MORE steb fencing au bc my brain is thinking so much note: the reader, steb, and maddie do epee, and as such this is very epee centric so please keep that in mind!
steb does both epee and sabre
you, steb, and maddie started fencing at the same time. maddie convinced steb to try fencing and he ended up enjoying it more than he expected
the number of epees was really small when you guys joined. sometimes it would just be the three of you and your coach. because of that, the three of you grew pretty close
steb had an advantage because of of his height (at least 6'0 feet/183cm), which gave him a longer reach/range. because of that, you learned early on how to fence against taller people
the first time you beat him in a bout, you're so happy that he's a little endeared
one day, maddie doesn't come to that day's session because she's sick. it's just you and steb, and that day, you guys become a little closer
when you guys become good friends or start having feelings for each other, steb decides to get you a brand new blade for your birthday. the grip is perfect for your hand size and the weight is perfect for you, and the blade is perfect for what you specialize in (whether that be parries or flicking or something else)
either that, or when your blade breaks, he gets you a brand new one
you and steb both do badly in your first tournament, but the support of having each other makes everything a little better and a little more fun
after your first tournament, you two decide to work together so you can do much better in your next tournament. you guys do a lot of drills together, sometimes you can do drills for at least an hour, but doing it with him makes the time pass so fast
by your third tournament, you guys are a LOT closer, so close that you guys end up surprising each other by buying bouquets of flowers for each other (to wish good luck and commemorate any victories you guys have)
steb gets into fixing gear first. you eventually join him when you realize you sort of miss his presence in fencing
some days, when you two are too tired to fence, you'll just fix broken gear together and enjoy each other's company
sometimes, when steb wants you all to himself, he'll ask ahead of time if you want to fix gear together, and you two spend the entire time in the storage room fixing gear together. spending time together like this, it feels like no time passes at all
you two end up getting into the habit of going out to eat after fencing. when one of you invites the other over to eat at either yours or his place, that's when things really start to change between you two

(elden ring DLC spoilers)
i fucking love Radahn so much, what i wouldnt give to meet ACTUAL him, he just gets toyed with and exploited so cruelly, you never really get to know him or what he wants im hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh so normal :)
like i know theres little to go by with typical fromsoft lore and stuff but agreeing to marry miquelly feels so ... not radahn like, why would he have fought malenia and then even after gettign the rot refuse to die if he wanted that .... also didnt he believe in the golden order?? miquella wanted to replace it basically????-
even his 'new' design feels like some idealized version of him that miquella dreamed up, theres significant differences in whats left of radahn in the main game and i feel like even that is an important detail (the braids ... i braids are IMPORTANT IM TELLING YOU-) like it .... to some degrees looks ..almost cheap, like an action figure (what the hell are all those sword things on his belt?? he has his two giant blades that dont go in that??? he would never use a different one?? whats it doing here??) (also the fact that leonard is missing .... like sure we like to over emphasize some character quirks but i also feel like thats and important thing- leonard clearly meant alot to him and he had him still with him when he was fighting malenia and stayed together even after rotting away)
what really REALLY makes me so very "normal" about everything is that radahn remains voiceless and has no say in anythign the entire time we meet him, hes either a zombie or a literally flesh puppet constructed by his own half brother (out of another family member, which clearly shows bc hes using blood magic and got horns growing)- aside from very few quotes on some items we never get to know him, we dont know what he wanted, he gets dragged into this and is then like some animated statue, theres no emotion in his face, even less sound he makes when fighting, even, in my opinion, his animation in the final DLC fight seem OFF to me- it looks stiff how hes moving whenever hes not actively attacking
(also miquella and what he wants is constantly talked about, but while its all about radahn in a way . we never hear anything from radahns side, its never even questioned. as far as i know, like !!!!! argh!!!)
(edit: also also the fact that in this puppet version of the design changes arent just the armor, his skin is different color too, even in the trailer when he fights malenia- BEFORE the rot- he seemed sort of ashy- greyish dark, even if hard to tell with color tint- his hair much longer in og now much shorter and in braids, his armor less practical and more show offy, he doesnt have a bow, even his swords look different, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY his weird anatomy he seems to have in og that i think is from renalla is gone too- AND yes i know his body is constructed from moghs there- which makes this all so much worse bc almost all that was him is stripped away and twisted into what miquella wants from him, second phase its almost all light attacks tooo- ok im stopping this now)
i know it might seem like im just making excuses bc i cant handle my favorite character agreeing to marry his own half brother- BUT I DONT CARE- HE DIDNT WANT IT- WE DONT KNOW WHAT HE WANTS- WE NEVER GET TO ASK HIM- HE NEVER GETS TO SPEAK AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASDJKBHKFJBGSKBVGFHDKBFKABKBA
#ganondoodles talks#elden ring#elden ring spoilers#elden ring DLC spoilers#the remix of his OST im going NUTS#my eyes are unblinkly glued to the screen#watchign a stream of the final fight#and i feel like a teen watching their crush perform at sports#(or how i imagine it)#and at the same time filled with grief an hate bc hes done so DIRTY#get your grabby little hands off him miquella#how hes hanging around him im AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARGH#like an actual puppet master its creepy and possesive if you know the context#im less upset with the DLC btw#if anything it has strenghtend my love for radahn but in SPITE of it#i got my wish to see him less zombie like BUT AT WHAT COST#im gonna CRY#im so normal normal normal#how can a stupid video game character do this to me#FUCK AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA#..................i would like to be hugged by radahn though#i want to see him in his prime BUT HIM THE REAL ONE#with leonard- with his own will and wits#i want to chew through concrete

Should i buy some new games?
Should i buy some new games? Hey people im stressing out and really debating if i should buy some new games and an extra controller. I will be honest and say i got a bit of a addiction. I have plenty of games already some of which i havent beat yet or could replay for alternet endings and things along those lines. I also have ps+ premiumn so i could play a lot of games for free in a sense already. However the games on ps+ arent really capturing my eyes or ive played them already. Some games that i was debating about getting is stellar blade (i have played the trial and i really had fun with it scratched the devil may cry 5 itch) system shock (heard it was what inspired bishock which i loved) prince of perisa the lost crown (never played any of these games before but i like what i see and i love the cheap price) elden ring (i have played demon souls and bloodborn a little bit and i didnt like them foumd them to be very confusing and hard, however with elden ring i feel the open world might be what sets it apart from the others and may push me to like it more its also currently on sale) the final one is a game that isnt even out yet but i am a life long fan of the series. Dragon Ball Sparking Zero. Now then id also would lile to say id much rather would want to go buy some comics at stores from the town over but i cant drive amd nobody will give me damn ride anywhere and finding comics online is very hard for me at least. Games and comics stops me from buying alcholol also which ive struggled with in my life so thats part of what drives my hobby to am addiction almost. Anyways any thoughts? Fuck
Well, I saw this coming from miles away becaude of course the gacha game will throw any semblance of artistic integrity through the window if they can make cheap fanservice, hence why I made the og post in advance, I didn't want to elaborate more on it when it happened because whatever, people were already dicks about me making the initial post anyway lol
But a guy began bugging me about how the comparison made sense, actually, and I felt the need to elaborate with a final point about why I feel the comparison absolutely misses the point of what full stop is and represents and everything that made them special to me.
Ok, so this guy has been analyzing limbus ids for a while and trying to figure out common themes among them, his conclusion for sinclair ids was, simply put, these are people who are either extremely good at what they do but cant fully see it or arent proud of it (blade lineage, cinq), or people who are slow and trailing behind compared to their peers while also having the potential to be absurdly good at their line of work if they were given the proper support (molar office).
According to him, stephan would be the second case, a guy who is very bad at what he does but could be amazing at it with the proper motivation. The issue is that… if you look at stephan and i mean you really look at him instead of forcing him in a haha funny meme fandom archetype or mold him into whatever can fit the power fantasy of the month that'd be a limbus character, he's really not that.
That's not to say stephan lacks any talent at all, his pessimist and cautious personality makes me imagine he is probably a great planner, coming up with escape plans or alternatives if the team gets cornered or overwhelmed in any non color-fixer-chasing-them-with-killing-intent situation, his physical strength is also there, and i think he'd be at least half decent at unarmed one on one combat because of it, and i feel he appreciates this and the people around him do as well, he has talents and they are in plain sight, and he makes full use of them when the situation requires him to.
But the thing is… everything from his dice ranges to his card names to his passive name are very clear in one thing: he's fucking terrible at aiming and firing a gun, the very thing he's supposed to do and excel at if he doesn't want to lose money. Maybe he's nearsighted, maybe he has astigmatism, maybe he pulls the trigger too fast before being sure he's even aiming at a target, maybe his anxiety is so bad he's shaking and sweating constantly and his fine motor skills are shit because of that, maybe even all of these at the same time.
And it's not just stephan who has this going on either, liwei's keypage wouldn't be talking about "this is what people normally think and what i know i'm supposed to want but i simply can't see the point of all of it" (<- this is autism coding if you're delusional like me but i digress) if he was a "proper fixer", tamaki wouldn't be losing her cool regularly every time stephan begins to complain if she was a "proper fixer", everyone here is notoriously bad at their job one way or another due to things that are quite directly part of who they are so there's no "actually stephan would be a shi section 1 fixer if he wore glasses" or "liwei could become a color if he got rid of his gun and started fighting with a sword instead" for any of them, not without them losing who they are in the way as opposed to the character growth that represents sinclair.
For me these are average people, with average talents which can only take them so far, in a world where most people in their line of work has superhuman skills, and to make matters worse they're focusing their strengths in the wrong things, these aren't the people who will wake up one day and awaken whatever specialest boy ever superpower project moon comes up with next time and become the strongest people who ever lived in the city. Even if they decided to drop everything suddenly and start with something else, there's absolutely nothing they'd excel at.
And that's precisely the thing, they won't just drop everything and suddenly do something they are better at, because the sunk cost fallacy is a fucking bitch when you're risking bankrupcy with every job you take, and that's why the full stop office is to me, the tragedy of people who invested too much and worked for too long in the wrong thing and now they don't have the resources, time or evergy to reinvent themselves anymore even if it'd be better for them in the long run.
I wanted to write a cool conclusion or something but i dont have the energy so just take this instead
STEPHCLAIR IS BAD AND YOU SHOULD FEEL BAD
Alternative title: a very angry (and tired) Full Stop fan's thesis.
ok, so me being the stephan/sinclair comparison's strongest hater is a bit i really like to lean into, but for the sake of keeping things semi-serious i will try to keep the actual essay content as free of me ranting my frustrations as humanly possible (which i mean commitement to the bit aside this will be hard bc it is frustrating to see people calling them both the same character, at best it shows a very surface level understanding of either character and at worst it shows just reducing them to cookie cutter meme fandom archetypes neither character actually fits into, so bear with me if i slip up and make unserious comments from time to time)
so before i start the actual essay let me say this: this essay doesnt even scratch the surface of how much i hate this comparison you guys cant even possibly fucking imagine ive been obssessed and i mean OBSSESSED with the full stop office since 2021 and im glad i wasnt in the limbus prerelease fanbase because if i had to see people comparing my beautiful boy and beloved best friend to a guy we had no info about other than "hes based of the guy from demian" i would have turned into the joker this is not even about saving my own mental health this is about sparing the entire pjm fandom of the monster i would have turned into
spoilers for ruina and limbus, universe terminology heavy and surface level references and interpretations of demian by herman hesse because imma keep it real with you guys the first and only time i read that book i was still in high school and i barely remember shit.

