Further quilting delayed until the AC gets fixed because I, someone who has a long track record of doing very badly when it gets too hot, forgot I handle heat exceptionally badly I thought I'd been having an allergic reaction on and off for like two weeks now, and was concerned about why benadryl wasn't working well, but the overlap between "beginning stage allergic reactions" and "starting to overheat" for me is like a circle. Good news is the AC is still working downstairs, more or less, so I'll just camp out downstairs until it's fixed. Bad news is all my sewing stuff is upstairs and difficult to move, so that's delayed Also, and I wish I was joking about this: I've been having pretty bad muscle cramps (because of the dehydration from overheating), so I've been using hot water bottles. Like. All the time. That did not help lol

Sneezed so hard i broke a blood vessel in my eye and then i looked over and saw (maybe) a roach (small) on the wall i think todays the day i try taking wellbutrin again

Hey y'all I am still working on the goat in a dress but am delayed by a POTS flareup so I will not be working on it more until tomorrow I forgot asparagus is a diuretic. Again. lol

(for anyone reading this with no context for why that matters, I have both POTS and salt wasting syndrome and am on medication that is literally the opposite of a diuretic to help keep my blood pressure up. Eating a bunch of asparagus kind of temporarily undid that effect and I am very tired but fine, and I'll be back to normal in the morning)

neurologist says my optic nerves are fine/same as last few appointments but still tells me to start taking 12 diamox a day and tells me to get out before i can ask why . also diamox like. cannot fix an issue involving my veins. but idk im not doctor so whatever

im 100% not taking 12 pills a day tho thatd hurt me. past few appointments hes just been rlly wanting me to have more diamox even tho he keeps saying im in remission but he wont answer when i ask why i need the meds then

it just occurred to me that normal people don't have to remember to take medication every day in the morning and at night, they just go about their day med free, like logically i knew that but i never really thought about it, i have to power through my adhd to remember to take them every day and people are out here not having to worry about that

'sometimes you have to do things the hard way' I mutter to myself as I chug beet juice and eat 7+ servings of fruits and vegetables a day, drink 3L+ of water, and *gags* exercise.
