, dancing to their whims. Furina just wanted to be selfish for one brief and fleeting moment..and it was gone before she could even grasp it in her hand. A comet soaring past far out of her reach.

She can barely keep her hands from violently shaking as she looks down at them – broken and bloody and more a corpse then a person – and she feels so numb she can't even feel the rain pelting against her back. None of this is fair, she wants to scream, why is it always me? But her voice is silent beneath the torrent of rain. She wonders if the ocean would take her if she sank into it's depths – just for a moment, she wonders how it would feel to finally be able to sleep at ease.

Furina is tired.

But Furina is nothing if not useful, isn't she?

So she forces her feet to move, dragging against the stone beneath her heels, and drags their bloodied body into the nearest empty building, letting the rain do the work of washing away the smeared blood following her path. The smell makes her feel sick, the feeling of it sticking to her hands and gloves makes her lightheaded, but she persists. Because Furina is useful, because Furina won't let them die out in the rain, because Furina won't stand by and just let them rot on the streets like some..pest.

Furina wants to go home. She wants to sleep and she isn't she if she wants to wake up, this time. But she keeps going anyway.

Because it's all she's ever done, and the habit sticks.

An Archon she may not be, not anymore, but the expectations of five hundred years still linger like eyes on the inside of her skull. They watch her, pry and prod at her thoughts, mocking laughter and judging eyes following her as she forces herself to dance to the song they weave with glee. Furina never stepped off that stage – she's still there, she thinks, watching the crowd stare at her in disdain as the curtain call looms above her like a guillotine. She still hears Neuvillette deliver her damnation and salvation with a trembling voice, still feels her hair stand on end when electro crackled like the crack of the whip, Clorinde's blade aimed at her like a loaded gun.

She's trapped on that stage and she never left, not really.

She hates it. She thinks she hates them, but it's not their fault. They didn't ask for this, didn't ask for everyone to turn against them, didn't ask for her to save them. Neither did she..yet here they are, she thinks.

She tries to tell herself she's in control this time, though. She can stop performing her part in this horrible, bloody play any time she wants. It makes her feel better, just for a little while, if she convinces herself she's still Furina, painfully human.

And Furina has always been good at lying.

It's the believing that's the hard part.

There isn't time for her to wallow in her own self pity, though. They're still bleeding out onto the dusty, creaky floorboards of some random, broken down house and she's just standing there as the blood stains the wood. She can fix it – she's good at fixing things. She's done nothing but fix things – try to, anyway – for five hundred years. She can fix a little wound, how hard could it be? Her hands are clenched so tight they ache as she kneels down, wincing at the creak of the floorboards beneath her heels– she hesitates just long enough to wonder if she's making a mistake before she peels away just enough of the outer layer of their clothes to see the deep, bloody gash across their chest. She tries not to think about it – it's deep, too deep, and she feels dizzy just looking at it, but she's handled worse, right?

Furina can fix it. That's what she's good at.

She doesn't feel so confident when she tries to wrack her brain for..something. Five hundred years, and a little wound stumps her? No, she had to have learned something, right? She's decidedly not trying to buy time because she's panicking, parsing through hundreds of years of memories like flipping through a book. Furina isn't made for this, not really – she's running on nothing but adrenaline and she's really not sure what she's doing, but she's trying. And just like before, it won't be enough, will it?

She'll fall short again – she'll be too late to fix it before she's alone again.

Furina was an Archon..used to be. What use would she have for that sort of knowledge? Which makes her predicament all the more harrowing and bleak. What was she supposed to do?

Furina had heard it first hand, that vitriol in Neuvillette's voice. She isn't sure she's ever heard him that..angry before. She's not sure he would listen to her if she tried, either. And that scares her more then anything. All of Fontaine was up in arms about this..imposter, yet here she was, staring down at them bleeding out in front of her, and she was trying to save them.

Why? Why is she throwing away her only chance at normalcy for a fraud? Why didn't she just turn them in?

They were dying – that should've been a good thing, shouldn't it? So why didn't it feel like it?

"Why you?" Her voice breaks as she speaks in harsh tones, grabbing the front of their shirt in trembling, bloodied hands. "Why now?" She wants to scream, to demand answers they can't give, to claw back the reprieve she was promised after five hundred years of agony..and all she can do is sob into their chest, pleading for an answer that will not come. "Why me?"