Stephan - a summary
Sinclair - a summary 2.1. Emil Sinclair in Demian (1919) 2.2. Emil Sinclair in Limbus Company (2023)
Addressing common arguments
1.- Stephan - a summary
And of course I will start with Stephan, because I love him very much, just like Liwei he's one of my favorite pjm characters (yeah i like him more than your favorite popular character don't ask) so it's not surprising that i have A Lot to say about him, right?
And of course, I do.
As I said in the serrated duo post, a core part of my perception of the Full Stop office depends on the fact that they are poor. Mentions of money are common all across many factions in the game, yes, but the Full Stops are extremely constant about money, how taking a wrong turn means losing more than they can afford, how they can't afford to drop their weapons because they were too expensive, how even getting the permissions to be able to buy and wield these weapons was ridiculously expensive and so on. Of course, Stephan is the one talking about this the most (something I will elaborate on later), but Liwei and Tamaki also make a few ocassional mentions to it in their dialogue and keypages and considering this is a shared business it just makes sense that this is something that affects all of them.
These are just some few of the callbacks to money that Stephan alone does in his dialogue, without focusing in keypage text or what Liwei and Tamaki have to say about it.
And idk man, at least to me the difference between social classes is an important aspect for their characterization, specially because of how constant the concern with money is for Stephan. From this point alone comparing them feels like erasing a core aspect of Stephan's characterization, a lot about Stephan (and the Full Stop office as a whole, let's be real here) starts making more sense once you read the office as lower-middle class (and I'm saying lower middle class because they can afford some place to live and their weapons, but to me these guys are the types who precisely because of their need to keep bullets at all times can't pay for water or electricity all the time and sometimes they simply can't afford food or if they do they can spend a week straight eating nothing but unsalted pasta).
Now, going back to Stephan being the most outward about his complaints with money, he is in general the most outward about all problems the office is facing, to the point in which he doesn't mind inconveniencing everyone else with his rants, being one of the few guests who interrupt Angela's introductory speech and getting into Tamaki's nerves (something he's well aware he's doing, as these two know each other) at least two times through the course of their pre-battle cutscene, even Roland comments after the reception on how he wishes he would always have been as open about his problems as Stephan was.
However, it's worth nothing that he doesn't spend the entire cutscene crying about his miseries, and he only starts losing hope at three key moments: when they can't kill Eileen inmediately (making them waste more bullets than needed), when Argalia shows up (forcing them to retreat and making them fail their mission, meaning they won't get paid for this after they already lost a ton of money, as well as turning the situation into something much more dangerous than what they had signed up for) and once they enter the Library (an Urban Plague grade threat they have little to no information about, when him and Tamaki are almost out of bullets so Liwei is essentially the only fixer with some chance of putting up a fight and, you know, making it out alive).
Now, while it's true that Stephan is someone who dislikes danger, he isn't someone who isn't used to seeing gruesome events, his instinctive reaction to seeing a guy getting his head put into a meat grinder was cracking jokes and calling the concept of thought gears "a load of horseshit", which is something that falls in line with him being a somewhat experienced Fixer (sure, grade 5 isn't amazing but we can assume it's still either in the higher side of average or barely above average, and for someone specialized in firearms, which are far from the best weapon in the city, getting that high means he must have some experience and skill, right? more so considering he's been at this for 5 years at most) who has seen a fair share of horrid shit and can be unfazed by (most of) it as long as his own safety isn't on the line.
Another point is... he dislikes danger and is always wary about money and expenses, to the point in which he enjoys checking his bank account (or at least he believes so, if we go for the theory of the artbook profiles being more a mix of what the characters perceive themseves as/would describe themselves as to others, which is a theory i go by, I see him as someone who's convinced he does that for fun instead as out of desperation), but this seems to be more a generalized feeling of impending doom at everything rather than something that can be traced back to a particular traumatic event (anything can be dangerous, anything can cost him money), dude's from the backstreets after all, he's seen shit and he's used to assuming the worst. How I see Stephan, he's a guy who already expects bad things to happen but once things go wrong he starts freaking out about how this time They're Screwed For Real, but he never really tricks himself into believing "maybe things will turn out just fine this time?" or who thinks "well, we've done this before, surely we can handle it again."
This is not very related to Stephan as a character in terms of personality but I think it's still an important point to make as it is particularly related to body mods, his physical condition and his body shape.
So we can easily say that Stephan is a strong dude, at least if compared to real world standards without the fancy and insane body mods we see people in the city have access to. He carries that huge rifle around with his bare hands, something that Tamaki doesn't do and that not even Stephan himself in earlier iterations of his dessign did, and his main talent (which based of my theories is something that can be assumed as "something he's proud enough of to consider it the thing he does best") is physical labor.
Pictured, Tamaki's talksprite, carrying a rifle almost as long as she is tall with a strap supporting the weight on her shoulders, like a normal person.
Also pictured, an earlier iteration of Stephan's dessign, carrying the same rifle his current version does, but also holding it with the help of a similar strap supporting the weight on his shoulders.
And finally, Stephan's current dessign, holding that shit with his bare fucking hands in an exhibition of his brute animal strength, what the fuck is wrong with this man (affectionate)
And Stephan's artbook profile, the important part here is his speciality being physical labor, not only he's strong but he aknowledges this.
However, I made a point about the Full Stop office being poor, right? Even Roland says that "giving a whole office augmentation procedures is cheaper than keeping a decent supply of bullets in stock" (not the exact phrasing).
At least personally, I see this as Roland essentially saying "it would be cheaper (and more efficient) to get body mods for everyone in the office and buy another (cheaper) type of weaponry instead", but as things stand, the Full Stops can afford to either buy more ammunition and maintain their weapons, OR to get body mods, and since their whole deal is firearms... well, they can't really Stop investing in them, meaning they have no body mods At All and they got their grades purely out of their own physical strength.
Similarly, Stephan makes a similar point about how body augmentations are required for people to be able to run while carrying their weapons around (specifically talking about the rifles he and Tamaki use).
And... you know, the whole point is that they couldn't run carrying their weapons because they were too heavy, Argalia mocked them for that, Liwei urged them to drop their weapons, something they refused to do because of the prices.
Lastly on this point, while it's true that Ruina talksprites have a very bad case of Long Anime Legs (to the point in which how Roland's legs take about 2/3 of his height is a common joke), if we focus only on his head and torso, Stephan looks pretty Wide, and not only because he's wearing thick, fluffy and multilayered clothing, as other characters wearing similar clothing styles still look thinner than him.
This is all to say: I don't think this guy is a twink, or thin at all. He's a prime example of the strongman build to me and this is yet another hill I'm willing to die on watch project moon turn him into a beanpole once he inevitably shows up in limbus and me turning into the first real world distortion as a consequence.
Finally, Stephan is very notoriously the most informal member of the office, not only being the only one who doesn't wear any sort of formal clothing fully prioritizing comfort and practicality over looks but also completely disregarding formalities with his attitude at work (again, he interrupts Angela's introductory monologue, and again, his first two lines when being introduced are him cracking jokes), being the only member of the office to swear on screen and using several informal expressions and metaphors through both the reception dialogue and his keypage story.
And for good measure, he's a compilation of Stephan being the creature he is.
The literal introduction of the characters, also known as the moment in which Stephan became one of my favorite characters because he's Just Like Me Fr
Very normal behavior for someone who hates blood and violence and isn't used to seeing it. This man is more than capable (and willing, assuming money is involved) to murder kill.
Which, I mean, this attitude is very different from what we see from Sinclair.
2.- Sinclair, a summary
In retrospect I probably should have made this one first because I'm gonna be honest with you, Sinclair is one of the sinners I care about the least (I still like him and think he's pretty cool mind you I just don't vibe too much with most of the tropes making up the character) so what I have to say about him is less me grasping for straws and subtext because I don't care enough about him to be bothered with a super serious and in depth analysis like I did with Stephan and more things we can explicitly see about him in game and things that happen in the novel Demian.
And if I can have a small parenthesis here, people saying that one of my favorite pjm guys Ever is in any way similar to a guy who despite being pretty cool is just Not the type of character I fully vibe with... really, it gets annoying fast. Anyway back to the serious analysis now.
2.1- Emil Sinclair in Demian (1919)
To be able to understand Sinclair as he is depicted in Limbus Company, it is important to first be familiar with the source material of the original iteration of the character, that's it we're doing your high school homework by compiling several literary analysis of a symbolic psychological early 20th century autobiographical novel i hope you guys signed up for this (and if you didn't, though luck! i will do this anyway, I love literary analysis).
In the novel, young Emil finds himself torn between the worlds of light (which can be equated to the Garden of Eden, but it's more tangible meaning for our protagonist is his childhood home and family, a serene and well structure/organized space where he can be innocent, untainted by the evils of the outside world) and darkness (basically all the scary shit that goes on outside, where people do evil things for the sake of it), he finds himself tempted by the violence of the outside world, particularly through the actions of his classmate Franz Kromer, which eventually leads him to consider that due to being exposed to this tainted world of evil he no longer can return to the world of good and innocence.
Here, the character of Demian acts as a guide, someone who helps Sinclair to trascend this binary perception of good vs evil and to see himself as someone worthy of happiness because him witnessing the world of evil didn't taint him as a person but rather merely showed him another face of the world, Demian here mentions the Mark of Cain as a symbol of mental strenght and freedom, considering that bearers of this mark are capable of making their own choices and should be able to go beyond their assigned roles, being able to embody aspects of both worlds. This is to say that Demian's view is less focused on good vs evil, instead taking a more order vs chaos approach (without giving an explicit moral character to either).
In the book, the symbol of a bird breaking out of the egg is frequently used to represent Emil's personal growth, the egg represents safety and innocence, but a bird must eventually leave the egg or it will die, and getting out of the egg is a process than can be seen as violent, as a bird must fight to get out of the egg, and getting out of the egg represents birth but also an irreversible change, it can be seen as breaking out of the world of light and getting permanently in the world of darkness since a broken shell can't be fixed, but it can also mean achieving the enlightment and personal balance to not feel permanently bound to a condition, place or state of being and therefore growing as a person by learning to see himself as a whole human instead of supressing his "evil side" by only forcing the "good side" to surface.
Max Demian is here to show this second meaning of growth/self improvement (while also explaining that Sinclair is permamently growing and must always keep this balance between all the parts conforming the whole being that is himself rather that trying to make parts of himself antagonize each other). This idea of personal growth being one of the core themes of the book.
2.2- Emil Sinclair in Limbus Company (2023)
With Sinclair's source media analyzed (at a very surface level, mind you), we now can start talking about the depiction of Sinclair in Limbus Company, how it parallels the book, why the book symbolism is important for this instance of Sinclair and so on.
When we are first introduced to Sinclair in the game he's clearly nervous, he doesn't know what he's supposed to do as he hasn't worked for a similar company before and he isn't used to the gruesome sight of the bus eating people, this does fit inmediately in the motif of a naive person with limited experience about the world (well, to be fair to him most people won't be seeing man-eating buses at a regular basis, but the average backstreets dweller would be familiar with equally violent situations).
With this said, despite Sinclair's obviously nervous behavior... he isn't really a pessimist like Stephan was, in fact, almost every chapter (counting cantos, intervallos and the short mini chapters such as the Dante's notes update episode) have at least one key moment with him trying to rationalize horrible stuff as something much less violent, or simply going "but I thought this thing didn't work like this..." when confronted with the more horrible realities in the city. He thought the G corp veterans were really going to let them pass without a fight, he thought the people being controlled by headhens were just actors wearing mascot costumes, he thought mermaids were the beautiful half-woman half-fish creatures he heard about in fairy tales, and there's more examples but I don't really feel like looking for The Entire Fucking Plot Because This Guy Is An Actual Protagonist Instead Of A Background Guy Like Stephan Was to make my point clearer than it already is. And it's only when he realizes that the real world doesn't fit his expectations that he panics.
Well, there is one exception to this pattern: his own canto. Here, he panics inmediately as soon as K corp's nest is mentioned and spends the first half of the chapter pleading to turn back while saying that they are going to get killed. So what is different here with the rest of the plot?
Obviously, the fact that is related to his very own very personal very specific trauma. That is to say, unlike Stephan who is wary of anything that can put him on danger or cost him more money than it should, Sinclair has a very specific traumatic event that makes him act Like That (sure, he gets scared and nervous outside that, but these are more normal "I'm unfamiliar with this and I don't fully know how to react, this is normal behavior in a human being" reactions than outright "I am Actually Terrified due to being reminded of an actual traumatic event, this reaction is a textbook definition of post-traumatic stress disorder").
HOWEVER, Sinclair being someone who's deeply traumatized and kind of a scaredy cat when it comes to violence and unfamiliar situations... it doesn't mean that he's incompetent or a bad fighter. Almost all of his identities are terrifyingly good fighters (at least in their lore), Los Mariachis fear jefe Sinclair, Cinq director Sinclair is someone most association members are terrified to duel even during training, Blade Lineage Sinclair is considered a talented killer (it's also worth noting that save maybe for the mariachi one, in none of these mirror worlds Sinclair is precisely happy of being recognized as "the guy who's very scary when he fights people", unlike Stephan who I don't think he particularly likes killing but has a more "as long as I get paid..." mentality about it), the only "not very good at this" Sinclair id I can think of is the molar boatworks id where he's more a mechanic than a fighter so he fears he's lagging behind in that aspect. Hell, even the Canon Timeline so to speak (which is to say: his base identity) has him carrying that huge halberd, going on a frenzy attacking some already mutilated inquisitor's corpse, piercing through Guido's armor and dealing a fatal blow that finally killed him for real. To compare, Stephan is good at physical work, but we don't know about his close combat capacities other than the fact that he dislikes it, for Sinclair however we know he's terrifyingly good at physical combat.
Now, I've seen a lot of people call Sinclair a twink and while it's one of these words that nobody agrees on what it means, let's give it the benefit of doubt and say "alright, for the duration of this analysis let's settle on a twink being a young looking (regardless of actual age), thin man with almost no facial/body hair".
Since Sinclair is a rich guy (not just Any Rich Guy though, we're talking of someone whose family had ties to a Wing, probably not some elite guy like Daniel or Hong Lu, but not a self perceived "mediocre" nest dweller like Samjo either), and pressumably not very experienced in combat in most mirror worlds (we know he has no prior experience in the base one where he joined Limbus, at least), let's say that he has enough body mods for him to be much stronger than he looks like despite being thin, he does look thin and young and much to my dissapointment he also has no facial hair, so yeah, under this very broad definition of the term he is a twink.
However if you start adding personality archetypes to the definition he stops being one almost inmediately, as we've been shown time after time that his "submissive" attitude is mostly a result of him not knowing too well how to impose himself and just going along with what the rest say or do, but he's starting to grow tired of that ever since Hell's Chicken (even if he clearly still isn't great at that), as it should be more than obvious for anyone who even just googled "demian herman hesse literary analysis", Sinclair is undergoing a lot of changes even now, and the game is doing a good job at portraying that.
Honestly I also think he'd be hotter with a sleeper build but really, I don't care enough about him to argue about that.
And for the last point, precisely due to his upbringing as a rich guy AND his traumatic experience with Kromer, Sinclair is not only a very polite and mild mannered guy (again, unlike resident creature Stephan), but also he tries to take as little space as possible, both literally and metaphorically, as Dante notices near the end of canto 3 when they finally comment on how Sinclair never talks about his own problems until it's too late because he doesn't want to bother the others as they probably have it worse (again, unlike Stephan "i don't mind loweing team morale and making everyone in the room uncomfortable as long as i get to vent" Full Stop office).
3.- Adressing common arguments
Alright, now that I talked about each character, let's see some of the most common arguments I've seen people use to compare them.
"They look the same!" No, they don't. The only thing they have in common is being blonde but even their hairstyles are different with Sinclair having a simple bowl-ish cut with slightly wavy hair and Stephan having curlier hair (not to mention the whole point I made about body types because I'm the sort of lunatic who cares about that stuff). I won't even bother with this argument.
"They have the same personalities!" Again, they don't. Stephan is very cynical with a lot of his attitude being clearly derivated from him coming from a poor background and having stayed there his whole life, he also doesn't care about his cynism getting in the way and bothering everyone else. On the other hand, Sinclair is someone who could almost be described as naive due to having lived a sheltered childhood and only having his experiences with Kromer and his time at Limbus as moments of realizing that the rest of the world is Not Like His Childhood House, still believing that the world is a binary of good vs evil and expecting things to turn out fine or be much better than they actually are, just to be hit with the reality of the city Not being a nice place where people are nice and polite and not trying to kill him, this is not to say he doesn't have his own issues but even Dante notices during his Canto that Sinclair makes a point to avoid bothering everyone else with his personal problems, keeping them to himself even if that makes things worse on the long run.
"Both are opposed and harmed by a lunatic!" This is an argument I've seen a lot and is incredibly filmsy at best, half of the city's population are lunatics and the other half are people who got opposed by them some way or another. Will you say that Ishmael and the rest of the Pequod crew can be compared to the Full Stop office (or really, even mention the other Full Stop fixers instead of just focusing on Stephan because he happens to be blonde and can be compared to Sinclair) because of their situations with Ahab? Or the W Corp crew who got their train targetted by Jae-heon and Elena (or, you know, the train passengers who were turned into Love townspeople or puppets)? What about the Vermillion Cross who got killed by the Reverb Ensemble? Or the Cane office fixers? or the Zwei association section 6 who got beaten to death by Gyeong-mi just because he felt like doing so? Or the Liu association section 1 who had to deal with Argalia taking Philip away? Or the Kurokumo clan members when they were attacked by Tanya? You aren't comparing them to either Stephan or Sinclair, right? Not to mention that in her weird and fucked up perception of things, Kromer was less opposed to Sinclair as she was trying to lead him to join her and her cause, even the last things she says before getting killed are her calling him to follow her.
"Both are compared to birds!" Oh, right, because I forgot that a very directed symbolic comparison to a baby bird breaking out of it's shell as a symbol of rebirth, learning about the nuances of the world and self improvement/liberation that is consistently used in the source material Sinclair comes from is exactly the same as one (1) throwaway line the big bad guy uses to mock not only Stephan but the whole Full Stop gang, right. And if you want to say "but Tamaki compares him to a bird once too", yeah she calls him a parrot because he keeps repeating the same complaints over and over, it's still not the same as a consistent metaphor.
"Both are sad blonde twinks! They're essentially the same guy." Sad? Yeah, everyone in the city is sad but their ways to be sad are polar opposites, and neither of them is the pure cinnamon roll uwu crybaby archetype people tend to lump both into, Stephan was merely having a bad day and people decided to make that his whole personality (when honestly we get more insight on his actual personality before Argalia shows up, when he's making sarcastic remarks and getting impatient because they weren't starting killing people fast enough) but he's still perfectly capable (and willing) to murder people, and Sinclair is just... someone who lacks experience about the real world and how it works and has a tendency to get nervous because of this, but he can adapt quickly to situations once he understands them. Blonde? Yeah, but I guess if that's a point to draw a comparison then we should also compare them to Don Quixote, the Tiphereths, Lenny, Yun, Lulu, Olga, every single npc, librarian, and agent who comes with blonde hair from the generator... Twinks? Stephan absolutely isn't one, Sinclair depends on how you define twink as nobody seems to get to an agreement with that, if you define it as merely "young looking thin man with almost no visible body hair" then yeah he is one, but if you go for any more specific definition than that he stops fitting into the definition almost instantly.
In conclusion: if I see anyone else comparing them I'll start blocking people liberally bc I'm sick of seeing that shit (I do that already tbh but just so you know), now scram

