"i've been warned to stay away from you," blair said shyly, only having encountered them a couple of times before in passing, interest always piqued. "but you don't seem all that bad, not like what the others say about you."

Below the cut is a list of all my original characters, from every fandom, organized by such. I figured I would go ahead and put this up, as well as a canon muse one, for my oc and canon starters so that way it's easier for y'all to see who is included without going to every separate muse list.

She’d heard enough about this friend of Nik’s to grow curious. When that happened, she went to her phone to do a little research. And so, of course, when she realized that all of his social media was private. After a tumble down a social media rabbit hole, her curiosity simply could not be satiated. Even having found his girlfriend’s social media didn’t give her much more information. And so, with a few $100 bills in her pocket and a mission in mind, she went to Bennett’s room. “Hi,” she said once he’d opened the door. “Eleanor Blaire, lovely to meet you. Can I come in? I’m a friend of Nik’s, I heard how smart you are and I’m, like, so in need of some help. You make robots, right? Like, how much would it cost to either teach me how to make one or, like, make one for me? I need something to sharpen my knives.”

[TASK 086: MĀORI]
There’s a masterlist below compiled of over 120+ Māori faceclaims categorised by gender with their occupation and iwi denoted if there was a reliable source. If you want an extra challenge use random.org to pick a random number! Of course everything listed below are just suggestions and you can pick whichever character or whichever project you desire.
Any questions can be sent here and all tutorials have been linked below the cut for ease of access! REMEMBER to tag your resources with #TASKSWEEKLY and we will reblog them onto the main! This task can be tagged with whatever you want but if you want us to see it please be sure that our tag is the first five tags, @ mention us or send us a messaging linking us to your post!
THE TASK - scroll down for FC’s!
STEP 1: Decide on a FC you wish to create resources for! You can always do more than one but who are you starting with? There are links to masterlists you can use in order to find them and if you want help, just send us a message and we can pick one for you at random!
STEP 2: Pick what you want to create! You can obviously do more than one thing, but what do you want to start off with? Screencaps, RP icons, GIF packs, masterlists, PNG’s, fancasts, alternative FC’s - LITERALLY anything you desire!
STEP 3: Look back on tasks that we have created previously for tutorials on the thing you are creating unless you have whatever it is you are doing mastered - then of course feel free to just get on and do it. :)
STEP 4: Upload and tag with #TASKSWEEKLY! If you didn’t use your own screencaps/images make sure to credit where you got them from as we will not reblog packs which do not credit caps or original gifs from the original maker.
THINGS YOU CAN MAKE FOR THIS TASK -  examples are linked!
Stumped for ideas? Maybe make a masterlist or graphic of your favourite faceclaims. A masterlist of names. Plot ideas or screencaps from a music video preformed by an artist. Masterlist of quotes and lyrics that can be used for starters, thread titles or tags. Guides on culture and customs.

Upbeat India hits the ground running in New Zealand

Upbeat India hits the ground running in New Zealand
Preparations for the World Cup on top of their agenda, India will take on an injury-hit New Zealand in a rare five-match T20 International series starting Friday during which seam-friendly wickets would be a major challenge for the visitors.
Unlike most overseas tours, this will be a quick start for the Indian team. In a tight season, the first T20 comes only five days after their last ODI against Australia at home.
The team arrived in Auckland on Tuesday and chose to rest on Wednesday. Thursday was when they hit the nets ahead of the tour-opening game.
On the plus side, this hectic schedule helps the team management maintain consistency in team selection as they continue experimenting across the available squad in a World Cup year. The T20 showpiece is scheduled to be held in Australia in October this year.
Despite injury issues to key white-ball personnel like Shikhar Dhawan, Hardik Pandya, Deepak Chahar and Bhuvneshwar Kumar this past home season, the bench strength has come across adequate and raring to go for challenges ahead.
It begins at the top where KL Rahul has stepped up as a key part of India’s white-ball plans.