Silence is their answer, and it hangs heavy on her trembling shoulders as she cries.

Of course they don't, she thinks bitterly, no one has ever answered her pleas spoken in hushed sobs. Not her other self and certainly not them.

Furina has always been alone. Furina will always be alone.

Because Furina never left that stage, never left that moment when she looked at herself in the mirror and took up a mantle too heavy for her to bear. She always finds her way back eventually. There's no one on the other side anymore – she stands alone on a stage, waiting for an inevitable end she isn't sure will come.

"Please," She pleads through tears and choked sobs, clinging to them like they are all that keeps her from sinking. "Please don't leave me, too." The words burn on her tongue – how pathetic is she that she craves companionship from the bloodied body of the imposter? Perhaps she's truly lost her mind after all these years..perhaps she's finally gone mad. She must have.

But their presence is like the first feeling of gentle warmth upon her skin as the sun crests the horizon, like the gentle lap of tides along her heels, the sway of branches and leaves as the wind blows through them like an instrument all it's own. They are the soothing sound of rain against the window as she watches the dreary skies in fond longing, the first bloom of spring as color blooms upon the landscape like paint had been spilled across the hills and valleys.

They are like the faint spark she carefully nurtures and stokes, so fragile even the smallest wind could blow it out like a candle. She cradles it within her palms, pleads with whoever will listen – prays that someone finally listens, because if not for her, then for them.

She's failed to protect too much already, let too many people with so much trust in her fall between the cracks of her fingers like grains of sand. She won't let them go – she can't.

If nothing else, if she couldn't be saved when she begged for salvation from that five hundred year long agony, even if she never got that chance..

Furina will make sure they do.

And per usual, you feel VERY drained around these people.

You get VIP access to anything from Lyney’s Magic Shows to a court showcase.

Focalors or Furina being the most… uh- flamboyant of the archons, most likely sits on your shoulders and goes wherever you go, which simply attracts everyone to your location (Alabama Montgomery, Hat being thrown up style, ya know?)

So whoever YOU interact with, SHE interacts with.

Oh and since clorinde is Furina’s official bodyguard, she will most definitely become your bodyguard so congratulations, ya got a attention seeking extrovert on your shoulders and a scary, will kill anything suspicious introvert beside you all the time.

You hate it.

Lyney always allows you to get a backstage seat while watching his shows, and maybe you even help with the magic.

Neuvilette also tries to learn everything about you personally.

Freminet is way too scared to approach you, and it doesn’t help that you have the hydro archon with you along with the champion duelist beside you all the time.

However Lyney is able to convince you two too meet each other, safe to say that he’s your third favorite person in Fontaine (the first is clorinde)

Lynette is still her usual self around you, but a bit more open since your personality’s are pretty similar and your the fuckin creator.

Navia also treats you to the best food and drinks she can afford, she and her company act as your bodyguards from the shadows.

Charlotte wants like 100 interviews with you a day.

With you in Fontaine, it’s never a dull moment. Just super tiring.

Summary: You knew, viscerally down to your bones, that you did not create this world; Teyvat had no grand creator, no single hand designing its wonders. It did, however, have something of a catalytic agent, without which it would not exist.

The next morning, Diluc accompanied you on your way to Liyue Harbor. According to him, he had business at Wangshu Inn, but by your experiences in Mondstadt thus far he was probably actually there to escort you. Frankly, you would take it. You knew zealots could go to extreme lengths for the sake of their beliefs, and this world was full of them. If always having a bodyguard at your side was the price, that was getting off lightly, in your opinion.

Two days of meandering brought you through the Stone Gate and to the outer edges of Dihua Marsh. A Statue of Seven stood prominently beside the road, this one bearing the visage of a handsome man sprawled on a throne and holding a cube aloft. It, too, called to you.

Diluc watched in confusion as you approached it. As before, you laid a hand on it -- and as before, the world expanded in your mind. You became aware of every pebble beneath your feet, every boulder perched atop cliffs, every inch of Liyue’s land was waiting to be discovered if only you would turn your attention.