Weiss and Blake are masked villains. The two of them used to be a couple, but now can only agree on one thing... both of them want the hero Ruby Rose for themselves.
Weiss smirked as she sat in a tree and watched Ruby fight a few grimm in the forest. It wasnt exactly her favorite pastime seeing that Ruby always managed to stop her, though this time, it was fun to watch the huntress fight the grimm brought to the village. Her hand went to the computerized mask she wore and pressed a button on the side to send out a signal only grimm could hear to bring more closer. All she had to do was wait for the huntress to get overwhelmed and then she could swoop in and-
The mask flew off her face as an arrow pulled it away from the ex-heiress and slammed it into a tree. The signal stopped and the grimm that had been fighting the huntress turned to run away to preserve their own lives.
Weiss slumped into the tree and let out a heavy sigh. “You know those arent cheap, right?”
Blake moved into sight and pulled up the grimm mask she wore. “What are you doing out here? You know this is White Fang territory.”
“Experimenting. Besides, I’m leaving your kind alone. I dont want anything to do with you anymore.”
“And coming this close to one of our settlements is how you stay away from me? If I didnt know any better, I’d think you wanted me back.”
“After what you did? Not a chance,” Weiss scoffed as she pried the arrow out of her mask and looked it over in her hand. The small mask was nothing more than a plain, white mask that used a screen to give her any look she wanted. “Though, I cant be the only reason you’re here.”
Blake rolled her eyes and pointed her sword towards Ruby. “Her.”
Weiss frowned. “She’s mine-”
“Just… hear me out.” Blake sat down and pulled out her scroll. “I propose a truce between us seeing as we both have an interest in the Crimson Reaper.”
“And what do I get out of it?” Weiss asked as she looked over the faunus’ scroll. “And more importantly, why do you want her?”
“I could ask the same of you.”
Weiss nodded and watched as Ruby left the village to head to her next mission. “I’m tired of playing cat and mouse with her. But… I’m not ready to give up on making everything miserable for my father. So, I want to make her mine.”
“Make her yours?”
“And you? What’s your interest in her?”
Blake paused for a moment, then lowered her mask to hide the blush that spread across her cheeks. “I want to offer her something that’s a bit more… beneficial to the White Fang. Though, I get the feeling that she’s not going to want anything to do with either of us.”
“Unless… she doesnt know who we are.”
“What are you getting at?”
Weiss pushed a hand through her short hair to pull it back and tie it up once more. “She’s never actually caught either of us, and every time she’s actually stopped us, we’ve managed to slip away. Maybe its time for her to meet the real us.”
“And then what? There’s no guarantee that we’ll be able to get her to do anything for us, much less accept our feelings for her.”
“I… what? N-no, its not about…” Weiss turned away to hide the blush on her own cheeks and took a couple breaths. “Leave that to me. I can make sure to open her eyes about those that employ her. As long as you dont try to backstab me again, I’ll go along with your truce.”
Blake sighed and nodded. “Alright, but I do ask you to leave Cinder out of this.”
“Dont worry, I’ll leave her out of the loop. Besides, even her employer is starting to scare me.”
Blake stood up and held one end of the ribbon of her weapon as she tossed the blade out to another branch. “Oh, and Weiss, if you do get in my way, I will make sure its the last thing you do.”
Weiss nodded and relaxed once Blake left. Her eyes went back to her mask as she undid the small signal generator that had a “W” etched into it. “Once I’m done with her, me getting in your way will be the last of your worries.”

