Something I've noticed while reading RWBY fic:

Blake and Weiss are both subject to their names being typo'ed far more than Yang and Ruby. Possibly just misspelled in Weiss's case as Wiess. But Blake? I've seen all sorts.

And I have the utmost sympathy for the writers. Empathy, even. The fic I'm currently writing is from Blake's POV, so her name is used the most, and the number of times I've caught myself mangling it is more than I care to admit. Blike and Balek have both happened. I can't even begin to explain how an 'i' instead of the 'a' found its way into her name with Blike.

So far I've noticed and corrected it before posting to AO3 or FFN, but I've a feeling that sneaky ninja is going to slip through eventually as something embarrassingly wrong.

Although maybe Yang will be the sneaky one for once, as Yand keeps happening too.

Plot twist: Yang DOES fuck her bike. With Blake's portrait taped to the handles, because it's better than nothing. There's also a compartment full of books for authenticity. Fuck that Blike girl. Fuck it.
