Day 23 : A mystery / Being old together / Take a drink / judgement

“... So.”

“... Yep.”

“Here we are.”

“We sure are here.”

“It wasn’t easy, to try and find some time to talk face-to-face. You’re always surrounded by other people.”

I smile and pick up the piping hot cup of tea on the table.

“So it's gonna be my fault?”

“I'm merely stating facts, Ether, that's all.”

Ha! Reminds me of someone I knew.

“So. You're married to an empress now. An a half angel, half demon queen. And a werewolf. That’s certainly something.”

“Sure is! I got really lucky. But what about you, miss Director? How’d you even manage all of this?”

“I got some help. From Dal and Demetria, mainly.”

“Demetria… Like Demetria Camarra-Pharos? Oh shit, talk about a trip down memory lane. I was getting weird ass vibes from her back when we were classmates.”

“And you were right. When she learned she was going to become blind eventually, she decided to just lose her sight as soon as she could and managed to get artificial aura vision somehow.”

“What the hell.”

“I know. But she was an excellent diplomat. And I mean excellent. So I got her help despite the “weird vibes” as you’d call it.”

“Was it, uh, worth it?”

“Honestly, I'm not sure. She never specified how she got the intel she gave me, kept bumping into every furniture despite her cane, I always got complaints from everyone in the School about her behavior, she was loud, wouldn't respect my privacy, asked the most intrusive questions, and I had to clean up after her all the time. To the very end. This idiot died attempting a lichification ritual. She gave us so much trouble with all the blood, it was horrendous.”

Hm. I smile, a little.

“... Is that all?”

Nenia averts her eyes away from mine. We’re both more than a century old but her mannerisms are still the same.

“... Well. Something’s different now.”

“What is?”

“I don’t know, exactly. It’s just, sometimes I hold out my hand expecting her to slap papers into it. Or I catch myself wondering why she’s talking so long to come back from her mission. And it feels… wrong, to not hear her voice shout my name anymore. It's strange. She’s been gone more than forty years and I'm still not used to it. She reminded me of some kind of snake and I got Horus some time after, without thinking about it.”

She looks at the vivarium where her snake is sleeping, curled onto itself.

“Do you miss her?” I ask.

“I… don’t know. Dal does, I think. Sometimes he just looks at her old office door with a lost face. He knows better than me what missing people feels like.”

Yeah. I bet he does.

“It doesn’t really matter now, does it? I could never understand her. Maybe I didn't try hard enough, but I had other things on my mind, and… I don’t know. The ritual was sudden. I don't know what was going through her head, to do such a thing.”

“She liked you, didn’t she?”

“I… suppose, yes.”

“Then maybe she wanted to witness the results of what you were building. Or to spend more time with you.”

Nenia looks thrown off guard. Like, fully. She grips her cup tighter and I can actually see her face twist into a weird expression. A childish anger. Maybe some kind of sadness.

“That's the stupidest reason for a ritual I’ve ever heard.”

“Yeah, to you, maybe. But humans experience it differently.”

My eyes land on my wedding ring. The one on my artificial hand.

“This isn’t my first time marrying a human woman, you know. The first one died at fifty. Before her time.”

“Then why marry another? Even if the Empress lives to the maximum of a human lifespan, she'll probably die before you. You just set yourself up for more pain. Why would you go through this again?”

“Because it's worth it.”

I didn't hesitate. Not even for a second. Nenia stares at me intently, then smiles a little.

“You’ve changed, Lani.”

I wince a little. Haven’t heard that nickname in a while.

“Obviously? So did you. Like, you're taller than me now and your hair has gotten longer…”

“‘No, that's not what I mean. You look… well. If not for the ears and your age, I could swear that I have a human in front of me.”

She says that like it’s something to be sad about.

I understand, somehow.

I’ve lived too many years and too many things to be a human. Yet I tend to forget that I'm an elf, and not, like, three humans stacked upon each other.

“But I'm not human.”

“No. But you understand them.”

She chuckles and takes a sip of her tea.

“I envy you.”

… Is it really something to be envious about?

Maybe it is. Maybe Nenia would have liked to understand Demetria before she died.

But the way she says it… it’s like she doesn't even know how I do it. How to even apprehend me at all. Maybe we’ve been apart for too long.

Maybe we can't understand each other.