He did enough against the West Indies as Shikhar Dhawan’s replacement to merit a starting spot, and then formed a solid pairing when Dhawan returned while Rohit Sharma was rested. And now, India will once again start this T20 series with Rohit and Rahul pairing up at the top.
Skipper Virat Kohli dropped hints that Rahul’s newfound confidence in his dual role as batsman-keeper has given vital options to the team.
According to Kohli, Rahul will continue to keep wickets in both ODIs and T20Is, but will open in the shortest format while returning to the middle-order in the 50-over format.
It could mean that Prithvi Shaw is being primed for an ODI debut and a potential pairing with Rohit when the three-match series begins on February 5.
The skipper also indicated a change in middle order plans. With Rahul keeping wickets, the fit-again Rishabh Pant could lose his spot in the playing eleven.
Manish Pandey is expected to play as the fifth specialist batsman and Shreyas Iyer will regain his spot at number four.
Pandey, Iyer and Pant batted together in the nets on Thursday, while Sanju Samson hung around, only to pad up later on. The Kerala batsman didn’t seem to be in contention for the first T20I.
Pant and Pandey could both fit into the playing eleven should India opt for five bowlers and leave out the sixth option in Shivam Dube. Washington Sundar and Ravindra Jadeja are the other two all-round options.
The Yuzvendra Chahal-Kuldeep Yadav combination is yet to play a game together since the 2019 ODI World Cup, and it remains to be seen if things will change in this aspect.
In the pace department, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah are assured starters, while the toss-up will be between Shardul Thakur and Navdeep Saini.
New Zealand had beaten India 2-1 in the T20I series last year. The Black Caps also won 2-1 in the T20I series during their Sri Lankan tour, and then drew 2-2 at home against England in a five-match series.
Despite the recent good record in the shortest format, there is a downbeat mood in the hosts’ dressing room thanks to the 3-0 shellacking received in Australia over the past month.
It hasn’t helped matters that the disappointing loss to their trans-Tasman rivals has raised questions about Kane Williamson’s future as captain.
For the moment, New Zealand’s leading batsman is happy to lead the side across all formats, but his position is up for review after the shattering defeat to Australia.
As always, they have a dearth of all-rounders to choose from but need to balance with pickings in the pace department, which is missing the services of Trent Boult, Matt Henry and Lockie Ferguson owing to injuries.
It remains to be seen if the Black Caps opt for two spinners in Ish Sodhi and Mitchell Santner given the really short boundaries at Eden Park, venue for the first two T20Is.
Teams (from):
India: Virat Kohli (capt), Rohit Sharma, KL Rahul (wk), Manish Pandey, Rishabh Pant, Sanju Samson, Shreyas Iyer, Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Mohammed Shami, Jasprit Bumrah, Shardul Thakur, Navdeep Saini, Washington Sundar.
New Zealand: Kane Williamson (capt), Martin Guptill, Ross Taylor, Scott Kuggeleijn, Colin Munro, Colin de Grandhomme, Tom Bruce, Daryl Mitchell, Mitchell Santner, Tim Seifert (wk), Hamish Bennett, Ish Sodhi, Tim Southee, Blair Tickner.
Match starts on January 24 at 12.20 p.m. IST.