what is it that makes swords seem so unattainable? you can get one for like $20 on amazon. sure some of them are upwards of 300+ bucks but thats for the real artisan shit. if you just want a blade you can grind and swing around thats so cheap. replica swords arent hard to make. swords ARE a reality you can achieve. but they seem so lofty. like something beyond what any of us could ever dream of owning. and yet we can

1. there are countless free to play mmos, maple story, blade and soul, elsword, fortnight... so all/most mmos arent subscription based
2. saying you pay only once is ignoring that most ppl who play enough sso to pay for lifetime do in fact go back and buy star coins. they do continue to finance the game. acting like "sso is so generous bc every lifetime is a loss for them" is wrong when honestly most lifetimes will continue to spend money on the game. double sc weekend is a huge thing. games like fortnight r free to play bc you need to pay real money for aesthetics and so many ppl care abt this. in sso you both pay 70$ and continue to pay for aesthetics (aka horses). aesthetics is a huge part of sso culture. spending money is a huge part of sso culture. new horses, limited event horses, shopping is super strong in sso. its a game ppl mainly play for dressing up, roleplay and socializing. things that encourage you to continue spending. not for the gameplay mechanics or story.
3. saying "if you think sso isnt worth 70$ youre saying the workers shouldnt put food on their table" is not something i appreciate. i am definitely allowed to think a product is not high quality enough to justify its price. if i pay 200$ for a shirt and what comes in the mail is a broken thin cheap fabric with a peeling print, i am allowed to be frustrated and think this wasn't worth the price. (and those who get most of the money on the bad quality hypothetical tshirt are definitely not the simple workers, but the management).
4. sso's amount of bug is NOT justified by constant updates. ive never in my life played a game so broken like sso and ive played many mmos. no mmo i played was even close to being this broken. sso isnt buggy bc its updated constantly only, its buggy bc the shit way its built
5. when a game is this broken, its in fact not proffessional to just throw this buggy mess on the players who pay you and say help us fix it. you should test for this many bugs behind closed doors. especially in sso's case when its an unresonable amount of bugs. its not once in a while thing that a player finds. and this leads me to my next point
6. "sso is buggy bc of constant updates". sse are CHOOSING to bave a unique update every week. its their own choice. if the game is this buggy bc of weekly updates, they have the option to not have weekly updates. (but some bugs have been around for years, so again its not just the weekly updates). they could update once a month after properly testing, they could have less updates and shift the focus to fixing existing things rather than putting in new things. many mmos dont have weekly updates
of course this is what i personally think and if you disagree with anything i say feel free to tell me. i dont think any of us is a bad person for our opinions about this game, whether we're wrong or right. so id appreciate to not get personal and throw accusations around. we can have a discussion and its ok
listen, if you don't understand why SSO, a game that plans to continue running and updating for a while, needs to cost $70 when MOST OTHER MMOS do NOT offer a one time charge option. They're ALL subscription based. SSO has every right to be subscription based so they can pay their team and yet they keep the "one time charge" option available, which is not industry standard.
Yeah a completed game can cost less. Stardew, an amazing game, costs like $15. But it's posted in a state of completion where updates aren't guaranteed or promised. So he (one guy) gets continued revenue from purchases of the game which he doesnt HAVE to keep working on. SSO has to keep working. They have to keep paying their staff. $70 is not that big of an ask and is in fact a very small ask. It has bugs because they keep updating so more bugs are gonna occur. REPORT THE DAMN BUGS. They want the community to so they can damn fix em. And just talking about bugs on tumblr or instagram is not reporting them.
$70 is a lot of money for some people and thats VALID but guess what- you don't gotta play or hell you could play for free until you can't. Video games are a luxury, not a right.

Drone X Pro
Drone X pro reviews, price & scam update. Dont Buy Before Reading. Is it the Best Drone Under $100 For Beginners? Modern life has become mostly dependent on Drones for videography. From filmmaking to having some cinematic shot of the place you visit, weve found much use of the thing. But the equipment can be expensive. Thats about to change with the Drone X Pro reviews.
No doubt, the popularity of drones will only increase day by day. Many are looking to get a drone, but the various types make it hard for them to choose one.
Quadcopter seems like the top pick for both hobbyists and professionals alike.
Now, whatever the use you may have for it, finding a good drone within a reasonable price bracket has become quite impossible. The likes of DJI drones are quite expensive. Not everyone can afford them..https://apnews.com/9d3c69b6d4f59585ef651b100b4d7ad7
However, if you want something close to that, check out the Drone X Pro. This flying machine has become a sensational hit among drone lovers.
Price isnt the only thing for which you should go for it. It is the best drone for photography as it got a great camera on it. And the control it offers on the air is something unreal. It is the future of drones.