“This is the worst tea I've ever drank, Nia.”

“Well, you’ll brew it yourself next time, Lani, I have priorities.”

“Like what, ruling a country?”

“You're the worst consort I've ever met. Worse than my tea.”

“My wife does most of the ruling for a reason!"

*Kai sneaks up on Rex chuckling, feeling a little tricky today as once he then got close enough, he grabs Rex's tail squeezing it playfully*

Rex was sitting down while he wags his tail behind him. He wonders where his Kai was or maybe he was still training. Though, he didn't mind it. As he was about to relax, he felt something grab his tail to squeeze it. "????" He blinks to look back seeing his playful husband to have the tip of the tail tickling Kai's ear.

"Well, well, well, I have company.." he chuckled.

Supernatural Diseases - Humans

Note: Please message us if you plan on using these! We just want to coordinate to make sure there’s no doubling up at the same time.

General:

Humans are susceptible to most diseases, both supernatural and mundane. 

Tinneas Sidhe: A condition mentioned in Gaelic folklore where contact with the magical effects of fae or fae flora such as hungry grass or a gancanagh’s happiness drain lingers far longer than usual, and might even become a chronic condition if not treated in the early stages. This can present in a number of ways but often requires magical intervention to completely cure, with “ingredients” from the fae species that caused the issue.

Grave Chills: A disease typically contracted from undead creatures or locations heavy with necromantic energies. The sufferer feels a very literal chill of the grave that won't seem to go away even when in extremely hot environs. Some report being afflicted with hallucinations of deceased loved ones. Bathing in holy water a few times is a quick fix for this, but it will dissipate on its own after a couple of weeks.

Soul Instability: Affects mediums, exorcists, and spellcasters - if an individual spends too long in the astral plane, they put themselves at risk of not being able to get back into their body, which is left vulnerable to the regular world. They may need to seek help, all the while trying to keep their soul safe from the inherent dangers of the astral plane. Magic intervention is needed, and one can reduce the likeliness of happening again with regular anxiety-coping mechanisms.

Aura Reader:

Reader’s Spoonerism: Presenting with no obvious clinical signs, Reader’s Spoonerism causes aura readers to see the wrong auras on the wrong people and species. This means that a calm and collected person might have a red aura, or a fae might have the aura of a kitsune. This is very confusing for the aura reader and it can even take some time to identify that it’s happening. Reader’s Spoonerism tends to come and go like a common cold and will resolve on its own over time.

(Chronic illness TW) Soulsight: The aura reader’s powers gradually intensify, eventually causing everything to be covered in auras. This is visually painful and confusing, and can cause headaches, nausea, and even fainting. If not treated, the aura reader will eventually go blind and only be able to see in auras. While it’s possible to recover from this point, it is not a certainty, and will require multiple treatments of eyedrops made from fungus grown on a leshy. 

Aura’s Knot: This disturbing condition causes all auras to look like muddled messes. The reader will no longer be able to discern anything from auras, as they all look like lifeless brown puddles and knots. While there are no physical symptoms associated with this condition, it can cause psychological distress and even depression. It can be cured using a lotion made from the guts of supernatural creatures of varying colors mixed together (typically red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and violet).

Empath:

(Chronic illness TW) Mirroralgia: Empaths are supposed to only feel the emotions of others, but those who come down with mirroralgia -- transmitted by clingers on occasion -- also feel the physical pain of those around them. Any injuries taken around the afflicted empath will also hurt them, and any preexisting pain will be felt as if it’s their own. This can be an incredibly painful disease and can even cause death, if someone near the empath happens to die. Empaths can live with mirroralgia for years, or even their whole life, and it isn’t progressive, but in a town with as many deaths as White Crest, every day with it is a gamble. Once the sickness is identified, most empaths will choose to eliminate it by undergoing an elaborate ritual with the help of spellcasters.

Contrario Affectus: Empaths normally feel the emotions of others, but contrario affectus turns that on its head. This contagious bug causes the empath’s abilities to dull during the first couple of weeks of sickness. During the next few weeks, any person the empath has physical contact with will then begin to feel the emotions of the empath. The cure is simple: any analgesic. This can take months to resolve on its own, so typically the empath has to track down everyone they had contact with to identify who needs to be treated.