Week 15 vs LA Rams
The Press w/ Chris[tian] and Spense[r] Week 15 Gotta go 1-0. That's it. Win this week, start over. From here on out, the odds are against us. From here on out, Seattle controls their destiny, but it's absolutely win or go home, all the way through the end of the season. The loss to the Jaguars was tough, but the Jaguars are a good team. So are the Rams. No, I didn't think either of those teams would be great at this time last season, but here we are. Seattle came up a play or two short last week, from the late Graham drop to the Baldwin step-out on third down, to the completely unacceptable number of penalties at every phase of the game. When you have Kam, Sherman, Cliff and the rest of the defense healthy, you can afford penalties. You can come back from mistakes. But when injuries pile up and you have a young, hungry defense across the line from your offense, it isn't going to cut it. While I'll argue our defense late didn't play as disrespectful as most of the league and fans would argue, I'd say this game would still be one to forget. Multiple interceptions were at the fault of the receivers on the play, and the defense gave up back-to-back big scores, much like the road game against Tennessee. This is a team that can simply no longer make mistakes, be it through penalties, turnovers or coaching decisions. From here on out, Seattle must play perfect. And the rest of the league better hope Seattle slips up one more time, because our ceiling couldn't be higher. I love this team. Our offense with Russ playing solid has gone from miserable to magnificent in just a few weeks after a major line acquisition. Our defense is young and hurt but full of experienced veterans who aren't ready to quit. With the right circumstances we could be looking at multiple playoff victories. Of course, we could also miss the playoffs for the first time since drafting Russell Wilson. This is a huge home game, against a young and deadly division rival. The Rams have the offense and defense to beat Seattle, so the magic found against the Eagles (rip Carson Wentz) will have to be conjured once more. Seattle needs turnovers, mistake-free football, and no penalties. These are the factors that lose Seattle games--Seattle tends to beat themselves more often than other teams beat Seattle. They beat the Rams on the road--hopefully home field advantage makes up for missing pro-bowl defenders. I'll say Seattle keeps it too close for comfort and squeaks out a 28-27 win in this one, with a Michael Bennett sack/score. No Blair Walsh kicks (let's hope, right? we miss you, Hauschka). It sucks to see Russell play so well and see this team so close to missing the playoffs, but sometimes that's football. Just have to take it one week at a time. -C —- It’s that time of year again. Playoff football in December. Three weeks left. Win out and you’re in. Lose one and you still have a chance. Lose more than one and January starts to become a little bit too full of free time. The Seahawks control their own destiny, and it’s time to see how that’ll look.
No Sherman, Kam, Cliff, Wagner, Wright....a defense that was missing three pro-bowl caliber players, made it five last Sunday and it was just a bit too much. The defense continued to play at an above average level, but there’s only so much you can do without 50% of your starters. This week they’ll be missing one of their two LB’s (at least), and will be going against a Rams team that loves to pound the rock. You can talk about Goff all you want, the Rams are still a Todd Gurley led team. The Seahawks find themselves in unfamiliar territory, coming off a win against the Rams earlier in the season. In that game the Hawks defensive front was very annoying all day long, and Russ made enough plays to get the job done.
These keys to the previous game should be comforting for Hawks fans. Russ is in a better spot then earlier this season. The addition of Duane Brown, and a better then “league worse” rushing attack with Mike Davis can only help. The defense has lost many key players, but as a whole, Clark/Richardson/Bennett are still full-go. The ways Seattle won the first time around, have gotten relatively better throughout the year, and not worse.
Injuries aside, missed kicks, bad picks, and poor performances... these guys will determine what happens in January over these next few weeks. No excuses, be a team that can do it, or miss the playoffs for the first time in Russell Wilson’s tenure. Clark gets the first sack, Wilson to Baldwin, Hawks win 23-17

it wasn't an unfamiliar situation to find them in, and though blair's shock was lost months ago, it never hurt less to take in the blood and quickly budding bruises. as they stepped out of the bathroom, freshly washed clean, she pulled out the first aid kit they'd both become familiar with. "come on, let's get you all wrapped up," the girl said gently, nodding towards her room.

OK, enough with the housekeeping you say… and I agree, we gotta get going, we gotta get gone and into and around and through this post as only 12s can… So, this week’s post. It’s not a season preview. Hawkblogger already crushed that with this series here. This isn’t a pre-season recap… we’re healthy and we’re better than we were last year, there’s your recap!!! This is an aforementioned cranny. This is a buttery nook. These are the 3 Seahawks you really need to watch in 2017!!! Let’s go go go go go and dive right into the single most important Seahawk barometer of 2017.
