The Call Of Duty: Black Ops 4 – Operation Dark Divide trailer is all sword fights, floaty crackly lightning folk and mechanical helmets that assemble around people’s faces. Good. With the second Modern Warfare about to drench us all in pseudo-realistic oorah guff, I’m glad that Blops is mucking about with superheroes. I’m particularly glad they’re adding the time-limited “Heavy Metal Heroes” event to Blackout, their battle royale mode, because it includes double jumps, tanks, and a lot of ramps.

Season pass owners will also get two new multiplayer maps and the final chapter of the blando-zombies mode. I’m not a season pass owner. Let’s get back to ramps n’ tanks.

With Blackout from CoD: Black Ops 4 already out and Battlefield V coming soon with their own BR, I can only hope after that it dies down. (I don't mind you rambling btw.)

eXACTLY i can PROMISE you if the BR craze never happened, if PUBG or fhatiliciousnute never took off, BLOPS 4 and BF:5 NEVER WOULD’VE BEEN BRwe got the BR timeline and it suuuuuuuucksafter the first two i cant think of anyone who plays the other franchises screaming for royale modesBLOPS 3 wasnt amazing sure but it was hella fun and had some of the coolest concepts for cybernetics and shit (campaign was the funniest YOU WERE cliche ever tho, Nightmare mode was legit really good with putting a zombies feel on it tho) and it’s been a while since i’ve played Battlefield but 4 was great and the WW1 thing looked fun (btw where the FUCk is 2143 EA i know you’re making it please give it to me)point is, both of those games had amazing chances to be redeemed and then it got smushed because Royale games took off. i’m honestly not going to be surprised if other games start attempting Royale sooner because their franchises are stagnant thinking it’ll help cause lets be honest, if BF:5 and BLOPS 4 manage to pull it off somehow its gonna give game devs another reason to chance it and we’re gonna get stuck in this BR loop until lootboxes are banned completely or we break the cycle by going back in time to stop PUBG and fortnite being a�� thing(also i’m glad someone can hahah, i love viddy games but the industry drives me up the wall sometimes, thank you tho ✌️ )