Barlow’s Funnel: This rare virus grants empaths the ability to drain the emotions of others. It tends to come on gradually, with the empath and those around them not realizing what’s happening at first. Eventually, those the empath spends the most time with will start feeling numb and emotionless, no longer enjoying things. As the virus worsens, the empath will start feeling an insatiable compulsion to intentionally drain people of their emotions, leaving innocents completely numb. The virus is able to remain inside the host indefinitely, but can be cured with mass consumption of nutritional yeast. Once the virus is gone, the emotions taken from others will be returned to them.

Medium & Exorcist:

Persephone Syndrome: Caused when a medium doesn't have enough living contact -- their life is unbalanced with dealing with the affairs of the dead, and they’ve become too invested ghosts’ (after)lifes. The medium’s abilities strengthen, but they lose the ability to see or hear living individuals, perceiving themselves to be alone with only ghosts for company. The medium will eventually become disoriented and confused, thinking themselves to be “haunted” by people they cannot see, when in reality it’s just living people. The cure involves isolating themselves from all ghosts for a couple of months and/or drinking a potion made primarily from the zombie necroplasm (goo from zombies), but can be difficult to diagnose and may require forced intervention by members of the living.

Spectris Oculis: A rare disease caused by staring at a poltergeist for too long (generally for 6+ hours). This condition causes the medium or exorcist’s eyes to glaze over, making it hard to focus on anything, and eventually blinding them over time. In the final stages of the disease, the eyes rot and fall out of the head. This can be treated with medication made out of chickcharney dung and squonk tears. While you can stop the eyes rotting and falling out at any stage in treatment, if the blindness has progressed too far, it is irreversible.

Resonance Inversion: Most ghosts fear exorcists, but exorcists who contract resonance inversion as a result of one too many exorcisms gone wrong, draw hordes of ghosts and demons toward them. The exorcist’s aura becomes a “magnet” that draws in nearby ghosts and other dangerous creatures, and nothing seems to lessen this. Exorcists with this condition will also cause more and more entities to swarm around them if they try and cast out a spirit. The best tactic for short-term survival is to use wards and other good luck charms to keep various demons away, but in the long-term, the exorcist will require psychic intervention to restore their aura back to normal. 

Soul Scrappies: More ghost than sickness, soul scrappies are small, malevolent spirits that latch onto the soul of an exorcist during an exorcism (or, rarely, a medium during a seance). The soul scrappy impacts the exorcist's psyche and can cause them to act differently than normal, though they don’t quite understand why. It can also impact the exorcist’s ability to successfully complete exorcisms. Typically, this can be caught early if the exorcist affected can sense ghosts, and the spirit can be sent packing with a mini exorcism.

Hunter:

Apoleia Dynamis: This psychosomatic condition can cause loss of supernatural hunter abilities, including a decrease in super strength, coordination, and immunity to quarry. Typically, this is brought on when a hunter completely loses faith in what they are, their cause, themselves, or anything else that tethers them to their abilities. The first sign of Apoleia Dynamis is often fading strength. Over time, this can cause hunters to become quite sickly, and it’s most easily reversed by treating the root cause -- a crisis of faith. 

Static Interference: Thought to be viral in origin and non-contagious, Static Interference causes hunters to begin emitting signals other hunters can feel, while also sensing all hunters as their target. This means that a slayer would “register” as a werewolf to beast hunters, while sensing other hunters as vampires. While confusing (and sometimes leading to lethal mistakes), this typically clears up on its own over time.

Achilles’ Bane: This disease of unknown origin causes hunters to take on the weaknesses of what they hunt. Wardens become sensitive to iron and lying, slayers to sunlight and holy objects, and beast hunters to silver and the thrall of the full moon. Though these weaknesses aren’t as extreme as they would be in their quarry, this can still cause considerable pain, discomfort, and psychological distress. While Achilles’ Bane sorts itself out over the course of a few months, it can also be cured via magic ritual with the assistance of a spellcaster and the species the hunter targets.

Spellcaster:

Uncontrolled wild magic: When the energy of a spellcaster passes through another magic-user, traits of it can be left behind, often presenting in uncontrolled outbursts of the preferred magic of the other spellcaster. This is almost always temporary, but can be cursed with a cleansing ritual that includes both parties involved and the entrails of a torple.