The Rich Get Richer
And here you are thinking this is about Sheldon… I used that punny lead-in and this has to be about Sheldon right?… Wrong Flockers… this is about the other Rich… this is about the decadian buffalo, this is about our week 1 starter… this is about Mr. Paul Richardson.
On last year’s season preview pod, I had the honor of proclaiming to Brandan and Adam that my breakout player of 2016 was none other than Frank the Tank Clark. My spidey-sense was going off that he – Clark – could put together a really amazing sophomore year… My Mamma Cleo must’ve been on that day because ooooooof Clark was a FORCE in 2016.
This year… I’m getting the tinglies about P-Rich. Not only did I love the S-Rich trade for what it provided to our defense, I felt that clearing the swim lane for P-Rich to step in as a starter with the departure of Kearse would really improve the explosiveness of our offense too.
We all know the caveat. So knock on wood, do a rain dance, you do you. We know, P-Rich has to stay healthy.
If these key metrics for the season are achieved by P-Rich, we are going to the Super Bowl.
62 receptions, 6 TDs
  Britt-ish Empire
I crafted but one article this entire off-season. I wanted to churn out more, but time, she is indeed a thief! I spent all my bullets on THE biggest mistake I felt we made during the offseason.
We failed to improve our O-Line enough, we took too many unneeded risks on reclamation projects like Joeckel, and we were living a FANT-asy thinking George could make a 2nd year leap to keep Russ upright in environments like Lambeau.
As crude as this sounds, I think we got better with the exit of Fant. I wish him nothing but a speedy recovery and a GREAT year 3, but for 2017, I think our line improved with his exit.
As we discussed at length in this article, as of August 7th, this team was NOT Super Bowl bound. Now, a few short weeks later, I’m starting to believe I was wrong.
The key, the keystone, the centerpiece… is Justin Britt. Not only did Britt ink a ‘good for both sides’ 3-year extension during the pre-season, he also looked pretty dang dominant! We haven’t had an extremely solid O-Lineman since the oft-injured Unger, and before that, well, Hutch and Jones were amazing of course.
With Britt as the anchor, this line has a legit shot to be decent! And if we’re just that decent, our Seahawks will be making the Super Bowl.
The key metric:
Britt is voted into the Pro Bowl (and is forced to skip it for better reasons)
Reed My Lips
The Forgotten Man. A campaign constant for President Trump. A really intriguing book by Amity Shlaes focused on the Great Depression, even a pretty decent rock tune, by legend Tom Petty.
Just last year, riiiiiight about this time, ‘Hawks fans were all abuzz about the prospects of one Jarran Reed. We traded up for him in the 2016 draft and grabbed what many touted as a whale of a 2nd round pick for our Seahawks.
The excitement around Reed didn’t sharply fizzle so much as slowly fade, and Jarran didn’t underperform so much as not grab headlines with his consistent play. Our Run D was OUTSTANDING in 2016 and very often it was due to players like Reed filling their role – and their gaps – professionally and allowing others like Wagner, Clark, Wright and more to make big plays. Reed was more than above average last season against the run and on a line with the likes of Avril, Bennett, Clark, and now Sheldon … so what if he records only a few sacks?
While Nazair Jones was one of the darlings of pre-season – and deservingly so – Reed enters year-2, nearly as a forgotten man.
There’s no metric here to follow, this one is all about your gut. Watch the trenches with intent. If Reed is being consistent up the gut, consistently clearing lanes for our LBs and DEs to make big plays, consistently non-flashy but darn effective … our Seahawks will be marching on to Minnesota come February.
   What say you Flockers?
Love to hear your opinion and who you believe will be the gritty, unsung heroes of our 2017 season!!!
  1,2,3 … What’s Next!???
