ok so basically. major changes, right off the bat: - instead of a mountain, the monsters were sealed under a lake. - the intro sequence is not an animatic, but a puzzle, where you play as some random human in a laboratory. it is (at a glance) unrelated to the story as a whole. - you play as flowey. i'm not 100% sure how that works yet, but you *might* not be able to walk.

FLOWEY flowey is now an "it" rather than a "he" and is supposedly a blankish canvas for the player to fill humans consider it a monster since it's clearly not human, yet is sapient, and has external magical abilities monsters consider it a human since it has a soft, "solid" water-based body, is sapient, and has a soul which can survive outside of its body as opposed to in undertale where they just assume youre a monster like them, many will actually assume you're human mainly cause toriel is more militant & has put actual effort and resources into training people (haha tutorial) in fighting against humans

ASGORE asgore is the caretaker of the Garden in fact he's the one who turned the ashen remains of the (???) into, well, a garden he's very warm and kind theres supposed to be a degree (haha) of irony to him, a calm and peaceful gardener, having fire magic i love the idea of fire magic being a purifying force (cooking, pasteurizing, cauterizing) and a good and beautiful thing, and it kind of it with asgore...? but thats not the main take away here -- despite him being such a kind and loving creature, he has the capacity to destroy and ruin it all if he doesn't control himself, control his temper and thus far, he has managed to do so quite well!!

and - his last name is still "dreemurr", which is still an anagram of "murderer" so how do i make this relevant in canon? i dont know lmao ill figure it out later

FRISK theyre a bit of a freaky little fellow uhhh well first off, no striped shirt. just a delta rune marked poncho & a stripy scarf and their hair is all fucked up. their face might be blank, as a parallel to flowey? probably not and they MIGHT have like a spear or sword as a weapon. ill come with a design later secondly - unlike flowey, they dont show up at the start to do a sort of pseudo-tutorial thing where they try to kill us. instead they just kinda lurk in the bg, a bit like gman. we dont properly meet them until the end of the Garden.

NOBODY ok so,,, nobody is like,,, mettaton as a ghost atm theyre "a nobody" (no body) and they dream of one daying being "somebody" might say something along the lines of "anybody who's anybody has a body" at some point the battle with them sort of vaguely implies that you're literallly fighting actually nobody. like they dont have a battlesprite (im in invisible to everyone) you can spare them by basically validating that they're there. that theyre somebody. that you recognize them as a person or you can attack them until they run away. but every attack misses because there's nobody there sorry this ideas a bit of a mess this isn't the last you see of them btw

so i got into bsd and to the surprise of nobody chuuya is my favourite character

i wasnt super satisfied with the background since i have almost no experience with freehanding backgrounds so alternate blankish backgrounds under the cut

the darker blue is what i worked with until i started the background the other one is just white with the blue i used to change the base colours over it because it was blinding as just white

ignore how the colours slightly change i couldnt be bothered to edit the last two because they looked different on my phone then my ipad and i wanted at least the first one to look closer to the original but also in turn that made it more saturated and bright and therefore more blue i cant win

So, uh I came along these tweets.

Ghost Fight/Dummy and Spider Dance have the same motifs despite Napstablook, Mad Dummy, and Muffet having no connection. Almost like it's a miniboss theme of sorts. Napstablook is a melancholic and apathetic (I think?) ghost with a blankish expression that you first find in the Ruins, Muffet sets up a shop of her own and uses the Purple SOUL mode. The Flower King/flower shop Dark World in my take is a Ruins parallel.

been a good harvest so far. only a little behind in my goal with a couple of blankish months from may to august.

Deleting the semi-nudes off my sideblog was really good for me i think because I don't feel the dread of knowing that people can just see what I look like anytime. And I was on horny tumblr a couple of years ago when I WOULD get interactions and flirty messages that I depended on for my self esteem, which made the drop off in attention pretty difficult to deal with. Then I became comfortable in my body in a way and didn't need that validation, and those pictures reminded me of the time I did. Very happy I'm at blankish slate over there.

I came back to Tumblr about 8 weeks ago. I got hit initially with about 60 "dommes" looking for submissives but I received them en masse because they were held up by Tumblr until my email was verified. So I deleted them all at once. This is a fresh set of about 60 more. I have also deleted about another 50 since I deleted the first batch.

I think I have responded to 3 of this batch of 60. IS ANYONE GONNA TELL ME THAT IN 8 WEEKS I HAVE RECEIVED 170 INVITATIONS TO SUBMIT TO LEGITIMATE DOMMES!?!? LoL.

I don't even think legit dommes contact you first. And they certainly don't until after they've lurked and watched you interact on whatever social app/website you're using. LoL.

SUBMISSIVES. They are scammers trying to take advantage of you. Real dommes are found on sites like Fet Life or at local events (Munches I believe they're called.) and they communicate generally with email (I believe I figured out why.) The real pros will not ask for money without some means of verification, and they do not ask for money within the first chat session before details are worked out.

And now that I'm venting, know what's really annoying about them!? Never mind that they all have brand new, blankish accounts sans header or bio, worse, they almost never give proper attribution for their posts; they don't repost, they post as if it's their own and they sometimes deliberately cut off the signature of the OP/creator.

We have evolved in this community to the point that most of us are treating Y/N like it's own character instead of an insert. If you love the character pairings with them? Be them. If you don't have romantic interest or dont care for the pairing? Have them be their own character.

It still works out. It may not have to be your Y/N but it can still be someone else's. And I love the characterization of Y/Ns. I love how they can be fleshed out but still being a blankish slate if that makes sense, and how diverse people make them. As an X Reader / Y/N lover, I love the concept of this self insert become original character as a whole.

hi! sorry it this is weird or you've already said, I searched your blog but as usual tumblr wasn't being cooperative... what kind of hobonichi did you get? :0 this is my first time hearing about them, but I have been using a bujo for the past few years instead of a pre made planner bc I needed more room, but I'm not into the time it takes me just to do simple monthly / weekly / daily layouts and im interested in the hobonichi now, thinking it might be a good fit!

I'd only answered which design I got, which was here.I use the Hobonichi Techo! I prefer using A6 sizes for my journaling, and the Techo has the only english version of all the hobonichis I think.

I haven't used the Cousin or any others they might have. I also write Small and don't use my journals for planning or anything, only to write about my day, so I'm not sure if I can give any word about not having enough room! I will jst say Hobonichi Techo has a weekly calendar spread, a year + 3 months worth of monthly calendar, a blankish page before every month begins to write your thoughts down, and some extra pages at the end as well ^_^

hobonichi is also a big favorite of ppl who journal so I'm sure you can find photos and or videos of what it looks like on the inside as well as potential layouts + ways you can use it! ^_^
