Season 5 of Voyager is easily my favorite (and probably my overall favorite season of any Star Trek show), but I’ll never forget starting season 6 for the first time and watching three of the most amazing episodes back-to-back (Equinox, Survival Instinct, Barge of the Dead) and excitedly hoping that the entire season was going to be like that. It very much was not.