Pulling back, you repeatedly clenched a hand as you considered your power reserves. A bit less than a third, you thought, which matched your expectations if this was the second of seven local gods. Five to go until you regained your full power.

Seven Archons, seven statues. Seven portions of your power.

It wasn’t as if you strictly needed to retrieve your power from the statues since you could just wait a few millennia for it to regenerate within you, but you had already planned to go to Sumeru and thus Liyue. That was three out of seven nations, you might as well complete the set.

You looked around. No Archon came to greet you as Venti did.

“Your Grace?”

“Who is Liyue’s Archon?” you asked.

“It was previously Morax, however, he passed away the year before last. Liyue currently has no Archon,” Diluc promptly answered.

And yet the ley lines weren’t scarred, as they would be if a god died. Curious. You considered the question for a moment before putting it aside. Despite what Mondstadt’s people had expressed, you weren’t the reigning god of Teyvat and had no authority over how its people wanted to live. If the Geo Archon wanted to hide for whatever reason, that was his choice.

“Let’s keep going,” you said, shading your eyes as you looked towards the setting sun, “I don’t want to sleep in a marsh.”

Wangshu Inn was an impressive construction built around a tree bigger than the one at Windrise, and thankfully there was a mechanical lift so you didn’t have to trek up the many, many (many) stairs. It was also good that Diluc knew the proprietress, Verr Goldet, well, and could vouch for you because you suddenly realised that you had no local currency. You were, to put it bluntly, penniless.

...In your defence, mora didn’t exist when you first came to Teyvat and no one asked you to pay for anything in Mondstadt. Honestly, you were surprised this hadn’t become an issue earlier.

But your accommodation was secured despite your bankruptcy.

As you walked up the stairs to your room, you wondered how to word your request. Finally, in the hallways, you called out to Diluc. He turned to you attentively.

“Thank you for your company these past few days, really,” you told him, neatly sidestepping his actual purpose here, “but I’m sure you have better things to do than traipsing around the wilderness with me.”

He frowned almost imperceptibly. “You are far more important than anything else,” he protested, but you shook your head.

“I can tell that you’ve put a lot of work into your winery as well as Mondstadt, it would be a shame if they decline,” you said. He still looked mutinous, so you went in for the kill. You leaned in. “Those Liberation casks you opened for me tasted divine,” you confided, “can you make sure they’re of equally high quality the next time I visit?”

At this, Diluc seemed to, somehow, simultaneously droop and straighten. “Your wish is my command,” he stated resolutely.

Mission accomplished!

You promised to have breakfast with him the next day which appeased him much better.

You opened the door to your room and immediately jumped. There, waiting for you on the balcony, was a green-haired young man with resentment clinging to his aura. Distantly, you could feel Geo struggling to reach you through the great height to thrum, Alatus, golden-winged peng, Anemo, Yaksha, bound to the Lord of Geo.

He too carried a wisp of your power locked away within a bauble, this one attached to his glove.

You were accustomed to Teyvat informing you of its favoured Vision-holders by now, so you were confident in your address when you closed the door and called out, “Alatus.”

He dropped to his knees almost instantly. “Your Grace the Overseer,” he greeted reverently.

Another zealot. You held in a sigh. “Get up, please. Why are you here?”

He seemed to almost shuffle in place, looking distinctly ruffled, before rising to his feet and settling into a posture you had seen in more than one military during your travels. With his back straight and arms stiffly at his sides, he reminded you of nothing more than a product for inspection. “Emperor of All, Forge of Days, it is this one’s pleasure to welcome You to this land. One is pleased to report that Liyue prospers under Your benevolent gaze. If it would please Your Imperial Majesty, the adepti and mortals of Liyue are in the midst of preparations for a grand feat to celebrate Your arrival.”

‘In the midst’, he said. That explained all the activity you detected towards the south. Alatus continued while you fell into brief thought.

“We await only Your immortal presence,” he concluded in a rush.

However, you shook your head. “It’s late, and I’ve agreed to have breakfast with Diluc.” You smiled to soften the blow. “Another time, perhaps?”