Why Look into the Drone X pro?
Flying a drone isnt easy, as it takes time to adjust to the controls. But Drone X is the best drone for travel for beginners who want a drone to start working with it right away. Controlling it isnt that hard, and it is quite intuitive.
The Drone X Pro is incredibly lightweight, so maneuvering it on the air is super easy. It got a one-touch controller, which makes taking it off and landing it a piece of cake.
Right out of the box, you will like the Drone X pro for its size, design, and the many features it got. Unlike other drones within the price range, this remains stable during flights. Thats because it includes features like on board-gyro that holds the altitude. You can make those mid-air turning maneuvers and have some fun with it. You dont need to be a pro to fly it.
Thats not all.
This flying machine got a 2MP camera with the option to record videos at 720p. It might not be able to fulfill the need of professionals. Still, an average Joe can get those super cool aerial shots to gloat about on their social media. On top of that, you get a flight time of at least 10 minutes with a full charge. ADVERTISEMENT
If you consider the price, the best drone under $100 offers features that no one can match within this price range.
But there is more to it for which youve got to check out the Drone X pros technical specs.
Technical Features:
There are many functionalities the drone offers that makes it hard for you to ignore it. Lets take a look at them.
Controllers:
The drones available on the market today have controls that arent at all great. Especially the cheaper ones have controls that make it hard to fly the machine. Fortunately, this Drone X Pro comes with a universal control option.
Now, you can control the Drone x Pro using your mobile phone. But if you need a controller, you get one too with the package.
Whether you use the controller or the phone to fly it, you wont find any difference. Manipulating the drone is super easy. Even someone flying a drone for the first time wont have trouble getting the hang of it on your smartphone.
And when the drone gets out of sight, even then, you will be able to be in control. Thats because when you use your Smartphone to fly the drone, you will get a real-time FPV feed. This FPV feed will display where your drone is flying.
However, suppose you want to do the tricks and want more maneuverability flying the Drone X pro. Then use the controller instead of the phone. The sticks on it make it easier for you to move it around on those tight corners and twist and turn on those open spaces.
= CLICK HERE TO VISIT OFFICIAL WEBSITE TO GET 50% OFF For DroneX Pro =
Control:
Aside from getting dual-controller options with the Drone X Pro, you get an easy and convenient drone to take off and land. Theres no denying that most of us worry about breaking the flying gear when we try to land them. Its a hard skill.
With the Drone X Pro, you wont have those panic attacks while landing. It got features that can check the terrain to make the landing as smooth as it can without any crashes.
However, the best part about the drones control is that it got safety fail features to avoid accidents. Usually, when drones lose connection to the controller, they will fall off the air. It can shatter the parts into pieces. When it comes to the Drone x Pro, there is no such risk as the drone can detect when it loses connection. So it will automatically slow down during landing. It gives you time to regain control to land it.
Durability:
Flying drones, you will often encounter objects that you might hit into and cause the machine to crash. Even the best pilots lose control of their drones. And crashing to something always means one thing, a broken drone. Not with the Drone X Pro.
You will be left amazed when you will find out how durable the Drone X Pro is. The folding propeller makes for a sturdy and robust construction that wont get damaged easily. Even the exterior of it is resilient enough to take hits from time to time.
Stability:
During the flight, another issue that arises most of the time is the stability of the drone. With cheap drones, you often feel like not in control while being on the air.
The advanced stabilization algorithms during landing, flight, and take-off of the Drone X Pro wont leave you with such a feeling anymore. Even in turbulent conditions like too much wind, the drone will hold its station and stay on the course.
And thats what makes flying it so easy. You dont need to learn different skills to be in control of the wheels. On the one hand, the altitude hold mode is a feature that the Drone X Pro introduces to make life easy for the pilots. Using this feature, you will be able to drift the Drone and keep it in a constant height and position.
With such control over the drone, you will get smoother and more synchronized shots while flying it.
Flight Time:
Take the Drone X Pro and compare it to any other drone within its range, or thats even a bit more expensive. The flight time will impress you.
No doubt, you want to get those drone shots perfect. Only having a great camera wont cut for the job. It would help if you had a drone to give you the hang time on the air to meet your filming needs.
In comparison to the expensive models, the 10-minute flight time might not look like a lot. But considering the Drone X Pro price, its quite impressive. The fast charging time also helps the cause. It takes only 70-minutes to charge it and get it back again in the air.
= CLICK HERE TO VISIT OFFICIAL WEBSITE TO GET 50% OFF For DroneX Pro =
Camera:
The reason that many are becoming interested in getting a drone is those beautiful shots from the air. But to get those picture-perfect shots, youve got to need a high-quality camera. Compared to the Mavericks, the Drone X Pro isnt on the same level. Looking at the price gap, you already know why it is. Still, the camera leaves a good impression. With the 2MP camera on it, you can record videos and take photos that are pretty clear at 720p resolution.
If you want to capture still photos with wider angles, the Drone x Pro will allow you just that with 1200 wide-angle. Not to forget, the panoramic mode lets you take 3600 photos with just a click of a button.
The only issue with the camera is that it got fixed and wont adjust to the vibrations like those expensive ones. So, if there is too much turbulence, the videos you might get will be jittery.
Portable:
The Drone X Pro is exceptionally lightweight. You might love how good photos and stable videos you can take with this mini travel companion. It wont take much space, nor will it add extra weight to your things. With it, you dont have to carry those heavier and bulkier drones found in the market.
Foldable:
Once you fold it up, it fits in the palm of your hand. Take it wherever you want.
It got easy folding joints to make the footprint of it super small. Besides, you can detach the propeller blades and make room for it in your backpack.
Some more features:
Most drones are hard to operate. If you want an easy to fly drone, then the Drone x Pro should be on your list. The drone uses a single keystroke for both takeoff and landing.
You can pilot the drone in dark conditions too. The drone has 2 LED lights that are positioned next to the camera. It gives you a clear vision to play with it at night.
There is also the option of using gravity sensors. By tilting your phone right and left, front and back, you can move the drone in the air. Want to feel like piloting the drone? Then connect the Drone X Pro with your First Person Goggles for that.
However, Drone X Pro has more tricks under its sleeve. The headless mode is one such. This feature makes flying much easier for newbie drone pilots.
You will have the same front no matter the camera position to make it easier to fly.

How good the camera in Drone X Pro?
The camera isnt on the same level as the DJI maverick or the other expensive drones out there. Still, the best drone under $100 got one of the best cameras in a drone that comes within this price range.
The quadcopter got a pretty decent camera. It gives a 720 camera with a FOV of 120 to take videos from a wide range of angles. For the perfect aerial view, you can adjust the angle between 0-90. The color balance and frame rate are quite good. You will be able to capture moving things on the video well.
Even the drone has an FPV feature. Now, you can live stream video images right into your phone while flying it on the air. Though it doesnt have a gimbal for video and image stabilization. The 6-axis gyroscope and altitude hold feature does a good job of minimizing distortions while taking those shots from the air. Using the 2MP sensor, you can get good pictures.
Performance of the Drone X Pro:
Looking at the Drone X Pro reviews, you will see it has a fairly short flying time. It can give you 9-10 minutes of air time. Still, it performs way better than other drones that come within the same price bracket.
However, the flight time isnt that long and requires a bit more improvement. The 500mAh 3.7V lipo battery charges within an hour, but for that 1 hour, you get only 10 minutes of fun. So, pack some extra batteries with you.
Besides the short flying time, the Drone X Pro performs well in the air. With its 6-axis gyroscope and altitude hold function, it keeps itself stable in slightly breezy conditions. There will be minimal distortion in the videos.
Benefits of using Drone X Pro:
You can get a lot of benefits out of the Drone X Pro. For instance, if you love to travel and take shots of the places you visit for your social media or just capture some fond memory to look back at later, the gadget is a must.
You can take nice shots using the 2MP sensor. Besides that, the 720p camera lets you take videos in high-definition. Capture those scenic aerial shots and start your own travel blogs that others would love to watch. For starters, its a great drone.
Even if youre looking to have just casual fun, you can go for it. Most drones have a complex control, which makes them hard to fly in the air. The Drone X Pro, however, has simple control. Using your phone or the controller that comes with it, you can fly it around without any prior experience. The best part is you can use it both indoors and outdoors. You can master the art of flying first in your home and then go to the open space to get the best use out of it.
For those who have trouble keeping things stable in the windy conditions or land the drone without damaging it, this one is perfect. You get a proper stable flight system that keeps you still even in turbulent conditions. Similarly, the easy takeoff and landing maneuver will make it easy for you to get it off the ground and back there without any problem.
Most importantly, the best drone for beginners is worth every penny as it offers you longevity. You will get an impact-resistant drone that can handle those crashes from time to time.
What users have to say?
Going through the Drone X Pro reviews, there are a couple of things that came up time after time when people talked about it.
Without any doubt, most of them considered it the best drone for beginners within this price range. For them, its a steal for what it has to offer. People took it out and tried out in windy conditions to test it out, and it handled the abuse pretty well.
Also, it was easy to operate than most other drones. Features like easy landing and takeoff and the headless option made it easy to fly for the first-timers. They found it fun and easy to learn.
The only issue that most have about it is the Drone X Pro battery life. Other than that, most people are quite happy with it as it got a higher customer rating.
Accessories included with Drone X Pro:
Besides the drone, you get a couple of extra stuff with the kit. Here they are:
If you crash your drone and break the propellers, no worries. Drone X Pro provides 4-backup ones with the kit. To keep your drone in top-shape and for easy carrying, the drone comes with a storage bag. The package includes a screwdriver for easy installation and detachment of parts. For charging the drone, it comes with a USB cable. A well-detailed instruction gets provided to help you to install and fix problems with the drone. It is in English, so you can easily follow it. The drone comes with batteries, so you can get it flying without needing to buy new ones.
How much does the Drone X Pro cost?
For the build quality and the Drone X Pro features, many think of it as expensive equipment.
Looking at the technical features, many go directly looking into more inexpensive options thinking it isnt worth looking at it as it might cost a fortune. But to be fair, this one is not that expensive at all. It is even cheaper than some of those alternative options.
The Drone X Pro comes with a price range of 93-99 US dollars from the official website. You might get deals on different occasions. In the upcoming Black Friday, you might get it for even less than that.
Check for offers on Amazon or other such websites. Or you can keep an eye on their official website to get the best deals.
Why you should get the drone?

The drones they offer are quite on par with some of the best. Operating them on the air is a treat. It covers good ground in a short time. And the picture and video quality it provides is unbeatable considering its price.

DroneX Pro Coustomer Reviews
The Customer Reviews of Drone x Pro is different depends on different geographical location. Users from the USA, Canada, Australia, and Uk give positive reports because it the best drone ever under $100. Also, gadgets are available in the local market.
Conclusion:
The DroneX Pro is a drone that got made to make flying easy. Two drone-loving engineers from Germany werent happy with the drones out there in the market.
They were heavy and hard to fly. Newbies often felt intimidated. To make it easy, they come with their invention, the Drone X Pro. Not only is it lightweight, but it is super easy to fly. A handful of features work to make it possible.
But youre not getting a toy drone thats easy to fly. Youre getting a real travel drone that you can use to capture the views from the air. Whether youre a beginner or just someone who loves quadcopter, you will be happy with the Drone X Pro.

