I was rewatching the live action and once again felt that this was a true Luffy moment and an accurate crew reaction. Thought it would be fun to illustrate the scene as if it was a page in the manga so here it is!! Original sketch below the cut c:

I was also trying a new brush for lineart and a new rendering style for the final illustration buuuut I don’t usually do digital art and I didn’t feel like they helped me to work faster 💀

And I’m still figuring out how I want to draw everyone in “my style”, I feel like I’m only okay with how Luffy turns out and keep changing everyone else lol

Second attempt at taking an OPLA scene and turning it into a manga page set up!! I’m not lying when I say I can heard Taz’s voice when I read those lines, that man cooked and served✨ also, original sketch below :D

You can tell I didn’t put too much effort on Patty with the sketch💀 but I did the good thing and got a reference in the end lol

I wanted to keep more of Sanji’s original look while making him look like a 19 year old?? Idk if I succeeded, but I definitely like the rendering a lot more this time!!!

I wanted to post this yesterday for my birthday but it was an unexpectedly busy day for me, so here I am today🫡✨ saw @/haiena.no.berami use this fun template on insta and thought it would be fun to do it!!! :D

Also, unless I have magically grown 1 cm in the last three years, I’m actually 159 cm so technically I’m shorter than Perona💀 + I was originally going for Tashigi for the age until I decided it would be fun to post this after turning 24 lol

I actually didn’t use a reference for like 90% of these since I was initially trying to figure out how I wanted to draw Luffy but then I just started to have fun (no pun intended) so don’t mind the anatomy lol

something something Zoro in a baseball cap makes me go insane….this movie is fun tho!!! the intro is really cool in my opinion, definitely one of my favorite opening scenes ✨