As a proud Fontainian citizen (lol), I love to see Fontaine's involvement in sagau. However, it's always only the ones with political power so basically Neuvillette, Furina when she's still acting as the Hydro Archon, Arlecchino (+the Fatui) and Wriothesley. I love them all dearly, but I wish to see more about Navia and Clorinde, they were both very present in the AQ and have both their own undeniable influence in Fontaine (one is THE Spina Di Rosula's boss and the other the #1 Champion Duelist in the whole country +Furina's bodyguard) (+they're both my pookies) Idk, it always feels weird not to see them, like the Creator/Impostor is around and you don't even see two of the most important people of Fontaine get involved??

(tbh I really want to see the others too, even if I have no idea what they could bring to the plot but Charlotte trying to uncover the truth and unexpectedly bumping into the Creator or finding out about Neuvillette & cie's plan and either joining in or info-dumping everything in the Steambird???? Why is nobody talking about Charlotte????)

Oooooh that is a very good point.

Honestly considering how new they are as characters I’m not surprised at the lack of content regarding them.

The arc on Fontaine is an interesting one to be sure.

I’ll see what I can do to include these ladies into the story.

I have plans for Navia and Clorinde, I’m unsure whether or not they’d end up as POV characters, but they will be there.

The most interesting thing about Fontaine is that it is very much a land of humans, or more precisely a land without “gods”.

Even during the rule of Furina, she was less of a figure of authority and worship in the same way the other Archons are.

No churches or shrines in her honor unlike Barbados and Raiden Shogun.

No festivals or events like with Kusanali and Rex Lapis.

While there is the Furina film festival, that’s named after her skill as an actress rather than her position as their Archon.

It is so very human.

Of course there are Melusines, but they’re not creatures of legends such as the Adepti, the Youkai, four winds of Mondstadt or the Aranara.

It is truly removed from The Seven.

Which makes sense as it is ruled by the Hydro Sovereign.

But that also means it’s humans are much more removed from the Archons and as a result, Celestia.

What that will mean for this story you’ll just have to wait and see.

There is a theme for who gets blessed. It’s not based off of what characters I have, at least not completely.

Clorinde and Navia are both so intrinsically human and have such vital roles in the community that, well. . .

It will be a very interesting dynamic for character development.

Because there will be character development, believe me.

My only concern is with Charlotte. Since she’s such an Ace reporter, should our lovely Creator bump into them, well I mean it’s a scoop but it will also rock the foundations of Teyvat and might lead to ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ ■ .

But I do have a couple of ideas for an extra featuring her. No promises though!

However since you are a fontainian I do feel the need to warn you of the oncoming weather.

I fear once the Fontaine arc begins you’d best shut your doors and prepare for rain.

Ango will find any app/computer program you want. Renews your film/anime collection daily.

🥷 Mizuki Tsujimura is on a spy duty. She will gather information about followers and festivals, Fake Creator will take part in.

Mizuki will watch spy films and paranormal documentaries with you. Will offer you to re-create some scenes from spy movies to make you laugh.

🕶️ Ayatsuji Yukito is helping Ranpo in setting up people, who wronged you. He's also using his ability to get rid of some of them.

Ayatsuji will let you touch and play with dolls from his collection. He and his cats will keep you company. You will spend evenings in his doll collection room. You and Ayatsuji will play mahjong, his cats will be curled on your lap. Both of you will drink coffee and in every given moment you can stand up and take any doll you want.

👻 Oguri Mushitarou is using his ability to destroy evidence of BSD Cast's crimes.

Oguri will tell you about occult practices. Will offer you to use some of them to make something nasty happen to people of Teyvat.

⌚ André Gide is helping Hunting Dogs in dealing with official organizations. If needed, he will attack patrols.

He is acting as your bodyguard. Will offer to read to you.

🐉🍎🍏 Tatsuhiko Shibusawa is using abilities from his collection to cause harm/apply damage to anything/anyone he can from Teyvat.

Shibusawa will bring ability crystals, that you might find useful, to you. Will let you do whatever you want with his hair.

🐈‍⬛ Natsume Soseki will join "The Steambird" to keep a track on Teyvat's news. He will spy on people in his cat form, to find dirt on any important figure he can find. Will publish found information in the newspaper.

He will read books to you. He will also become your moral support cat.

🤖 Adam Frankenstein is on a rescue mission to transport people, who helped you, from Teyvat to the real world. Working as a lie detector, if BSD Vast capture someone

Adam will talk to you about everything, starting from the animals and ending with space.

