Why It Wasn't Until The Rehab Center Scheme That Don Porccini Was Exterminated By Black Hat?

We know from the fake and real story of Don Porccini watching over Heed it didn't get him Black Hat's wrath. It probably was because he wasn't going to think about being a hero here and just was doing dirty work for a hero or a hero aligned businessman. It would just simple like that. This wouldn't get him eliminated by Black Hat.

I think this was the turning point for the reason why Black Hat now wanted him dead because he was helping a heroine by going against and framing his fellow villains (even if they are rookies). Again it seems outright helping a hero doesn't get you condemned by actively going against the organization to become a hero is another.

And again this pig thought he could easily leave the life of villainy after being aligned with Black Hat who is notoriously emphasizes the consequences for trying to think of leaving evil behind. Even if he was a fake hero, that still would get in trouble because he wants to any type of hero is an insult to Black Hat.

As emphasized in the manual, if Black Hat suspects someone is thinking of leaving the hero life he will hunt them down and eliminate them. And again Don Porccini feared for his life because again he knew the dire consequences of what would happened but took it anyway because he saw the perks of being a heroes and thought it outweighed invoking Black Hat's anger.

Ultimately he played his hand too much and ended up invoking Black Hat's wrath by betraying his contract and paying with his life with not even PEACE willing to honor their deal since they had no reason to.

The Biggest Red Flag Should Have Been How Many People Were Hired By Porccini

Seriously, the biggest tip off something wasn't right was the amount of people who were hired for this job. I know a lot of them were hired to get back at Heed, but on the other hand if he was really about kidnapping her he wouldn't have hired so many. You could say at least one to three but seventeen is just suspicious. It makes you think he might have an ulterior motive than just kidnapping Heed.

Also it runs counter to his claim that he hates messy jobs if he hires this many people for one assignment and many of them could mess it up and cause it to fail.

If you put the pieces together from the beginning you can tell this was a set up job and that he played everyone for suckers because they couldn't see a man of great standing in the villain community doing this. The red flags were there but people again can downplay it if the person has a certain image they cultivated through the years.

Seriously, like any nepo baby who has a rich parent they get away with whatever they want because of parental ties, Miss Heed got a lesser punishment than she got at first.

The news said she was sent to a prison was to appease the public when in reality it was much more softer than it appeared which again only is punishment because it didn't have any wifi. This again they downplayed how bad her actions were by just saying she kissed a villain rather than brainwashing people from not only villains to heroes to civilians. They really didn't want to know how badly they screwed up by allowing her roam free.

Seriously, given who her daddy is she was given kiddy gloves because the conditions were almost like on bar with a hotel and again more emphasis on rehabilitation rather than punishment. It really again shows how much the system in villainous panders to those with the most connections.

Seriously, if she wasn't a protected nepo brat and a noted Golden Rule member I have a feeling she would have landed in Mictlan for the extent of her crimes which would be fitting since she could barely last in that rehabilitation center being in an actual prison would destroy her ass.
