infodump about rilles....tell me whatever tha hell u want. i need to know about this bro.

my little guy……. my pride and joy…… 

Of note is that he’s not like, the Vestige by any account he’s just Some Guy

OKAY so the basics.  He was born 3 Suns Dusk 2e388 in Molag Mar.  He is intersex and bisexual and agender, uses he/him only.  He’s 5’4”.  He cannot do magic unassisted.

SO he grew up in Molag Mar with his single mother.  There wasn’t really anyone else his age around the canton, but he did like speaking with the pilgrims on occasion.  His mother, Itreth, was an Ordinator who pushed him to pursue a career serving the Tribunal.  She was… not the best.  She loved the Tribunal above all else, and her support for Rilles only went so far as he was willing to follow her plan for him.  He moved out in his early twenties and never saw her again.

So then he’s in Gnisis, living with his older cousin Nerelam, who is a greef brewer under the majorly successful Master Llanos.  He gets a job working at the kwama mine and he likes it a lot actually!  Eventually a new miner, a Bosmer named Dirrin, comes along and Rilles befriends him.  He, Dirrin, and Nerelam frequent the cornerclub to wind down from work and socialize.  Over time Rilles realizes he’s been repressing a load of trauma he doesn’t know how to deal with and over a few years he develops a drinking problem.  Starts getting overwhelmed with work and distancing himself from his friends.

After several more years he has his breakdown and leaves Gnisis without specifying where he means to go, but I don’t think he ever had any idea in the first place.  He ends up at the family tomb, where he steals like the one relic of any significance they have, a greatsword belonging to an ancestor who served at the Battle of Red Mountain.  He leaves Vvardenfell entirely and ends up wandering Tamriel for a long while, eventually meeting and settling for a while in Auridon with his partner Arelion.  They date for a good while before Arelion brings up the idea of marrying and starting a family, after which Rilles panics and they break up.  (this is about 22 years before eso begins)

SO he’s wandering around again doing whatever he can to keep moving and maybe make some money along the way for like, staying in cities.  Just after the Planemeld starts he begins writing back to his cousin.  Eventually he gets a letter informing him that Itreth has died and he goes back to Vvardenfell for the funeral hoping to get some closure (he doesnt really), and stays in Gnisis again for a few months but he figures out that just being there is a major source of stress and leaves again.

Then he meets Carmie :) I don’t have a very precise timeline after that lol

anyway HERES some misc facts about him

- he LOVES sailing and being on the water

 -his fav toy as a kid was a little netch plushie that nerelam gave to him

- at some point before meeting carm he shatters the family greatsword.  he’s very torn up about it and believes that his family will never forgive him 

- he also never confessed to being the one to steal the greatsword

- he does not pass on the location of the ancestral tomb to his children; its location is unknown to this day

- he was once chased off one of the cliffs outside gnisis by a cliff racer.  he broke his arm and bruised his ribs but got to spend his recovery time with the scribs in the mine so he didn’t much mind

- he loves being around other people but he’s absolutely not good at actual socializing

- he can quote several temple texts from memory but would really prefer not to

- his friends say of him that he has a sparkling sense of humor and a contagious laugh :]

- he’s an excellent cook!!  he really has a knack for figuring out what flavors go with and complement each other and he LOVES experimenting.  any man would be lucky to have him

- he received vivec’s blessing when he was a baby.  vivec recognized him when he finally made his way to the temple

YES OH MY GODDDD BY DAGOTH’S POINTY EARS U RITE SON I ADORE MORROWIND!! IT’S MY FAVORITE GAME EVER AND IT’LL ALWAYS HOLD A SPECIAL PLACE IN MY HEART ❤️Out of all tes games I love Morrowind most of all bc of how different it is, the rpg elements are great and the Dunmer have such interesting and unique culture?

The land is so diverse like there’s mushroom trees over there, a tropical swamp to the left, ASHLANDS THAT WAY, and let us not forget about the strip club in Suran!! With naked!! Gals dancin’!! Name another tes game with that kind of content. AND GOOD OL’ CRASSIUS CURIO! Boy, what a guy.