👧🏻 Aya Koda is staying with you and act as a moral support. If needed, she will act as a spy to gather information about Fake Creator.

🚸 Oda's kids are always trying to include you in their games. They will draw pictures for you. Sakura, Kousuke, Shinji, Yu and Katsumi, same as Aya, are ready to do some spying on Fake Creator, because, as kids, they have more chances to get close to them.

"Your Grace, you were pushed into A WHAT?!" Man will be praying to the Almighty Creator (aka you) that what you just said was just a prank—or maybe he heard it wrong.

But once you confirm it, this man is throwing all dignity into the wind (get it?) and about to hunt down these dudes who decide to throw you into a fire.

It takes all of your will to stop him from committing arson in your world, knowing you have no control over the government :')

He's more worried if you were hurt from the incident than worrying about morons who don't know what's dangerous or not.

"Your Grace, are you unharmed from such an incident?" Constantly checking over you to make sure you're unharmed whenever he gets the chance. He might not be exactly free all the time, but he can certainly make sure you are protected.

Guy will use every excuse in the book to make sure you are shielded. Whether literally or metaphorically, that depends on the situation.

Once this guy sees your hurt, expect to be walking behind you like some sort of bodyguard for a good few months.

Raiden Ei

Both worried and enraged. Who dares to hurt the Almighty Creator, going so far to have the audacity to push them into a campfire?!

"You need not worry, Your Grace—I will ensure you that these traitors deem no threat to you any longer." Even though it's probably been years since this incident, here's the archons, taking it seriously. Ei is not an exception—she will literally hunt the people who pushed you into that campfire.

Would see no end until she's killed the traitors, even though you're basically trying to convince her otherwise. It was years ago—you've gotten over it! Besides, you weren't dead!

She is not taking any of your excuses, so be prepared to pin her down when she does realize and see those traitors. No one shall stop her pursue of vengeance for the Almighty Creator!

Very very worried and is practically hoping you weren't hurt.

"Your Grace, why would they push you into the campfire? Don't they know how dangerous it is?" Doesn't really like the fact that mortals do this to one another, let alone the Almighty Creator.

Poor bean is very worried about you so now you must reassure her that you are fine whenever you go off on long trips, travels, etc.

I have to say it, I can not stay silent any longer! Shenhe is one of the best characters for neurodivergent creator.

Just hear me out! Not only is also plagued with feeling like she's stuck between two worlds(being a human that was forced out of society and now has to ingrain herself back into society after living away from it for so long), her way of thinking and speech are perfect for someone who's neurodivergent(she's probably neurodivergent herself). She's VERY direct. You always know what you're gonna get from her. I'd be refreshing, especially after that awkward 'just became friends' stage.

Also Shenhe's like. One of the best bodyguards you could have, in any context. She's SUPER strong and quick, and she, technically, can follow you anywhere. Unlike Ganyu and Cyno(Who have high maintenance jobs) or Xiao(Who has a certain duty stopping him from leaving), there isn't anything keeping her in Liyue. I guess there's the chance of her red ropes breaking...but that's something she's been working hard on since she met the traveler. It's something she can work on with you. Plus, traveling with a partner might be good, for both the you and Shenhe. You get a friend who can protect you, and she also gets afriend, and crowd exposure therapy. Win-win honestly.

I might have put to much effort into this, but I need to talk about Shenhe and your ask box was closed. Your work is amazing by the way! It never fails to make me laugh or smile, so keep it up! You're doing great!

To make matters worser, it’s just not the housewarden, it’s everyone fighting for that spot. The staff fighting for their spot as the grandpapi, and what not. Reader guaranteed banned Crowley lmao.

The ghosts : Their your light house, they warn you when others are coming to ramshackle. They really do nothing but comfort and watch out for you. To them, your like an unintentional child tossed into their lives. They’re just the best really.

A small scenario of how things would go…

You’re hands shakey, holding the positive pregnancy test…shit, how did this even happen, you knew better than to fuck around, how would you tell your parents and friends, let alone notify the one night stand that he’s your baby daddy?