Hecate Inpass: A spellcaster who tries to do too much, spreading themselves too thin, can come down with a case of Hecate Impass, where their magic becomes fractured and unreliable. Rather than becoming good at all of the types of magic they were studying, they become good at nothing. This can even result in temporary or long-term loss of magic. This can be resolved by the spellcaster limiting their scope, and in more extreme cases, forfeiting some of their knowledge in a magic ritual or with the use of brain biters.

Too Familiar: The bond between a spellcaster and their familiar becomes too blurred, causing the spellcaster to take on behaviors and/or qualities of their familiar. If left untreated, it can result in the spellcaster bouncing back over the bond, and getting trapped inside their familiar (and, possibly, the familiar getting trapped inside of the caster). Often caused by linking with one’s familiar for prolonged amounts of time. Due to lack of documented information about the condition, it’s often resolved by killing the familiar. However, some records show that it can be also cured with the bite of any transformed shapeshifter (if a werewolf, the caster will not become one themselves, but details are scarce so there may be uncertainty).

Egos:

Anti   (Usually the softer kind, has green emerald glowings eyes which turn staticy blue when hes vulnerable/being open/himself. He can be an asshole though and does in deed take out bad guys with his knife.)

Jameson Jackson  (Mute but does actually still have a voice- his vocals are in ruins and he's kinda dealing with poor eating making him dangerously skinny. He works as a bartender and has silver tipped brown hair that's a little bit longer than the others.)

Crank  (Robot Ethan ego. He’s an utter mess- eyes sometimes fizzle out, joints stiff, has emotional issues. He also has a corrupted voice in his head that is real nasty when he pops up and sometimes takes over their shared frame.)

Blank  (Fricking soft boy, his aura is hard to control and sometimes controls him. He has a rare heart issues which makes him prone to fainting and collpasing without much warning.  Still, he tries.) 

Jackieboyman   (Super hero boy! Super buff, caring, kind, and tol.  Lilac/Gold eyes. Little odd strip of red in his brown hair. The best voice.  Works as a gas station worker to hide his identity (he looks great in the blue button up and glasses.) He.’s ftm trans. Sometimes I HC him as a phionex other times he has pretty golden whips of light.)

King of the Squirrels   (Otherwise known as Simon. He’s a hybrid, Tail, ears. Omega. Very sweet, little skittsh and frzzled. Wears glasses and cozy sweaters- likes making nests and being out in nature. Loves PB but is actually allergic..doesn’t keep him from eating it though.)

Henrick Von Schneeplestien  (Grumpy german doctor who lives off of coffee. He is willing to assist those in need and really needs to sleep.)

Chase Brody  (He’s got his youtube channel and a bunch of positive vibes! He’s strugglign sometimes with depression but its not always so bad. Sometimes he had real bad migrains though, and he also suffers from chornic fatigue making his days shorter or hard to get teverything done.)

Wilford Warfstache  (We know him, lover of bubbles and pink. Talks funny, loves candy. Chubby man.) 

Yandere  (Nonbinary somewaht MTF.  They’re a real cutie, will punch dickheads without a sweat and really just want someone to be their senpai and let them fall for them head over heels without running away..) 

Were-Eth  (Ethan got bit by a werewolf and now deals with that. Basically an Ethan muse with a small twist. He’s absoultely adorable with the tail and ears and sharp teef.)

Mark  (Abused and kidnapped by Author My Mark is a little bit softer then the guy he’s based on. He’s a little bit shorter and alot more anxious and unsure of himself thanks to Author breaking him down. He’s vcovered in lots of scars spescfially his wrist’s and does not like water much. )

Bing.  (Tries his hardest to be good, bit glitchy but he’s chill. He tries to skate, and jokes wen nervous. He’s pretty sweet though.) 

Edward Iplier  (Absoulte adorable dork, He tries to help everyone and anyone no matter what- I’ve kinda fallen in love with the idea of him only having one arm but that’s only one of many ideas. He loves space, he’s chubby and also loves food. He’s got a prety neat aura ablity too.) 

Robbie.  (Soft grape zombie boy. He’s sweet and innocent as ever. He’s easily th e shyest of the bunch and doesn’t always talk to much. He loves getting affection though and is always eager to please.)

Izekiel  Iris (A being of Paint!  Stutter, anxious, hallucinates. Zones out alot. An amazing artist though. He/him though has feminine tendencies.)

