Oh this was a cruel question, but very clever answer and I actually think this woybe my order as well 😬
Q. Okay, you have to answer, no chickening out! List the main cast in order from favorite to least favorite. And then tell us why. It's HARD and I struggled big time with it!!
A. Yikes, anon. This is a mean question. For the sake of my sanity I'm going to go with just the original main cast. And I'm going to cheat, slightly, lol. I'm going to rate them as a pair so my order would be:
1. Buck and Eddie
2. Hen and Chimney
3. Bobby and Athena
I have been a Buck girlie since season one. My sunshine boy deserves the world. Eddie baby trapped me and Buck when he waltzed in in season 2 with the cutest kid the world has ever seen. He brought with him a brooding persona who thinks he has to stay strong and take care of everyone else but desperately wants someone to take care of him. My man wants and deserves to be romanced. And I need to see Buck romance him. They share a singular braincell. Can communicate without words. And, if the show is smart, the greatest television slow burn ever. They are the Buckley Diaz family and they deserve their happily ever after. ADORE 💗
Hen and Chimney are the ultimate ride or die besties who are both too smart for their own damn good but occasionally share a singular brain cell and it's a joy to watch. Watching Chimney grow from the insecure unhappy man he was in season 1 to the badass husband and father he is today has been amazing. Everyone should have a Hen in their lives. The world would be a much better place if we all had her wisdom and judgement in our lives.
Bobby and Athena are the perfect fire fam parents. Bobby basically being Buck's dad is everything. Athena being a one woman badass parade is awesome. My only nugget of complaint is that the show leans very heavily into the misery with the two of them. Especially with Bobby. Responsible for the death of his wife and kids, along with many others. Alcoholic. Abusive, miserable childhood, and suicidal. It's a lot. It's why hos friendship with Michael was so good, he was allowed to be goofy. The Athena thing I get. She's Angela Bassett, they want to show that off, and they should. The problem is that certain writers, ahem Kristen, write her way over the top and some of her scenes can kind of get ridiculous as a result. I love them. I just wish the show would understand that they don't need to constantly be buried in misery.
There you have it anon. That's my list and why. I have zero doubt that it pisses off someone and I'm sure they will let me know about it, lol.
Thank you Nonny! :)
That is so difficult, but I mostly agree with Ali here about the order. Although I would put Eddie on top for sure. He is my first and biggest love. It took me a while to warm up to Buck in season 1, but I finally did and haven't looked back since. ;)
What a great question that was.
IMPORTANT! Please don't repost this ask and/or a link that leads straight to my Tumblr account on Twitter or any other social media. Thank you!
Heads up! For anyone who is giving me the shifty eyes for reposting Ali's updates instead of reblogging. Read this.

ooooh so @missing-tony tagged me to share my top 5 911 episodes, so here we go 😌
1. Jinx 4x06: hands down one of the funniest episodes of the series. everyone is at their stupidest, zero braincells involved. Ravi my love is introduced. we find out Josh is in a groupchat with the firefam. Chimney's death glare. backwards hat Buck. a moment of silence for cap's baked macaroni.
2. Chimney Begins 2x12: so. much. crying. it's been three years and I still couldn't fully rehydrate myself after that. Chimney is bleeding out somewhere in the present, while the show is introducing us new characters in the past just so they can traumatise us all over again. classic 911 move.
3. The Taking of Dispatch 9-1-1 3x14: legendary. I loved the shift of focus to the dispatch center. Maddie was badass. Sue was badass. Josh was badass. great episode all around, good character development, good action, good story.
4. Ocean's 911 2x15: the first episode of the iconic Michael-Bobby duo. the drama, the mystery, the police interrogation scene, Athena cackling at the thought of the firefam pulling off a heist, Buck's "I'm so confused. Can you start over?", Chimney being pissed bc he *just* finished tidying up his place and the police is now messing that up. perfect.
5. Treasure Hunt 4x12: Ravi my love is back. Eddie is Jealous™. Taylor and Buck teaming up. Hen and Chim teaming up. Bobby pretending not to care and trying to hide his madness board from Athena. Ravi going full Mariah Carey "I don't know them" about the firefam. Buck and Eddie and Maths™. the twists and turns and lack of braincells used! unparallelled.
thank you so much for tagging me Thushikka, this was fun!
tagging: @just-a-glittery-fan and @itwoodbeprefect because you three are my only 911 mutuals 😬💕

bobby and michael’s friendship has to be one of my favorite things about the show,,, it’s just so elite and they just seem to share just one braincell when they’re together it’s honestly so funny and amusing 😂 athena really out there having a whole type lol
YES! Michael really brings out Bobby's lighter and more chaotic side, and vice versa, and I love it SOOOO much.
Poor Athena is just like What Have I Done To Deserve This (but secretly loving every minute of it because she loves her family)
The Grant-Nash family is the best, I have said it many times before and I will say it many times again. There is no single better family on tv EVER than them ❤️️