Taking a deep breath, you decide who cares, hopefully things ends up okay? Grabbing your phone, inhaling sharply, you call your friends, while they seemed concerned they congrats you and even asks who’ll be the godfather/godmother/godparent, where as your parents, not so happy, “you’re in college, how can you get pregnant?”, with your mental mindset already as a ‘fuck it we ball’ type shit, you decide you have your friends support, it’s enough to get you through this.

Soon, you’re three months pregnant…barely, at least you’re a few weeks closer to the second trimester…

You get up to use the bathroom, but when you swing your bathroom door open, and walk back into your room, it’s not your room anymore…. The room is dark, cold, the blinds barely hanging onto the window, curtains slightly rip but still usable, the windows seems frail, you look to your left and see a cold large bed the wall with two nightstands that are barely holding up.

You see what seems to be a Victorian like desk at the semi circle window area, the bed seems undone as well, almost like someone got out of it in a rush, but at least the lamps look good in shape, and the electricity seems to run pretty good too. Hopefully, you can find a heater to warm the house.

Confused as hell, you turned on the lamp on nightstand and take in your surroundings, ‘where the hell am I?’ You think to yourself, your brought out of your thoughts when you hear shuffling from the blankets, “Nya henchhuman! Whats taking you forever and why ya turn on the lamps!?” A black cat with blue flames pop from the blankets, you backed up surprised, and the cat does the same, except its mouth it hanging open.

You were quick to hush the cat named grim, to prevent alerting anything or anyone. After some interrogation, you quickly accept the fact you’re in your favorite game twisted wonderland to prevent stressing yourself. Who knows maybe you’ll wake up tomorrow and find yourself back in your original room.

But when you don’t you genuinely begin to stress, but the cat is quick to comfort.

“Nya! Don’t stress! Itz not healthy for mini you!!” Grim scold slightly, arms crossed…

…H-how… did the cat knew..?? You’re faced pale as you looked at the cat in horror, Grim seemed to notice and he points at his ears, “I can hear the heartbeats ya know, I was snuggling up to your stomach like always and heard the tiny heartbeats.” Grim gives an explanation, which made you relaxed, you almost forgot he was a cat.

You open what seems to be a broken yet still operating wardrobe and find a few outfits your size somehow, Grim explained their from your doll, which went into the bathroom and disappeared, he checked the house for the vessel, it seemed to vanish without a trace.

A familiar bag catches your eyes, it’s your school bag, except when you open it, it’s completely dark, almost an endless void, you shrugged and reached in and you pulled out… your phone!!! You can transfers things from your real world to this world!!! You decided to test your luck and have grim set it on fire, it’s invincible too!!!

You open your phone and the time and dates changed as well, but opening the calendar was your biggest regret, most holidays didn’t even exist, only Halloween and a few other you didn’t know.. guess you’ll reintroduce…

Not knowing this place, you dread, putting arms around your stomach just in case, grim goes onto the details for you, you’re in a all boy school, and you’re the only female in the school, and shows the way or points the direction of your classes, pulling up to this professor crewel class seems to take time, fearing on what the hell to do.

Opening his classroom door softly, all eyes fall on you, “Yuu! Your late-“ This professor stops midway, when he realizes, “You’re not yuu, you’re-“ He pulls you out of class, he’s shocked to find the actual ‘creator/overseer’ here, he don’t know how to introduce you, since everyone will immediately know you and instantly start bombarding you with questions, or others like malleus would instantly drop to his knees.

Professor crewel comes back into the classroom and seats you directly at his desk for temporary, trying to find a safe spot in the classroom to put you without you being overwhelmed or near the housewarden or vice housewardens as they can be a bit… obnoxious…

Azul ashengrotto being in the same class speaks out, “Professor Crewel, may I ask, why are you having Yuu sitting at your desk? Perhaps sudden favor?” Azul asks, hoping to try to rope his professor intoca contract soon but that idea crumbles when you swivel the comfy chair and Azul gets a glimpse of your face, all three hearts of his stops for a second, it can’t be? The creator/overseer is here?

With many insisting you sit with them, the poor professor opted to seat you at his desk…temporarily..

With that life in twisted wonderland started, other schools got word of you actually being here and not some vessel, now that the news of your presence announced and everyone going batshit insane for you, you decide to hide the pregnancy… will you be able to hide it for long though?