Matty   (An experiment, part human, part lizard, part dragon. Much smol and cute. Hes very quiet, selectively mute on occasion. Lots of scars and trauma, scars on his arms and constantly needs to wear bandages. Very easily tired. he/him.)

Nes. (Based of off Crankgameplays as face claim but he’s basically his own thing at this point. He’s been through alot of angst and trauma and some really nasty stuff ^^’ (He killed his parents, the ice cream truck driver tried to abduct him, he was experimented on in a very bad place, and now he's an utter wreck who will cling to anyone who gives him the time of day. He has murder tenancies but is full of guilt and hates whenever he hurts anyone. Lots of panics. Very hard to handle if you aren’t patient.)

Well, he's a werewolf demon but his blind. Even if he can't see normally, he uses his aura to see things clearly which makes him pretty good in hunting and fighting. He tends to be skilled with his hands during hunting or not. He's very cuddly but very very protective.

So if your on his interest list, oh trust me he will love you forever wanting to know everything about you. He loves spoiling others and he tends to always enjoy making the other flustered. He's really really strong but most call him the moonlight demon werewolf or 'moonlight' due to his white moon eyes.

You were sitting in the passenger seat of the Impala with your legs draped over Sam’s while he drove. With one hand on your thigh and one on the wheel, Sam was humming along quietly to the radio. He smelled of mahogany and a faint cinnamon, the entire Impala was filled with this scent. Lewis Watson’s sleepy melodies had been playing on the stereo the entire time. Your particular favorite, Bones, was currently blaring; Sam’s gravelly hum accompanying it. You loved moments like these- just you and him. Nothing to do and nowhere especially urgent to be, just the two of you together. Technically you did have somewhere to be- you and Sam were supposed to meet Dean. The three of you were working a case in Houston where three bodies were found with their hearts and livers missing. You were certain it was some hybrid werewolf with a developed taste for liver in addition to heart, but Dean thought it was something else. Something different. For the past few months the three of you had encountered the strangest monsters from all over the world- Greece, Japan, Russia, France. You didn’t know what was happening- but something was brewing. No, you weren’t going to worry about any of that- monsters, demons, angels- any of it. All you wanted to focus on was Sam, the hands holding your thighs, and the cheery guttural humming accompanying the radio. 

And I know it's quite soon but you've got a lovely heart And I hope that you feel it too and a flame follows these sparks.

The song headed towards its chorus as you leaned in to kiss Sam’s cheek. He stopped his humming to kiss you back. 

“Eyes on the road, babe” you warned. Sam was a pretty terrible driver- like he’d almost killed both you and Dean about 10 times. But Sam only laughed and kissed you again. The car swerved and he quickly returned his eyes to the pavement, smirk wiped off of his face. 

“Yeah” you laughed. Leaning back in your seat you began to absentmindedly sing along to the radio. 

So I'll spend the night looking into your eyes Because I want to remember them if I ever fall blind

Soft lyrics of the song rolled off your tongue. You began examining the ends of your hair, flipping your fingers through the strands distractedly. 

We could jump in the ocean and sink like stones But that's ok with me baby 'cause I'll be next to your bo-

You stopped abruptly, feeling Sam’s eyes on you.

“What?” you asked looking over and confirming what you already thought. Sam was listening to you singing. Hazel blue eyes met yours with a smirk. 

“I like your voice”, you shyly smiled in return. You hated people listening to you, it made you flustered and timid- but you’d always been able to sing. Ever since you were little and your mom taught you how to play the guitar you’d loved it. At first you were no good, you’d aimlessly strum along to whatever your mother was playing. But then with time and practice you began delicately plucking the string with purpose and intent. With more time and more practice you’d mastered even the most intricate melodies, and were able to sing while at the same time. But still you’d always hated people listening you- judging you. It was the kind of feeling that brought heat to your cheeks and sweat to your palms. But you had a thought that with Sam it would be different- not awkward not embarrassing. Sam was different. He always had been different than any of your past boyfriends. With him it felt real, not just hollow I love you’s or strained conversations. It was genuine.

“What? It’s pretty” he laughed, not understanding why your face had turned pink and you smiled out of shyness. You were never shy around Sam, always totally comfortable. But you again saw those piercing hazel blue eyes and laughed while looking from the floor to his tanned face- god this boy messed with your head. 