There’s giant ass bugs everywhere and cute scribs who stomps their BUTTS ON THE GROUND and weird dinosaur hybrids with no eyes or arms. Just a walking chomp head. 10/10.

But realistically speaking, Morrowind won me over with the plot. There’s this dark horror element that isn’t present in their future installments. I remember exploring these caves that are actually a massive cavern full of cultists who kidnap people and turn them into mindless ghouls with no face. That’s intense and yet I’m so captivated? The whole religious politics with the Tribunal and Azura? Shit man, and there’s Fargoth. And the soundtrack!! So beautiful. I’m sorry, I could write an essay about this game. (i kinda want to now thanks omg)

spibbles rant

ok so i know she has a huge fanbase so d o n t yell at me if u don't agree pls I'm really fragile but also very angry turtle

also she uses any pronouns now so don't yell at me for using she please an thank u

so i don't like spibbles. not because i don't like her art. her art is great. i respect the work she puts into it. the thing is, i don’t like her fanbase. i can’t watch a single animatic of any musical ever (especially hamilton and heathers) without someone being all “oh ur copying scribs > : ( “ and they cuss out and yell at the artist like wtf? do u know how much work goes into an animatic/animation and u just decided that because they have round heads and similar smiles that they’re copying spibbles? that’s not even her style anymore. she doesn’t even like hamilton anymore. this is ridiculous. i can’t believe it’s still going on. she doesn’t understand how to control her fans and instead of simply asking them to stop spreading hate, she yells at them and cusses at them in a youtube video, and then decides to delete her channel ???? i mean scratch that i should respect her decisions, it’s her channel, but i mean she shouldn't be speaking to her fans like that :/ it comes across as super ungrateful and if i had that kinda following ??? i would be so blessed like i would be thanking them every single day and this is how she treats them? maybe it’s just me but she should at least try to sound more grateful towards her fans. they’re the ones that got her where she is.

i just keep seeing more examples of her sounding ungrateful for her fans. her faq? all those questions? does she know that usually faqs have like 5-10 questions right? do people really ask all those questions so often that u feel the need to announce it? really???? she has a big fanbase but i feel like the length of her faq would be more appropriate for a person with millions of followers. i don't have any problems w her number of followers, i just feel like she’s trying to show off. 

plus, i think she changed it but she always used to write the “can we be friends???” in the faq and answer it super rudely. now, i’ve heard from celebrities that it can be frustrating when fans think they know you and want to be friends, but they’re trying to be nice. (also, this is 100% fine but she’s not like super duper extremely famous ok? and thats not an insult or anything, like i don't have any fans at all, it’s just true. so she needs to grow up and stop acting like a celebrity.) they just like her art. learn how to accept a compliment instead of complaining and moaning about it online. she shouldn't answer that faq with something like ‘are we mutuals? then no’ wtf? how does she think that’s going to come across as?

i mean it’s not all of them that are doing that and cussing at them doesn’t exactly help her situation. the whole copying biz did NOT end after that video.

anyway. ack please don't scream at me for this juuuuuuust this is how I've been feeling for a while now

1. The last movie that I saw at the cinema was “The Grinch”.

2. I’ve had an iPhone for 7 years. Briefly had an Android, and it sucked. Never had any problems with Apple.

3. Today was the first time that I got up early for Bath and Body works’ Candle day sale. $30 well spent 😄

4. The only time that I enjoy snow is when I’m inside my house, and it’s during the holidays. After that, it can go. I do appreciate a good Snow day from work tho. ❄️☃️🌨❄️

5. I am currently reading “The Hate U Give”.

6. The best compliment that I have ever received was about how well I work with kids, and to keep doing what I’m doing with them. 😊

7. My New Years resolution for 2019 is to continue embracing the life that I have been blessed with. 😌

8. My least favorite subject in high school was Geometry. That’s when I developed my “love hate” relationship with math.

9. I am more of a night owl than I am a morning person.
