8 years ago today, BlazBlue: Central Fiction was originally announced by Arc System Works, with every previously playable character being confirmed to return. In addition, Hibiki Kohaku, Naoto Kurogane, and Nine the Phantom were also revealed as playable newcomers for the entry as well. The teaser PV trailer can be watched below.

I don't know how to tell you guys this, but concurrent player numbers dropping a few weeks after a game's release is actually, a very normal thing