Well this is it. A long, and actually quite eventful off-season is now behind us. Marshawn gone… behind us. Sherman on the block… behind us. New contracts for Bam Bam and Britt, an emotional goodbye to Chop Chop and a warm hello to our second Richardson… all behind us.
What’s next? The not so frozen tundra.
While the game may rest on Russell or Sherman or Bobby … or even Blair, don’t forget your nooks and crannies and keep your peepers peeled for P-Rich, Britt, and Reed to contribute in big, big ways on Sunday, and throughout this 2017 campaign!
Go ‘Hawks!!!

Seahawks counting on new starters Eddie Lacy, Luke Joeckel to get offense on observe - Seattle Seahawks Web site

Shut
Lined the Philadelphia Eagles for Philadelphia Magazine and Philly.com from 2008 to 2015.
Lined the Baltimore Ravens and the NFL for BaltimoreSun.com from 2006 to 2008.
The Seattle Seahawks could have as many as four new starters when the NFL year opens. Here’s a starting off lineup projection:
The Seahawks are hoping operating back again Eddie Lacy will give balance to their offense. Joe Nicholson/United states of america Today Sporting activities
Offense
Quarterback (Russell Wilson): The Seahawks struggled to guard him previous year, and Wilson battled by 3 distinctive accidents. He warrants credit rating for his toughness, but he wasn’t the very same man, rushing for a vocation-minimal 259 yards. The concentration for Wilson will be on keeping balanced and regaining his form from the second half of 2015, when he dissected defenses from the pocket and threw 25 touchdowns against two interceptions through an 8-match stretch.
Jogging back again (Eddie Lacy): The Seahawks aggressively pursued him in cost-free company, and specified that Lacy signed a one-year offer, he has a ton driving on this year. Assuming he keeps his bodyweight down, Lacy is the favourite to start in excess of Thomas Rawls, who will nevertheless have a job. At a minimum, C.J. Prosise will be the third-down back again and a significant element in the passing match.
Wide receiver (Doug Baldwin): He established vocation highs with ninety four catches and 1,128 yards a year ago. Only Odell Beckham Jr. and Antonio Brown have more touchdowns than Baldwin (21) in excess of the earlier two seasons.
Wide receiver (Jermaine Kearse): Previous year was a battle. Kearse caught just 51.three % of his targets, experienced one landing and was termed for a league-high six offensive move interference penalties. He’ll have to have to bounce back again to maintain on to the starting off occupation. Paul Richardson, who performed nicely down the stretch previous year, could make some noise here.
Wide receiver (Tyler Lockett): He suffered fractures to his tibia and fibula (correct leg) in December but should be ready for the start of the year. If balanced, Lockett has the ability established to be the Seahawks’ top rated vertical danger.
Tight conclusion (Jimmy Graham): He completed third among the restricted finishes with 923 acquiring yards previous year and led all players at his position with a yards-per-capture common of fourteen.two. But the Seahawks have to have to do a improved occupation of acquiring Graham in the red zone, exactly where he experienced just six receptions previous year.
Still left deal with (George Fant): He was place in a difficult location previous year, starting off 10 video games immediately after possessing barely performed any soccer given that the eighth grade. Fant bulked up to 320 lbs (from 296) in the offseason and is the favourite to guard Wilson’s blind side.
Still left guard (Luke Joeckel): He’ll contend at both remaining guard or remaining deal with. Joeckel performed four video games at guard with the Jacksonville Jaguars previous year and is coming off of a knee injury. Like Lacy, he’s on a one-year offer.
Middle (Justin Britt): He was effortlessly the Seahawks’ greatest offensive lineman previous year. Moving into the final year of his agreement, Britt will search to make an extension.
Ideal guard (Mark Glowinski): He’ll make the switch from remaining guard and will search to boost on an inconsistent 2016 marketing campaign.
Ideal deal with (Germain Ifedi): The 2016 initially-round choose will switch from guard to deal with and has to make the second-year leap. Rookie Ethan Pocic could press the two Ifedi and Glowinski for actively playing time.