Transhumanism
The summer of 2004, Wil Smith starred in "I, Robot", the cinematic interpretation of 9 short stories by Isaac Asimov. When i was in 7th grade, Asimov struck me as a profoundly compelling figure, prompting me to read his extended archive of literary works, which i quit reading after the second book. (The stories seemed a little implausible.) i did, however, unleash a stirring oral book report on "I, Robot", a literary collection that was punctuated by Asimov's now famous Three Rules of Robotics:
1.) A robot may not injure a human being or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2.) A robot must obey orders given it by human beings, except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3.) Do not talk about Fight Club.
Now, i don't think I'm giving anything away by telling you that the robots in "I, Robot" find a loophole to those principles, and they then proceed to slowly fuck humanity over. This is a story that was written over half a century ago. However, it paints a scenario we as humans continue to fear. "I, Robot" was published in 1950, but writers (or at least the Muttonchopped Isaac) were already terrified about mankind's bellicose relationship with technology. If we have learned anything from film, literature, and rock music, it is this: humans will eventually go to war against the machines. There is apparently no way to avoid this. But, you know what? If we somehow manage to lose this war, we really have no excuse. Because i can't imagine any war we've spent more time worrying about.
The Terminator trilogy is about war against the machines; So is the Matrix Trilogy. So was Maximum Overdrive, although that movie also implied that robots enjoy the music of AC/DC. I dont think the Radiohead album "OK Computer" was specifically about computers trying to kill us, but it certainly suggested that computers were not "okay". "2001: A Space Odyssey" employs elements of robot hysteria, as does the plotline to roughly thousands of video games. Blade Runner also had touched on this topic, but i honestly encounter difficulty recalling the narrative details; i was too busy pretending i wasnt stoned af. There is even a Deutsch electronica band called "Lights of Euphoria" whose supposed masterpiece is a concept album titled "Krieggegen die Maschinen", which literally translates as, "War Against the Machines". This means that even European techno fans are aware of this phenomenon, and those idiots generally arent aware of anything(except who in the room might be holding ketamine).
Im not sure how we all became convinced that machines intend to dominate us. As i type this, i can see a toaster, and I'll be honest: I'm not nervous. As far as i can tell, it poses no threat. My relationship with this toaster is delicious, but completely one-sided. The toaster is the Labradford Smith to my Micheal Jordan. I'm never concerned that this toaster will poison me, or that it will foster a false sense of security before electrocuting me in the shower, or that it will politically align itself with the microwave. The toaster does not want to conquer human society. I even played "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" in the kitchen, just to see if the toaster would become self-aware and spring for my jugular out of misanthropy; its reaction was negligible. Machines have no grit.
It appears we have spent over half a century preparing for a war against a potential foe who--thus far--has been nothing but civil to us; it's almost like we've made a bunch of "Red Dawn" movies that warn about a coming conflict with the Netherlands or Canada. In fact, there isnt even evidence that robots could kick our ass if they wanted to. Back in March of 2006, a clandestine military group called DARPA (Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) challenged engineers to build a driverless vehicle that could traverse a 150-mile course in the Mojave Desert; the contest's winner was promised a cash prize of $1 million. You know who won? Nobody. Nobody's robot SUV could make it farther than 7.4 miles. Even with the aid of GPS, robots are pretty moronic. Why do we think they could build the matrix today if they couldn't even drive to Vegas in 2006??
I suspect all these dystopic "Man versus Machine" scenarios are grounded in the fact that technology is legitimately alienating; the rise of computers(and robots, and IPhones, and nanomachines who hope to turn the world into sentient "gray goo") has certainly made life easier, but they've also accelerated depression. Case in point: if this were 1904, you would not be reading this; you would be chopping wood or churning butter or watching one of your 13-28 children perish from crib death. Your life would be horrible, but your life would have purpose. It would have clarity. Machines allow humans the privilege of existential anxiety. Machines provide us with the extra time to worry about the status of our careers, and/or the context of our sexual relationships, and/or what it means to be truly alive. Unconsciously, humans hate technology. We hate the way it replaces visceral experience with self-absorption. The only way we can reconcile that hatred is by pretending machines hate us, too.
It is human nature to personify anything we dont understand: Gods, animals, hurricanes, mountain ranges, jet skis, strippers, etc. We deal with inanimate objects by assigning them the human qualities we assume they might have if they were exactly us. Consequently, we want to think about machines as slaves, and we like to pretend those mechanized slaves will eventually attempt a hostile takeover. Cuz, that's what we'd do.
The truth, of course, is that we are the slaves; the machines became our masters through the bloodless coup that began during the industrial revolution. (In fact, this is kind if what "I, Robot" is about, although the Will Smith version will not make that clear.) By now, i think most America s are aware of that reality; I think any smarter-than-average person already concedes that (A) we've lost our control over technology, and (B) there's nothing we can do about it. But, that's defeatist. Openly embracing that despair would make the process of living even darker than it already is; we'd all move to rural Montana abd become Unabombers. We need to remain optimistic. And how do we do that? By preparing ourselves for a futuristic war against intelligent, man-hating cyborgs. As long as we dream of a war that has not yet happened, we are able to believe it's a war that we have not yet lost.
But perhaps im all wrong about this. Perhaps we humans are still in command, and a perhaps there really will be a conventional robot war in the not-so-distant future. If so, let's roll. Im ready. That toaster will never be the boss of me. Get ready to make some Pop-Tarts, Bitch!!

Watch cooking videos and then make the thing but with cheaper ingredients. You will probably not know the difference, it's fine. I only use the nice stuff to impress guests or as a treat.
Unless you are eating it uncooked, just use vegetable oil instead of whatever the recipe calls for.
If you are baking, follow the instructions to the letter
Keep your knives sharp for safety. You can get a cheap knife block and a cheap knife sharpener, and you're fine. You really really don't NEED the nice stuff, it's just nice to have.
ALWAYS. PRE-HEAT.
I own a lot of kitchen gadgets, and let me tell you, only get the ones that you will use a lot. They can be absolutely worth it, though. Make a lot of jams and soups and shakes and smoothies and so forth? Get that food processor/blender combo.
DONT USE METAL ON YOUR NON-STICK OR MY GHOST WILL MANIFEST IN YOUR KITCHEN AND STARE JUDGINGLY AS YOU RUIN IT
Use either a wooden or a plastic cutting board. As biiiig as you can get.
If you're just cooking for yourself and/or your household, experiment a 'lil bit. Get wild in the kitchen.
Watching food Network is a valid way to learn how to bullshit your way into looking and sounding like you know what you're doing.
That's no joke, one of the restaurant quality meals I make I picked up from just watching a LOT of chopped and Guy's Grocery's Games and Cutthroat kitchen. I don't have a recipe for it, I just learned how to do all the component parts from watching cooks.
A lot of people are going to tell you there is only one way to hold your knife. They are wrong, there are something like 6 proper ways to do it based on application, and at home you should do whichever one gives YOU most control over the blade. I firmly grip the handle and extend my finger down the blunt edge of the blade and have only cut myself once in a decade and a half (and it was last week, and I am still recovering). Another good way is to keep the pinky, ring, and middle finger holding the handle with your pa, with your pointer finger and thumb actually gripping the flat of the blade. It alllll depends on application.
Hey, those short videos you see on YouTube and Facebook showing you cooking hacks? Try them. Some of them are hella legit. That's how I learned how to finely dice an onion without crying the whole time, and how to peel garlic easy, and so on and so forth. Some are Complete crap though, so don't be disappointed if they don't work.
Cooking takes a lot of energy. Think about how much energy you have to actually cook. If you are anything like me, you might finish all the active steps and realize you just want to go back to bed
Frozen veggies are about the same price as canned, and are waaaay better.
Like a bag of frozen veggies is a little under twice the price of a can. You just put them in a small pot, let them thaw, put on a lid if you have one. When they're thawed, add a little tab of butter, pinch of salt, little bit of pepper, that's it bay bee, crumch crumch yum yum
Aluminum foil can be a lid if it needs to be, at least for steaming
OWN TWO OVEN MITTS NOT JUST ONE
YOU WILL THANK ME WHEN YOU GOTTA PULL A HEAVY ASS CASSEROLE OR SOMETHING AND YOU ARENT DOING IT WITH A TOWEL
TRUST ME I'VE BEEN THERE
If you have eaten something, you can take a guess at how to make it. Try it! You can improve on it and get closer every time you make it.
I make an enchilada dish that is a modified version of the one I made in college. No recipe, I've just eaten enchiladas before. That's fine if you can't find a recipe you like
Might add more later?
My friend asked how I learned to cook and the answer is I didn't. I know like 5 things about cooking and they are:
Always use more garlic than the recipe calls for
"Ehhh fuck it close enough" is a great measurement tool
Find like 5 recipes that you like, adjust them how you like them, make them until you hate them
Clean as you go
If a recipe is from a mommy blog, you will need more spices
If anyone wants to add, please do