Mondstadt

The people of Mondstant think your nice. Your not overly energetic but your not overly inactive

They also find your presence calming (as everyone else does in sagau) you don’t demand much of anything from them, just some food and a place to stay.

If you live in Mondstadt, you’d have at least TWO knights protecting you at all cost, along side Diluc of course.

People love you, some even begin praying to you directly. And you need to adapt to it. As much as you tell them ‘You can stop, it’s not necessary’ they’ll just keep going. So you suck it up.

You hand around vision holders most, the NPC’s are very jealous. Why them? Is it their visions? Did they pray harder or offer more things to you?

Really, it’s because you know more about them then you do the others, and your introverted by nature so it’s pretty hard to socialize, not to mention your inability to pick up on normal social clues.

You always deny people walking with you or sticking beside you all day long, it’s draining enough to just talk you don’t need to make idle chat with.. well I guess your ‘Followers’

You handout with Diluc the most, he resembles your personality the most and understands your major dislike for peoples attention.

Your least favorite person is klee. Mostly because she’s SO fucking energetic, it drains you just being around children.

You brought your phone and Nintendo switch into the world of Teyvat. And since genshin is a game, in your phone, you have unlimited battery and access to download any games or dlc’s to your switch or phone.

If your able to clone your phone you’d give it to your most trusted people, in this case it would be Diluc, and Jean.

Your relationship with Venti is surprisingly normal. Venti is an archon, he’s devoted his life to you and knows what you like and hate, so he’d be more quiet around you but still fun.

Venti would probably try to convince you to drink alcohol, but you always deny.

Liyue

Liyue is probably the most devoted to you.

Anything you want they’ll be damn sure to get it, Food? How much you want? A house? Shit you can take one if there’s. Clothing? You’ll get the best fucking clothes Teyvat has ever seen.

If your a woman, Ningguang is willing to lend you her expensive and comfortable clothing. A man, go to Zhongli, your most devoted follower to exists.

Zhongli most likely has everything you’ll ever want, he’s been alive for 6000 years. He knows every spec of you.

He’s your most ‘normal’ obsessed follower. He’s willing to kill anyone who seems to irritate you, he’s willing to lend you his clothes, anything you want, he’s your man.

Your bodyguard is Xiao, Yelan, and The entire liyue Qixing.

Your favorite person in liyue is Xiao, as in your words ‘Xiao knows how to shut up… he’s also just pretty to look at’

Xiao watches you from the distance while still killing demons. Yelan stays beside you and probably ‘Flirts Respectfully’

Yelan herself would like to train you to fight, if you don’t know how to. Others believe you shouldn’t stain your hand with the filth of those who dare attack you.

Ningguang has a special room made for you on the jade chamber, before she destroyed it. But she’d most definitely make another jade chamber specifically as your home in liyue.

In short, if you want a easy free life with low expectations, go live in liyue.

Inazuma

Inazuma treats everything you do as royalty.

If you walk, everyone will move out the way for you, if you breath, people stop breathing in fear of taking your precious air, if you sit down in a restaurant others might move away from you, fearful of angering you or some might try to talk to you.

Ei herself becomes your bodyguard, while the shogun is busy with political and military affairs, she’s beside you, making sure no one even breaths the wrong way in your presence.

And your fine with it. Ei is an introvert herself and doesn’t ask stupid questions. That and she’s pretty to look at.

You have a room in the Tenshukaku, the only ones who can enter it are you (obviously) and Ei

Ei makes sure you have the most comfortable furniture in inazuma, along with the best view of the city. She’s not only your bodyguard, but your maid.

You want a massage? She suddenly knows how to give them. You want food? She bought a mountain of ingredients and the best chief in inazuma (It’s Thoma) someone’s bothering you? She kills them.

If you believe Zhongli was obsessive you’ve seen nothing yet. Ei acts like a overprotective Yandere, she never wants you to leave inazuma, but why would you leave? What do the other nations have that inazuma doesnt?

You have a archon practically kissing your feet. You have everyone’s respect, your have the best view of the city. Why would you want to leave? Has someone annoyed you that much? Who? she’ll end them!

She’d try to convince (manipulate) you to stay. She’s terrified of losing you, she lost her friends and sister she couldn’t even bare the thought of losing her beloved Creator.