Cornerback Richard Sherman intercepted four passes previous year. Joe Nicholson/United states of america Today Sporting activities
Protection
Defensive conclusion (Michael Bennett): He skipped five video games previous year but has been consistently one of the most disruptive defensive linemen in the NFL. Bennett plays DE in the Seahawks’ base protection and slides within to deal with when Seattle is in nickel.
Defensive deal with (Ahtyba Rubin): He does not get a ton of focus, but Rubin’s enjoy on the interior has been crucial to the Seahawks’ solid operate protection.
Defensive deal with (Jarran Reed): He started out five video games at nose deal with as a rookie and will search to create into a steady contributor in his second year.
Defensive conclusion (Cliff Avril): He has 20.5 sacks in excess of the earlier two seasons and has started out each match given that 2014. Avril, Bennett and Frank Clark give the Seahawks one of the NFL’s greatest move-rushing models.
Weakside linebacker (K.J. Wright): He built his initially Pro Bowl previous year. Teammates and coaches consistently point to Wright as one of the Seahawks’ smartest and most underrated defensive players.
Middle linebacker (Bobby Wagner): He led the NFL with 167 tackles previous year and plays a crucial job in obtaining the Seahawks lined up effectively pre-snap.
Strongside linebacker (Michael Wilhoite): This is a aspect-time position in the Seahawks’ protection that is changed by a cornerback when the workforce moves to nickel. Wilhoite and Terence Garvin will contend for the occupation.
Cornerback (Richard Sherman): Right after a tumultuous offseason that observed the Seahawks shop Sherman all around the league, he’s nevertheless with the workforce. Sherman will unquestionably be in the highlight this year, but he is nevertheless one of the NFL’s top rated corners.
Cornerback (Jeremy Lane): Most very likely, he’ll start on the exterior and slide within when Seattle is in nickel. But Lane will have to maintain off rookie Shaquill Griffin and other folks for the starting off correct cornerback occupation.
Strong security (Kam Chancellor): He is coming into the final year of his agreement and it will be appealing to see if Chancellor receives an extension before the start of the year. Chancellor is the chief of the protection and performed at a high stage in 2016.
Free security (Earl Thomas): He broke his leg on Dec. four and the protection fell apart without him, making it possible for twelve landing passes with one interception. He is forward of program in his restoration and will be ready to go for the start of the year, barring any setbacks.
Exclusive teams
Kicker (Blair Walsh): The Seahawks enable Steven Hauschka walk in cost-free company and are counting on Walsh to change him. He’ll have to confirm this summertime that he’s up for the challenge.
Punter (Jon Ryan): He is back again for his tenth year with the Seahawks and is in the second year of the four-year offer he signed previous offseason.
Extensive-snapper (Nolan Frese): He’ll have to maintain off Tyler Ott for the occupation.

A far too early 53-man roster for 2017
By Ross Bell, @RossBell1984 on twitter, and co-host of the UK Seahawks podcast The Pedestrian Podcast
OFFENSE
Quarterbacks (2) – Russell Wilson, Trevone Boykin
One of these goes without saying, the other could have lost his job earlier in the offseason especially with a certain former 49ers quarterback coming in for a workout. Having seemingly weathered that storm, and provided he can keep his nose clean, these two positions are locked in for the foreseeable future. We can't discount Austin Davis in all of this, but I feel Boykin mirrors Wilson much better and holds the advantage.
Running Backs (4) – Thomas Rawls, Eddie Lacy, C.J. Prosise, Alex Collins
I have ranked these guys in starting order and you may feel that Lacy has been bought in to be the starter, but I feel you have to go with what you know — and we know Rawls to be a light version of Beast Mode. The Lions game alone proved what the guy can do when fully fit and firing. The signing of Lacy is intriguing though, as once he recovers from his surgery and is a full participant we could have two legitimate number one running backs (which with the money they are both being paid this season is a nice problem to have). Prosise and Collins both are secure with their jobs with Prosise being primed for a 3rd down role to rival the best in the NFL.