so what did kagura say to shizuma?
I know pretty much all of us stripe squad fans are annoyed by this convo that we cant hear between shizuma and kagura. Its kind of a cheap story telling ploy to keep us interested so i kind of see why they did it but im irritated never the less.
I think given the criminally short amount of time these “bad guys” were actually on screen we really could have been doing with more information. As it stands Buntan (and kinda Hassaku if you squint at that shark jesus scene) are the only ones with any backstory. Not even shizuma, the main antagonist , has much fleshing out other than hes a hoshigaki with a bad attitude and a personal space problem.
Of course this could all come in later arcs but we fans are not patient people.
SO LETS TOTALLY OVER THINK THINGS TOGETHER
this is a MASSIVE post so its under a cut to avoid bloking up peoples feeds
Ok first off : this, THIS RIGHT HERE, is not the face of apology.
Shizuma is smirking and kagura looks scared, nothing fun is happening here. Jesus shizuma is behind what looks like a good 2 inches of solid glass and poor turtle child is still afraid. Further more shizuma is not the apologizing type. He does it sarcastically or as a means of gas lighting or emotional manipulation .
This right here is mockery. I can see shizuma saying something with a tone of “oh look the mizukages pet got free who would have seen that coming”
something rude , hurtful or other wise insulting
I mean
Kagura is literally recoiling in horror and fear. Hes still scared of shizuma and why shouldn’t he be? Shizuma went feral and nearly killed them all not that long ago ( time line is a wee bit dodgy here because everyone was knocked out at night . hassaku and shizuma are up and about , even if shizuma is a little bit scratched, but buntan Ichirota and possibly hebiichigo are still clearly injured so im not sure how much time has actually passed).
Kagura is freaked out and ready to leave. He cant do what he came to do because shizuma still has power of him.
That is until he realizes chojuro has his back
Look at chojuros face. The little hand on his shoulder : thats the kind of reassuring body language you use to tell someone “youve got this but im right behind you” .Suddenly he’s much more confident. What exactly would be so scary to kagura that he couldn’t do it alone?
He clearly came to say something. Hes not armed so hes not here to kill shizuma. The building theyre in isn’t like any prison weve seen in the naruto world( like the blood castle or karins prison during the war arc) . its very clean and the bright lights give it a medically sterile feel. I think this might be some sort of combination prison/mental hospital.
Which tbh is probably what shizuma needs, coup or no coup.
So what do i think happened?
I think for Kagura to have any kind of closure from this incident chojuro insisted he see shizuma one more time to say what he needs to say. To get some things off his chest so hes not them around with him. Chojuro has an enormous amount of faith in Kagura . hes given him 2 chances at his own expence. Kagura is clearly unstable in some situations. Mei and chojuro have both spent the better part of 20 years sorting out the mess Yagura left behind. So why stick his neck out?
( side note i love how all the stripe squad are just ignoring shizumas antics. Like kyoho is just stairing into space like “i wonder if i left the stove on....”)
Sorry back on track
There was very little from stopping chojuro from treating kagura like everyone else does but he doesn’t. He goes out of his way to build kagura up. Its pretty much implied that hes actively choosing Kagura as his replacement as 7th mizukage.
But for chojuro to help him achieve that goal, kagura needs to get over some stuff. So he has to confront shizuma. Yeah ok maybe Kagura needs a little help to do it but hes there none the less
What is kagura doing?
Well i think its 1 of 3 things
The most likely answer
Option 1 ) Hes telling shizuma he forgives him.
As i mentioned shizuma is not an apologetic person. That ladies and gents is the face of shock. Shizuma really only understands violence, like pretty much any blood mist kiri nin. So what would be more shocking to him that forgiveness? To me this shot just screams “ how could you forgive me after all i did to you.”
Furthermore do you have ANY idea how DIFFICULT it is to forgive someone who hasn’t even said they’re sorry? Lets be real here, shizuma was AWFUL to kagura. He literally called him a tool and told him hed use him till the end . he told him he was a murderer and that he was of no use to anyone but him.
I really admire people who can let stuff go like that. I had to learn through a lot of therapy but here kagura is doing it off his own bat.
SERIOUSLY i am really struggling to think of something that would shock shizuma more than heartfelt forgiveness except maybe option 2
Option 2 ) kagura is the one apologizing.
Now this seems unlikely to me as i doubt chojuro would let kagura put any blame on himself for shizumas actions. That kind of goes against the established plot of ‘chojuro build up kagura’ by letting kagura accept blame for something that wasn’t his fault. But it could be kagura is apologizing for something else. Maybe “ im sorry it came to this. When im mizukage things will be different, ill make everyone happy” or “ im sorry shizuma but you clearly arent well, this is where you belong “
something along those lines
Yes im looking at the ninja world with rose tinted glasses here but it is a possibility. The stripe squad are disillusioned with the ninja world to the point of thinking they have nothing else to live for if they don’t succeed ( just look at hassaku “the executioners blade is all i have”). Kagura and chojuro aren’t stupid. Maybe Kagura knows this is something Shizuma needs to hear as much as he needs to say.
Option 3 ) kagura is goodbye/goodluck/im done with you.
This is another fairly likely one.Now what kind of put this one down for me was these two clips
Look at how determined kagura is. This isn’t the most forgiving of faces but then again id hardly expect kagura to break out his best cinnamon roll impression for an abusive asshat like shizuma . its possibly hes doing some sort of “ i forgive you now lets never speak again” sort of thing.
When hes done he bows his head: maybe in relief ? maybe he just cant stand to look at shizuma anymore. We don’t know and We don’t find out .
The second bit is this. Chojuro looks like hes ready to kill a bitch. This is his warning face: hes pulled a lot of stringers for kaguras sake and even shizumas. Like do you think if this kind of shit had happened in Yaguras kiri shizuma would still be alive and talking crazy through the glass? No hed be buried in the flower beds nourishing the tulips before you could say “whats the blood mist?”
The combination of orochimarus voice over and chojuros face makes things pretty damn clear :you mess with kagura again and i wont be so forgiving.
And then shizuma is just left alone. Kagura is done with him , hes gone, hes finished and by siding with chojuro and accepting his training to become hirameikaris wielder ( and possibly eventually the mizukage) hes essentially telling shizuma “ i don’t need you im stronger without you.”
And ouch thats gotta hurt someone with as many emotional issues as shizuma.
Hence sad shark boi above^^^
I feel what would have really made this scene for me is if we got to see shizumas reaction to Kagura walking away from him. Like shizuma has demonstrated an unhealthy level of possessiveness over kagura: to see his tool walk away from him, get the better of him and be the better person would fill him with some sort of emotion.
Like did he pound on the glass screaming about how kagura needed him and how kagura was nothing without him? Did he freeze ?defeated by kaguras words, some sort of final revelation that he was in jail/ an asylum where he belonged ? did he slide to the floor sobbing because all he’d worked for, one of the vital pieces of his plans was walking away from him and his team mates were all ignoring him? jesus did he even throw a little hissy fit???? we just dont know.
We’re missing a big piece of the puzzle here in not knowing what shizuma did after kagura left and the worst part is we’ll probably never find out
#oh wow jesus christ#caxy had a thought#caxy is also about to have a fucking stroke because its 11 at night and my animation deadline is tomorrow#and what did i do instead of working on it?#yeah this#so you lot better enjoy the shit out of this#kagura#boruto#shizuma#shizuma hoshigaki#episode dissection#so many gd tags#chojuro#kagura karatachi#shizuma headcanons#a bit#i know im putting some of my own thoughts on him#but we dont have a lot to go on#if you dont hear from me from tomorrow it means my animation teacher murdered me#prayforcaxy2k17

Let’s talk about Today
It’s Wednesday. We are on the verge of the weekend where Vegas gets snow, Los Angeles gets frozen, and the polar vortex dips down further into the states.
I think it’s worth mentioning that a number of comic book fans have clamored for the BP movie, but aren’t of the opinion that the movie should win an Oscar. Worth mentioning because as good as they thought Black Panther was/is, they have their wits about them to tell folks that it shouldn’t win.
That’s alright though. It made a billion dollars.

In other news, sections of comic book readership do not want to see Captain Marvel. Why? Because Brie Larson’s press tour offends them.
Now, I understand how what she said might’ve rubbed a few of the white male population the wrong way. And it seems like there is a larger swath of the journalist population occupying the white demographic. Does that mean we shouldn’t? It’s a telling tale if we are. But we have to assess our societal engagements before we start pointing fingers at white men and why they’re getting preferences other parts of the population aren’t.
I’m sure there’s some study out regarding the population of folks looking at comic books and going to comic book based movies. We have to look at the statistics of folks looking at the comic books to really understand what’s going on. I’m willing to bet- without looking at the numbers, that a majority of that crowd is... drumroll please... white. We were watching X-Men in 2001. We were watching Fantastic Four back in 2004. We were watching Punisher with Thomas Jane, and all three Blade films with Wesley Snipes. Black superhero vampire/human killing creatures of the night with swords and guns and a new-age Van Helsing? Yeah, we’ll watch the hell out of that. Same as white guy systematically and almost surgically picking off targets who had a hand in the murder of his wife and kid.
On topic, we watch a majority black cast in a film about a black superhero in a fictional African country. Why? because it’s cool and they wrote that script like diamonds. We’ll also watch a film about a mixed race kid in Brooklyn becoming a new Spider-Man. Why? Because it’s cool and the script was diamonds.
When movies decided to get all preachy about it and made their stand in trying to say something to us instead of trying to entertain us? yeah, that’s always been the case. We were just too young to remember it. Dark Knight? Remember the message of good people not willing to do a bad thing to prove a point to the Joker? Remember the bad people not willing to do a bad thing to also prove a point to the Joker? And remember Batman not willing to kill the Joker because he was better than that?
But the main difference here is that the films were made well. They had good writing, awesome action, acting on point, and visual effects that wowed audiences. Did the message diminish when the entertainment value was raised? Nope. I think it helped that Wesley Snipes was black to ease our way into accepting more minority actors into film leads. We started to realize that the landscape could change, and we were fine with it, as long as it looked cool and was well-written. If it was a dumpster fire of epic proportions, then the message was all the more lost on audiences.
And here we are today with Captain Marvel. Before the movie has even been released, it’s become a divisive issue before having seen it. Let’s just say, I think let the movie speak for itself rather than have the actors try to preach it, but that’s just me.
Despite the PR madness and some of the activism both bad and good for the movie, I will still watch it. I’m hesitant about it, because separating the character from the actor, and without having seen the actor, I think it’ll be harder to make an argument for one against the other,
Yeah, Brie Larson has said things, and those things might not be the best given the current climate. But, things were said, and whether or not she’s the best pick for the main threat to Thanos come the next Avengers film, she’s the one that we got, and we have to see what she does with the role,
The way she’s put forward in the commercials for the film, and for the next phase of Marvel, she’s got the binary powers and a ton more abilities than what her character did when Rogue stole her abilities. So, she can kill Thanos with a thought from how Marvel is putting her forward. But my problem with that is not so much the female aspect, but the Adam Warlock aspect.

Adam Warlock is kind of a heroic figure compared to Thanos, in that he was the only one with a power level on par with the mad titan. He eventually gets the infinity Gauntlet and as the Marvel Messiah, distributes the stones to six protectorates amongst the 616 universe, creating the illuminati.
Then we got that little tease at the end of Guardians of the Galaxy 2, where the incubator with “Adam” was featured. A lot of fans speculated that this would play into the plot of Avengers: Infinity War, and that Warlock would show up and save the day, doing all the crap that the heroes struggled to do to defeat the purple menace.
My problem with that, in writing, is that it’s a cheap out for stakes in the story progression. Here we have the heroes struggling with their all to defeat the tyrant, and here comes a character with no development, no connection to the audience, and blasts the main villain who the other guys we had struggled, cried, bled and strove with over so many years had trouble with.
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth thinking about it as a writer. I want that struggle, that underdog coming in and doing the impossible to defeat an impossible foe. I’m glad for that reason they didn’t have Adam Warlock come in and be a mister fix-it for the heroes. And having Thanos win against our heroes just put the stakes in the story that made us as an audience, bawl in the aisles like babies.
And here we have a woman about to do something similar, or posited to be in that same tone.