"Okay fine, I’ll go first if you’re gonna be shy, babe.” he said while reaching over to turn the stereo all the way up. You laughed out loud, giggling uncontrollably. 

“We can spend the rest of our lives, by the old reservoir. Looking at satellites, waiting for a shooting staaar.” he roared, singing at the top of his lungs, making you laugh with such intensity your shoulders shook. His off-key howling completely contradicted the sleepy aura of the song. A deep bubbling laugh shook your shoulders and filled the car. 

“Had enough yet??” Sam yelled into your ear. The music was so loud at this point that was the only way he could get you to hear him. 

“Fine! Fine! I give up!” you laughed. Sam turned down the music just as the lyrics ended, fading it out into a dull ukulele rhythm. 

“Okay then, your turn” Sam looked you dead at you, eyes still filled with laughter, but you could tell he legitimately wanted to hear you. So you turned the volume back up, “Oh my god I love this song”. So you began to sing, dancing and swaying to the music- laughing along with Sam every few seconds. And you were right- it wasn’t uncomfortable, it was better than you had ever expected. So you sang and eventually Sam joined in, taking your hand and dancing like an idiot with you.

Lance sighed seeing this with Jun standing by him but that's when he saw a note left by an anon to pick it up and read it. "....Hey guys, we got a letter!" the other three looks to go and read it.

"....Come to this spot today for a fun time?" Rex said but Edon shrugs.

"Hmmmm, it could be a little fun or a trap.....I say we take a look." Jun said so the men goes to head over to there wondering what it could be.

Edon blushes red but he sees the three wondering what he did.

"Ummmm....it's really shy to sorta say.." he mutters but his werewolf side decided to speak. "To say; I just picked him up and carried him to the room. Naughty little ninja wanted to play soooooo I ripped off that little apron with anything else he wore, tied him up on the bed by wrists to bedboard and begins spanking that naughty ass of his. I knew he was trying something as he smiled happily sitting back to lick his lips. That did it....right away I gently held him down while looking at him that he did seem startled but I warned him what happened if he tempts me.." Kiyoshi smiled blushing.

"So, I had my precious little kit carried to the room but he presented himself to me; ass up and facing me. I had given it a few smacks while he yelps but I warned him what would happen while he was then tied down and blindfolded. He was coated in bite marks, hand prints, kisses, even using the frozen treat on him a little. He was so flushed and red that I just started pounding into his hole so hard for hours that he would keep cumming and cumming and cumming before I...." he stops seeing the three's shocked expressions and Edon really shocked. The four blinks hearing this but begins thinking about it. For a moment, they looked to the anon before answering the question.

"Well, their was one time this horrible woman was bothering me for the last few days. I told Hiruko it was no big deal but I could clearly see she was one of 'them' type of people. She always kept following us, trying to talk to us, even insulted our son. It came to the point that she went as far as insulting my family and thinking our son was born of bad blood." his arms were crossed over his chest. "Hiruko was planning on ripping the woman's body skeleton out while burning her...or torture her till she's crying for mercy. It took me about a month to calm him down." he mutters worried that day.

"...I think the only time was when he and I was on our date night. We were happy being together just enjoying the time. Kai was pretty cute to see this. Though, their was two people bad mouthing me due to being blind. It's not my fault I was born like this or my mother's fault." he was getting off topic.

"Anyway, we were just ignoring them about to get up and leave when one shouted to me, your nothing but a dog freak! You shouldn't be walking among humans and crawl on the dirt as a filthy dog!" Kai didn't move hearing the insult but that's when he attacked them. His aura was pitch black, the ground burned as a type of curse mark grew on his body as the Eye of XANA appeared on his forehead and in his eyes. The other two got scared seeing this but It took everything in me to stop Kai from killing them. That took a while but I demanded the idiots to run and don't come back. After a while..he did calm down but it looks like this took a lot out of him."

