Feature: Flower Power with Bloombox Co

Many of you know that I'm a sucker for flowers. Flowers make the house feel more welcoming, more bright and alive. Bloombox Co have a great idea of offering a floral subscription service where fresh flowers are delivered straight to your door. What I love about this idea is that with this service, you no longer have to do 5am mornings at the Flowers Markets to get pretty blooms. This hashtag; #OMGFLOWERS was my exact reaction when I opened the box. I love my flowers that I'm even willing to wake up early on Saturdays for them. I love putting together flowers and have been collecting so many jars and bottles to use as vases.

How amazing is this selection of flowers? What I love most is that they included flowers I have never seen before and ones I will be looking out for in the future.

They included the sweetest personalised letter. I felt so touched.

Their packaging and branding is so great. It's the best for those who love minimalism and for those who love pretty stationary and branding. You can tell the girls had put a lot of effort and invested so much in what they believe in, it's so inspiring.

Instead of taking photos of my flowers in my recycled vases, I thought I would showcase them in flatlays. Believe it or not, these are so hard to do! Getting the right angle, lighting and distribution of products and colours is tough. Practice makes perfect!

My best friend, Brian is such a talented landscape photographer. I have been encouraging him to sell his work in prints so if anyone is interested, let me know!

The selection of flowers is a great range and I love how there are so many different colours to play around with.

The beauty of how individual pieces go so well together.

Don't be fooled with the amount of Chanel items I have in these photos. The boxes are props and used for the photos. While my parents were travelling Europe, for my birthday, they gifted me with Chanel makeup. They were packed in their individual boxes, combined with tissues inside another box and placed inside a bigger box with lots of ribbons.

Another of Brian's amazing work. Isn't he the best? I also reuse diffuser containers as vases. It can only fit 1-3 flowers so it's great for larger flowers like the white one above.

Flowers always brighten up my day, they help you get creative and I love how passionate I have become with this new found hobby. I can finally sleep in on Saturday mornings!