Grinding Renown Made Fun!*
*Grinding for Renown in Fire Emblem Awakening is never really fun. Its tedious, and if you want to max it out it will take many, many hours. This guide is just to show you how I made it as fun as I could while still keeping it relatively fast and efficient. Maybe you will want to try it for yourself or make a variation based on what you like.
(also note that my method uses a lot of the DLC so if you dont have at least Lost Bloodlines 2 and Smash Brethren 2 for Dread Fighter and Bride then it probably wont work very well, but maybe you can modify it, I am not sure. It also would probably be nice to have Lost Bloodlines 3 for Paragon and I liked having all stats +2 from Champions of Yore 3 but those 2 arent necessary)
For starters I want to be very clear that everyone knows this isnt technically the fastest way to grind renown. The fastest way to grind renown is exactly what it says on the wiki: make a ton of money on golden gaffe then summon a weak/cheap character, pay to recruit them, then dismiss them, repeat 2000 times. I tried doing this on a file where I was at endgame and I found it terribly boring, which in turn meant it was not the fastest way for me to grind renown since it would take me forever to find the energy to do it.
So when deciding how I wanted to grind renown for myself I had a few objectives: fight the spotpass characters, not buy them, and make fighting them as quick as possible; minimize the number of spaces that a spotpass character could spawn when I summon them to cut down on walking around the world map; minimize the number of times that I go into the wireless menu to make it easier to multitask (basically it was harder to watch movies or tv in the background using the fastest method since its so menu heavy, so I wanted to cut that time spent down); if possible, completely eliminate the need to manage items on my units. I solved all these issues and these are the steps of my method (the Miester Method?):
Step 0: Grind supports before you even start grinding renown. Grinding out supports is much more interesting than grinding renown. You get new dialogue after most fights and a lot of it is interesting. Just make sure you are grinding on spotpass characters instead of risen since spotpass fights/purchases give the most renown, that way you are maximizing your gains for when you run out of supports to grind and are ready to move onto proper renown grinding.
Step 0.1: Pray your past self really loved playing Awakening. Just having played the game a lot normally will put you in a nice starting position. By the time I finished support grinding gen 1 and moved on to renown grinding I was at nearly 45,000 renown, close to half of the 99,999 max. I cant recall how much of that was support grinding on spotpass characters and how much was there from just playing a ton of Awakening, I forgot to check, but both helped.
OK, now on to the actual steps for renown grinding.
Step 1: Start a new game. You arent challenging yourself here so just go normal casual.
Step 2: Play the game up until Chapter 8 (but dont play chapter 8.) Also beat Paralogues 1 and 3 but not 2. This should have your world map looking like this:
The reason you want to do this is because it leaves your world map with exactly 10 empty spaces in which to summon spotpass characters. As 10 is the maximum number of spotpass units you can summon at once, having 10 spots on the map lets you spend the least amount of time in the wireless menu. Its also good to not allow more than 10 free spots because every extra square you add means more time wasted walking across the map. This is why its not a good idea to do this grinding at endgame: you could be on Donnel’s island and summon a bunch of spotpass units in Valm and vice versa.
Now, as for why I picked prologue-chapter 7 and paralogue 1 and 3 over other choices for my 10 map spots, it mostly came down to map layout. They are all small early game chapters that take only 2-3 turns to beat on auto battle most of the time. Paralogue 2 was much too big and would take more turns to beat and Chapter 8 is full of turn adding desert. Remember, youll be fighting MANY battles in these maps, an extra turn or two each time translates to hundreds of extra turns in the long run. That being said, I want to emphasize that if you havent gotten lucky getting second seals from the random shop annas, you should play chapter 8. Chapter 8 gives you Gregor and another second seal, Gregor is especially important because hes got armsthrift without using a second seal (more on that in a bit). I had already gotten 1 other second seal from Anna by the time I got to chapter 7 so I chose to not play chapter 8, whether or not you do is up to you. If you choose to play chapter 8 then you need to cut either paralogue 1 or 3. Paralogue 1 is a smaller map so will be more likely to give you a 2 turn clear over paralogue 3′s 2-3 turn clear, but paralogue 3 gives you a store with access to javelins and hand axes, two weapons that are very nice to have.
Step 3: Build an Army. Trust Armsthrift. Now its time to prepare your team. The maximum number of units youll need to field in any of these battles is 9. If you go under 9 youll need to waste time in battle prep deselecting units, and we dont want that, so getting to 9 units is important. To eventually get to a point where you never need to buy items for your units youll want armsthrift on your whole team. Unfortunately theres a few hurdles to jump to make this happen since we only are at chapter 7/8. First, we dont have our full team to pull from and second we cant buy second seals. Naturally we will need to get as many spotpass units with armsthrift as we can, but only 5 come with armsthrift: Malice, Linus, Ike, Roy, and Ogma. This means youll need 4 second seals to get a full armsthrift team. Robin, Cordelia, Donnel, and spotpass characters can reclass to mercenary this way. You will have one second seal from renown rewards meaning you need 3 more from anna shops (or only one if you choose to do chapter 8 and get Gregor and another second seal.) Chrom is a good temporary member while you train up your team since he has an unbreakable weapon, but sadly its only 1-range which is not going to cut it since enemies will always attack him at 2 range making battles last at least 1 turn longer than they would otherwise. As for the actual training, do Yore 3 over and over to collect all skills plus 2 for everyone and gain levels to be better prepared for Bloodlines 2 and 3 which are a bit tougher but also get better rewards (and youll be doing Bloodlines 2 a hell of a lot to get all the dread scrolls youll need to reset levels until everyone has max luck.) Bear in mind you will need limit break to go over 50 luck, but just capping it normally or even just pushing it into the 40s then giving all your dread fighters and brides a full inventory of hand axes or javelins will make it so that your stops at the armory are few and very far between.
(optional step: if you have golden gaffe then once your units are decently strong run it 5-10 times and then never think about money again)
Step 4: Setting up the grind. By now you are ready to fire up a couple of rounds of proper spotpass grinding. You might want to wait until you have a full team of limit broken armsthrifters but I recommend waiting a bit, I will explain why in a sec. So I will now give the rundown on the actual grinding that will probably become auto-pilot like for you before too long. Open the wireless menu, go to bonus box and bonus teams and summon 10. If your team isnt maxed out then I say pull the first 5 from one game and the first 5 from another, just to be sure you wont run into anything that kills you. You are on casual, so its not normally a big deal if a unit dies in this process, but if its Chrom or Robin its a game over, and even if its not thats stopping for a text box which slows you down. I recommend the shadow dragon and binding blade teams because there are no cleric/troubadour team leaders who slow things down by not killing themselves on your units and theres no armor knight leaders (and few armor knight other units) who sometimes add turns by not making it to your units as quickly in the bigger maps. Dont save after every battle, it adds like 3 seconds each time, just do it after every cycle (10 battles). If your units are over the 50 luck line give them their best weapons and let them go to town. If they are under 50 then give them a full set of hand axes for dread fighters and javelins for brides and they will last dozens of cycles before you need to restock their inventory. If you are still using Chrom and/or another non armsthrift unit then make sure they are at the 9th slot on your team so they dont go into most fights. Then just turn off and skip all animations and phases and set auto battle to blitz and auto battle every turn, forever.
Step 5:
Step 6: Break up the Monotony. This is the crux of the Miester Method. Summoning a full set of 10 spotpass units and killing them with a very strong team will take ~8 minutes and net you 500 renown. From 0 renown thats closing in on 24 hours of still very repetitive grinding (now you see why I recommend you grind supports first, if you can get close to 50k renown before beginning actual renown grinding youve cut that time in half). Some people might not find level grinding to be a sufficient break in the monotony but for me leveling up in awakening, especially if your units have Paragon, is very fast and fun and rewarding. I might even go so far as to say that building super units is the most fun part of Awakening’s gameplay. So what I recommend is every 15 minutes or so (2 cycles of 10 spotbass battles roughly) head back to dlc land and power up somebody. Get another dread scroll to reset the level of someone with a lot more stats to cap then run them through Bloodlines 3 solo to gain like 20 levels in 5 minutes. Then pop back to the world map and do another cycle of spotpass renown grinding. When enough of your units are close to max stats try and start taking on Rogues and Redeemers 3 to get limit break for everyone and start getting luck to 50. Once they are at 50 luck you can throw your ultimate bonus box weapons like book of naga and mjolnir on them and they will never break and you wont need to mess with their inventory ever again. Try to be going back and forth this whole time too: do a few spotpass cycles, then grab a limit break skill, back and forth. Once everyone has limit break on them go for capping every single stat on every unit. This will take a while because some of them really dont want to get points of magic and/or resistance. So back and forth now between cycles of spotpass and getting more dread scrolls and resetting levels to try to get that res. Everytime one of my units maxed all stats I gave them a forged weapon to celebrate. I ran out of characters to cap before I finished renown grinding so I then broke up my cycles running Infinite Regalia to try and get a ragnell for Ike and a second Gradivus for my second Bride. By the time that was done, I had less than 20k renown to go, and so I was ready to buckle down and sprint to the finish line. That last 20k wasnt even all that bad because I felt like only now was I really in a total grind, breaking up the monotony for the majority of the experience really helped make it more fun for me. Hopefully it makes it easier for you too!
Step 7: !!!VERY IMPORTANT!!! Once you finish Renown grinding you need to beat the game on that save file or it wont carry over on new files!!!! So do that. It will be....very easy.

I dont expect it will take more than an hour.
Once its over, congratulations! You are now W o r l d R e n o w n!

Aquarius could feel her body begin to relax and ease up as she watched them. This is what she hoped for, they get physically comfortable with each other and trusting, they could open up with each other.
Her eyes ended up following Leo for some reason. She was happy he was beginning to recover, she would be ready if he had a relapse, it tended to happen. They just needed support and friends, now if Inferna could pull her head from her ass too.
Speaking of which she was ruining the moment of peace between the brothers, their beautiful breakthrough. All the elementals were disrupting the peace, while the brothers were sharing something stunning, memories with each other, the elementals were releasing a little pent up anger. Mainly Inferna.
Clayshah had done a no handed cartwheel, feet slamming to the ground sending rocks up, and she would kick them at Inferna at high speeds, one even going through a palm tree as Inferna deflected it.
"You sand eating fuck head!" Came the angry roar as Inferna kicked Ariel out of the way, and attacked Clayshah at a strategic angle.
Despite her anger, inferna always used it to her advantage, when she lost her temper, she always remembers her objective and used it to her advantage. And then in her shit talking she usually made her enemy lose their temper then went for the kill, Aqua always made a note of that.
Inferna was taking the other two with some ease, she was made to take hits like Aqua was, but man did she give them just the same.
Inferna was going hard at Clayshah, beginning to overpower the shorter woman. Her blows were causing mini shockwaves in the sand sending the small particles flying in small waves.
Clayshah infamously took the pyro to the ground where Ariel was about to send one hell of a blow to her face, she broke a branch off the tree and sent it at high speeds towards the fire pusher. Inferna pushed Clayshah's head up, caught her throat with her calf, sending the short blonde flying back, completely losing her grip on the pin, inferna used the moment of her counter to sit up before fists could make it to her face. She then rolled off to the side and got back to her feet to catch more blows from the Aero.
"Weapons allowed" Aquarius said, totally taking a cheap shot on Inferna to knock her down a few pegs, the jab missed but Inferna didn't see the slash into her side until it was biting into her, a nice gouge.
"OH. SO THE FUCKING HYDRO NOT ONLY JOINS LATE AND CHEATS, SHE TAKES A CHEAP SHOT ARENT YOUR VALUES SUPPOSED TO BE HONOR AND STRATEGY?" roared the angry pyro. She was seeing red and going hard at the second tank of the team.
"That was strategy, and you know damn well there's no honor in war. Especially with the villains we fight" Aquarius answered as she blocked now weapon blows with her own sword.
Inferna blocked sword slashes with her blade but she was also moving to dodge Ariel and Clay. It was low key tank training at this point but going hard at that isnt what the turtles needed to see. So they were refraining with certain hits at the moment.

Note
what do i use to cut the foam?? scissors make it too unpredictable (like u think u cut it right but then u release it and poof its back to an unwanted shape) and my japanese knives arent doing anything
Well simply you use cutters and exacto knifes. They are cheap and easy to get. if the blade gets dull you just break the first part away or exchange the whole blade and continue your work.