Her obsession is driven by fear of loss and just pure devotion. She’d do anything, literally anything to keep you in inazuma.

Ultimately when you leave, she extremely sad and disappointed within herself. What did she do to make you leave? She’s completely fearful that you’ll perish despite knowing that no one would dare attack you. Give her a break, she has trauma.

Once you return to inazuma she wants to hug you from pure relief, just throw herself onto you, but she just sighs and says ‘I’m glad you came back your grace’

If your able to see her, touched starved attitude you’d hug her and allow her to hug back. She’s been really nice and good to you, it’s only fair right?

Sumeru

Sumeru is the most normal.

They don’t overprotect you, just above average protection.

You don’t really have a bodyguard here. You just have admirers and follower’s. Except Cyno, he’s your bodyguard.

Nahida is your tour guide, wherever you wanna go she’ll point you at the right direction.

You’ll possibly be milked for information about where you were before you descended to them, they’d be very interesting by the idea of ‘Television, and Video Games’

Besides that, Sumeru is quite literally normal, their driven by their logic not feelings.

So Ranni is the one summoning the 'oath-sworn' ghostly summons in Rennala's second phase, yeah? That whole phase is Ranni, but that's not what this is about. That spectral oath-sworn dragon is almost definitely Adula, who swore a knightly oath to Ranni's Dark Moon (also I headcanon Adula as female, but you can ignore that if you want)

Imagine Ranni!Reader tries to demonstrate this summoning ability of theirs (lets say to the Fatui) but because R!R has literal god powers in Teyvat, instead of a ghostly shade of a dragon, they summon Adula in the flesh.

Zhongli is a very, very patient man: and above all else, he is not one to be jealous or envious. Only in specific circumstances, like maybe envying Qiqi's ability to forgot, over his own memory, is one example.

The same goes, in this case, for The Creator: He is, at most, disheartened from not being held in highest regards. But, he knows, this is a being from beyond the veil; they, in particular, have a companion just as he did. Difference being, of course, is that while Azhdaha is now imprisoned under the mountains, the Glintstone Dragon Adula is alive and very much well.

Perhaps, then, he is envious of that. But alas, he has long since toned down himself in regards to fanaticism; at the end of the day, Adula is favoured more. And, that is that.

Yes, your currently with Albedo in his lab, accompanied by like half of the playable Mondstadt characters, in a very comfy blanket, but you just need to see him.

Xiao thought he was going to meet the face of the traveler.

On the off chance that he heard your voice calling him, it was always through the traveler. So he was met with an unexpected face when he appeared in the lab. Yours.

And what was even more surprising to him was how your face lit up the moment you saw him. He didn't expect you of all people to call him, and he definitely wasn't understanding why you were so happy to see him.

He excuses it as you being happy to finally be in Teyvat.

It was more than that.

He doesn't think he'll ever understand why your so energetic and excited to just talk to him. But I mean, who would refuse time with their grace? Not him.

Was caught very unexpected by your blatant favoritism. He was never one to chat a lot, so you constant visits accompanied with a fresh plate of almond tofu were hard to get used to. Not that he didn't enjoy being around you no, quite the opposite. He thought that surely you had much more important things to do than spend all day talking to him. Apparently not!

Tries his best. He deeply appreciates you, along with everything you've done even when blocked behind the barrier of your screen. Thinks its highly unnecessary for you to bring him food every time you visit. You have no need to do such a thing, he'd feel honored just to be with you.

He loves to listen to you talk about your world. It seems so different from Teyvat. Intently listens every time to tell a story of some sort, he listens as if its the best story he's heard in a millennium. If you pay close enough attention, you'll see a scowl of his face whenever you talk about somebody or something that had done something to you in the past. He grips the railing of the inn slightly tighter as well.

The more often your visits become, the more he secretly looks forward to them. At first, he saw chatting with you as some sort of honor. And while he still does, he's become more relaxed when being around you. You're comforting to him now. That's something he never thought would happen.

He basically becomes a bodyguard. You usually travel in a group to ensure your safety, but there's a 90% chance that all the nearby threats to your safety are completely gone before you even set foot onto the road. The more you get to know each other, the more you realize just how often he's around. Ensuring your safe is his way of being appreciative.
