Hello I love your TFA OC Dawnhunter and they (he?) Look very cool

I saw one art where they appeared to be confessing to Shockwave and it made me curious on what inspired you to make them cus I thought the two were related cus they appear similar in form??? But I've also had the idea that Shockwave's unique ability stems from the idea that he's from a unique line of transformers that can change their shape just a bit and stretch themselves out (like shapeshifters but not really I guess?????) So I now assumed Dawnhunter and Shockwave just have special genes that make them look like deers with claws

Hey, thank you! He's a shared OC I created together with @blurrbaby and I'd die for him.

To answer your question, I have this thing were I get obsessed with something and then that becomes my main source of dopamine for years. So something I did several years ago was to "create" the concept of shape shifters which are basically frames that resemble Shockwave. (I must also note that this is a TFA thing since that's where he literally shapeshifts).

Reject emputara. Make species.

Since then I've incooperated this concept into several AUs for that sweet sweet dopamine hit, including the AU blurrbaby and I are developing for fun.

My SJ Story

I saw a trend going around of people posting when they first got into Samurai Jack – so here goes!

I was 10 when I first saw the preview for the Good, the Bad and the Beautiful and yes – I absolutely fell in love with Josephine and her design as well as her character (I also loved her and Zeke’s interactions and Jack’s expressions)! After that, I was hooked on the show for good… the humor, the drama, the action, the visuals – all of it was amazing to me. Later on, I met one of my best friends @blurrbaby who got me liking Demongo a few years later, and I could not have asked for a better friend! Seeing her reaction to his return is still something that make me smile to this very day. From there, she introduced me to my other lovelies @verona7881 and @teacupballerina (who both helped my love for Aku grow even more). The Skype chats were endless and the laughter was bountiful!

Around 19, I started doing my very first SJ art I believe (mostly Josephine but hey, you know). The show became a huge part of my style inspiration at this point.

And, well, here I am now, 16 years later, still a SJ faithful until the end and way after (as we are seeing now haha) still drawing fanart!