Tight End / Fullback (3/1)  – Jimmy Graham, Luke Willson, Nick Vannett, Marcel Reece
Not much to say about the tight end room as these 3 guys are locked in. Fullback, however, is a different proposition. I think we could go into the season without a defined player here with the option, providing no one else picks him up, to bring back Marcel Reece to fill the role after he ably demonstrated last season.
Wide Receivers (6) – Doug Baldwin, Tyler Lockett, Paul Richardson, Jermaine Kearse, Amara Darboh, Tanner McEvoy
The first two are set in stone. The battle really comes from who's the third guy to fill that role. After holding the position down for most of his career to this point Jermaine Kearse saw a drop off in play which drew the anger of a lot of ‘Hawks fans last season, whereas P-Rich excelled in making spectacular, if suspicious (Lions game), catches after Lockett went down. I'm a big fan of McEvoy, but his toe surgery this offseason has left Pete sounding less than enthusiastic of his chances to make the final roster.
Offensive Line (9) – George Fant, Luke Joeckel, Justin Britt, Mark Glowinski, Germain Ifedi, Jordan Roos, Ethan Pocic, Oday Aboushi, Rees Odhiambo
I have placed the first 5 in position order so as unhappy as it will make Adam. George Fant will continue as the left tackle. The rest of the starting line fills itself in for me with healthy backups/competition for all roles with the versatile other 4 guys.
DEFENSE
Defensive End (5) – Michael Bennett, Cliff Avril, Frank Clark, Malik McDowell, Cassius Marsh
Maybe the easiest group to pick. After initially being high on Dion Jordan when he was drafted, if a guy looks like a bust and plays like a bust he is probably a bust so unfortunately for him he misses the cut. McDowell makes it into my 53 at DE just for his sheer athleticism and Cassius is the best player on the team, I just need everyone else to catch up to my way of thinking here.
Defensive Tackle (4) – Jarran Reed, Ahtyba Rubin, Quinton Jefferson, Nazair Jones
Reed and Rubin are your clear starters here but its nice to have a some backup in the shape of space eater Nazair Jones and second year prospect Jefferson who if he can get fit can be in my opinion a real asset to the DL.
Linebacker (5) – Bobby Wagner, KJ Wright, Michael Wilhoite, Arthur Brown, Kevin Pierre-Louis
Bobby was and still is the best linebacker in the entire NFL. KJ Wright isn't too far from that level either. All we need is solid play from the other starter if we decide to go that way. Last season KPL failed to really establish himself as the clear starter so Pete and John went out to try and solve that problem bringing in numerous linebackers. I'd expect Wilhoite to make the role his this year.
Saftey (5) – Earl Thomas, Kam Chancellor, Bradley McDougald, Tedric Thompson, Delano Hill
Along with defensive end, this is the clearest defined position group on the team with the best tandem of safeties still just in their prime. McDougald is a clear improvement on last seasons backups and can play both safety positions — that's a major upside. Two rookies make up the rest with Thompson having the higher upside of them.
Cornerbacks (6* 1 potentially on PUP) – Richard Sherman, Desahwn Shead (potential PUP), Jeremy Lane, Shaquill Griffin, Neiko Thorpe, Mike Tyson
The chances of Shead being back for the opener are at this stage 50/50, Lane failed to impress me personally opposite Sherman last season i can see a shock here with Griffin taking the starting spot if not by the start of the season definitely by the end of it.
Special Teams (3) – Blair Walsh, Jon Ryan, Tyler Ott
Not much to go in to here. Ott performed better than Freese when he took over last season and even with an arguably better kicker in Dan Carpenter still walking the streets it looks like we are going with the Jipp-Master Blair Walsh as our kicker this year. Remember last season when you were getting on Hauschka's back for missing kicks …… yeah that!