Hi! I just want you to know that I love your blog, you are like one of the few people in this fandom with braincells. Your posts are really interesting and objective, they're like a breath of fresh air in this hellsite. Anyways, I wanted to ask you what is your ideal ending for spn? What would make the most sense to you, o r how do yo think it will end? (I'm 99% sure nobody asked you this yet, so sorry if I'm wrong and you already answered). Thank you for your awesomeness.
For 15x19 (seaon finale) I think Sam and Dean will die stopping Billie from ending Existence. Prime earth is Chuck’s favorite story and he doesn’t want to destroy it, so Billie brings back Lucifer from the Empty like she did Jack, which triggers Michael’s apocalypse boner. Sam and Dean agree to become vessels again but this time they are abe to overcome their possession and use Lucifer and Michael’s power to stop Billie and send all angels including the inferno Jo into the Empty. In this Swan Song 2.0, Sam!Lucifer and Dean!Michael throw themselves into the Empty. Right before the Empty is sealed, Chuck saves Sam and Dean and put them in their shared heaven. He upgrade Sam and Dean as new angels so that heaven doesn’t fall apart. Sam and Dean are now in charge of heaven.
For 15x20 (series finale) Sam and Dean are in heaven together visiting their greatest hits to resolve any loose ends or lingering issues. Like the story of Noah’s Ark, God promised Sam and Dean that the prime earth will be spared and heaven, hell, and purgatory will be sealed so not to interfer with human lives, freeing humans to make their own destiny.
Feel free to come back here after the finale airs to point and laugh at me if none of this happens.
With that said, my ideal ending is for Sam and Dean to become the new Light and Dark. The angels are extinct so Sam makes new angels from dead hunters like Bobby, Rufus, Elle, Jo, Mary, grandpa Samuel, John, Henry etc, to be guardians of both heaven and humanity. This makes use of leader!Sam of season 12 and 14. Once earth is taken care of, Sam and Dean leave to explore the cosmos together.
Even though I don’t believe the season is building up to this, to me it makes sense. Dean and Sam’s confrontation with God in season 11 and 14 respectively are very much how they’ve reacted to family and authority their entire lives: Dean accused God of abandoning His Creation while Sam challenged God’s Divine decree over His Creation. Like Arbraham, how could mere humans stand before the Creator of the Universe and challenge Him? Because it’s actually a lesson in honest, meaningful relationships with our fellow human beings. How often do we suppress our true selves and our own principles for the sake of avoiding conflict instead of taking the relationship a step further into a place of sincerity? Sam and Dean take turns hiding secrets from eachother that always blow up in their faces and threaten their relationship. Fans noted that season 11 was the first time in a long time that the brothers are acting like brothers without repetitve arguements between them, even Dean’s secret longing for Darkness didn’t anger nor drive Sam away but instead assured Dean that Sam has his back. Season 11 was also the first time they officially meet God as the Creator, not as Chuck.
Abraham approached God over His plan to destroy Sodom & Gemorrah with a sense of determination, respect, and self-reflection. And out of a moment fraught with intimidation, Abraham speak his heart and mind and transcends himself - leading the way for God. Dean and Sam speak their heart and mind to God, season 11 and 14 respectively, between those seasons the brother’s relationship was the strongest, never wavering even when occasional arguements sprout up because they were honest with eachother. Biblical Abraham becomes of the father of faith. The Winchester Gospel makes their way into the mainstream to become inspiration of the masses.

911 4x07 spoilers
David found out that Michael and Bobby share one singular braincell and promptly left his braincell sitting on the table.
It's the crime fighting trio that I never thought I needed but I absolutely love.
Also, the drama with Hen and her mom is so delicious. And we got some good quality Karen screentime and she's even more beautiful than I remembered 😍
-Quarantine Anon
I’m so late on replying to this (week has been bumpy af)
The lack of braincells!!! Bobby dumped his almost immediately when Michael showed him Slim! And David gave one idea and whoop! There goes his braincell.
The three of them teaming up was everything! Never thought that would be a trio I’d love but it was excellent! Michael slowly sucking them into the drama of what’s happening across the street, Bobby just going right into the dumpster and losing his phone, and David still trying to hang onto his braincell and then dropping it the moment he sees the bloody rags! If I ever write the podcast fic, those three are going to be featured.
*chef’s kiss* I loved the Hen focus in this episode! Toni was a lot and that drama was good. The car scene at the end...good stuff. AND YES KAREN! Oh my gosh, Karen!!!! Karen!!!!! Karen!!!! *swoons*
And we get Karen next week and I’m gonna get my heart broken over Nia.

9, 10, 14, 15 for the ahs asks
9. Favorite Hotel character? I’m going to name two because they’re my favorite duo and I refuse to pick between the two: Liz and Iris!! I love them. Yeah, the vampires were cool and all, but Liz and Iris were two bad bitches that didn’t give a fuck (and also enabled each other to make poor choices but who cares) and I love them for that. Also this scene!
10. Favorite Roanoke character? I didn’t connect to any single character that season 😬 I enjoyed the season, but it wasn’t that engrossing for me. Although, maybe Scáthach would be my favorite because I struggle to pronounce her name and she caused chaos every episode!
14. If you could give one season a sequel, which season would it be? I don’t think any season deserves a sequel with the way they all ended. Although, I would want Apocalypse to have a redo. I’d rather it have been a more biblical God vs the Devil, Mallory (nephilim) vs Michael (antichrist), season rather than Coven 2.0. Well maybe 1984 could have a sequel, a new camp is set up at Redwood and Bobby is a swamp creature that drowns people and the campgrounds gets investigated by the Buzzfeed Unsolved team? And then we finally get to see Trevor, Xavier, and Chet run amok, not in a murder-y sort of way, but a trio that shares one braincell sort of way? It can be a Scooby Doo inspired season. I don’t know, haha, sorry!
15. If you could bring one character back to life, who would it be? Michael! In every other season everyone becomes a ghost anyways, but Michael is a character I would love to see back in action (partially because I want Cody in that wig again). If they could bring him back but take the focus away from the witches, that would be great!
Thank you for the ask, I really appreciate it!! 😘😘