"I guess it's my turn.." Kiyoshi thinks a bit. "Their was one time this smelly perv was trying to flirt with me during my mission in town. I told him I was married but he didn't listen so he begins bothering me, trying to come to my home and even scared my precious boy Kagero. Of course Kagefumi found out and was speaking with the pervert to leave his family alone. He got annoyed which lead to an argument. I got Kagero inside the house to not hear this before hearing a grunt from outside. I rushed out to see Kagefumi with black flames burning around him. Whatever the perv said it seriously pissed him off. Though, I heard of him saying I'm nothing but a slut for him and would be better being traded off like one. Kagefumi was about to burn the man alive and kill him but I got in the way trying to calm him. He glares at me but I remained calm, trying to calm my husband down. It worked after a moment but I told the perv to leave.....or else I would do it for Kage. He left and never saw him again. I did suffer from some burns but I was alright." he said remembering.

"Ummmm, we just started dating but I don't know if this counts. A few guys and girls were making fun of me due to being a hybird but I'm used to that. Most of my family is anyway. For me, it's no big deal. Now, one was talking ill on how hybirds were weaklings that Hakutomi was trying to ignore it. He even grips the handle of his blade hearing more insults to killing ones. I got him to leave with me but he heard one that really tripped him off as he was approaching them. He demanded they stop speaking ill of me but they were pushing him. More insults and life threatening that he seems like a different person. He showed a angry insane look that he showed off his power that really scared them. They backed away from Hakutomi but I went to calm him down and stop him from doing anything harsh. It worked that made the others run off. So, I don't know if that counts?" he asked seeing the three look shocked at him.

That reminds me, Rex, out of all of them. The one Kai made you was the spiciest of the bunch, it wasnt too hot was it?

Rex looks reading this from the anon, remembering his husband's special mean he made to smile. "Trust me, I'm alright with spicy I love spicy. It wasn't too hot for me since I did enjoy it. The burn makes it extra tasty." He smiled with a happy grin on his face wagging his tail.

"The meals were fantastic. Our husbands did a wonderful job." Rex smiles with the others agreeing. Though, they blink hearing the second part of the question. "Nicknames? hmmm..." the group thinks for a bit.

"For me, it would be my precious puppy" Jun smiled happily.

"Fire kit for me.." Kiyoshi blushed thinking about it.

"My black phoenix......" Rex said next.

"My Umbra king..." Edon mutters rubbing the back of his head blushing.

"And my snow angel..." lance said too.

Hey rex, to follow on what the anon mentioned, he was on a team before in The king fighters with his cousin Joey Bogard (His uncle Terry bogard and Blue Mary's son) and Anna Higashi (Joe Higashi and Lily Kane's daughter). They were known as team "Final Fury" after their fathers' team "Fatal fury"

"Wait, really? Huh, no wonder he was already known for who he is now. Geez, Kai really is something...but cool too." Rex smiled and he finds it amazing he's like this.

I even made some Garlic fries with a "poison cheese" sauce which is a melted mix of Brie, provolone and Gouda, and with i made a Strawberry Milk shake, hope you enjoy it darling Dokukumo"

Kai: *Next was Kai with his special for His beastman of a husband, giving him something delicious* "This is my special spicy Chili cheese burger with Ripe roasted red tomatoes but added some cooling mayo for it, the Buns also have been baked with a special Red phoenix peppers i was able to grow with thanks to my old teammate's uncle getting his hands on some seeds for her. With it i also made Some onion rings with Honey mustard sauce and an orange dreamsicle milkshake, this is something i always wanted to make for you sweetheart"

Kagefumi: *this time it was Kagefumi's turn to give Kiyoshi his special suprise dish as he smiled cutely* "For my Sweet Nunamushi, i made a twin Meatball marinara with red onions, Mozzerella, White cheddar, and provolone mixed sauce in between, an american cheddar and mexican shredded cheese on the bottom and topped with red onions and a Marinara sauce with a touch of buffalo sauce, then i made some Nacho potato wedges with a spicy salsa queso, then the light blue drink here is what i like to call "the Kitsune's blue flame" which is a Sweet sake, blue raspberry Soda and blueberry wine mix with ice. I hope you love it"

Hakutomi: *then came Hakutomi bringing his specialty for Edon* "Hey Baby, took me a while to make this, but i call this the Umbran Nightmare burger, a Char-grilled Burger and chicken Filet with Provolone cheese, carmelized onions, pickles, lettuce, and Barbecue sauce, i even made some Mozzerella garlic pepper fries with a cocktail dipping sauce and a Chocolate milkshake, eat up Handsome"
