Luck found his first friend in Magna and with that found a place where he feels comfortable and like he belongs. He can mess with Magna and be his crazy insane self and Magna still keeps sparring with him and always matches Luck's antics with his own banter and energy

While Luck helped push Magna to keep getting stronger to the point Magna worked hard to learn rune arrays to be able to stay by Luck's side, not letting him run too far ahead of him in terms of strength

Daily Log

Trying out (probably just temporarily) making short daily-ish notes about things, in an attempt to see if it helps me be more reflective or productive lol.

Activities: Badly carved an eye into an avocado pit with a nail cuticle tool thing. trying to think of better designs to carve into avocado pits. I don't really have the right tools, maybe should order some carving tools. I hate buying things online eeeeee..

Worked on translating a poem into Avirrekava (my constructed language for one of my fantasy species) so I can paint it onto a tapestry sort of thing I'm making, kind of in the style of medieval illuminated manuscripts? I do not have paintbrushes small enough.

Spent a lot of time thinking more about the story with an investigator tracking a doctor who's doing strange experiments and they eventually become friends(ish) after trying to kill each other a few times, lol (set in my fantasy world though, so magic is involved, etc. It's just interesting to think about testing the limitations of magic and what type of experimentation people would do, especially if you own a hospital or morgue or other scenario where you have access to bodies, or good cover for hiding them, etc. Plus worldbuilding religions in the world, what their ideas of morality would be, what an "investigator" or police force would even look like in that setting, etc. Two jhevona main characters in a city full of elves and the in-world politics of that, class war and royals, pretentious scholar communities and how they'd operate, actual magic combat between two advanced magic users and what that would look like (mixing illusions or higher level spells with minor brute force tactics, evasion, enchantments, shapeshifting, etc.) etc. etc. ).

Organized some of my plants, but still need to replant some fully. Succulents grow SO fast, I think I'll run out of room. Also one has burnt to a crisp during the heat wave last week.. my son.. ToT.

Edited a few costume photos then gave up because my camera is evil and I always have that thing where it looks really cool in the mirror but then the final photos suck, which demotivates me to even do anything with them/feels like a waste.

Still chronic health issue sick stinky as usual, plus it's still warm inside from the heat a few days ago so being hot makes joint pain worse... evil.. no energy. fell asleep on the floor for like 30 minutes.

Tried a new oreo flavor and ranked it on my comprehensive oreo ranking list. Mediocre as usual, but I'm too far in to give up now gghj.. I have to just try them all. A fool's labor.

Notable sights: found one 6 leaf clover, two 5 leaf clovers, and eleven 4 leaf clovers. Saw a rabbit, 3 cats in windows, and 4 ducks. Also at some point I was squishing gum in my hand and pulling it apart and when stretched out it would make these really cool spindly spider web patterns. The sky later in the day was hazy pink, purple, and blue pastel sunset.

Goals moving forward: Wake up on time even if I feel sick when I wake up!!! Focus on more immediate projects, don't get distracted. Actually make room for investing in social time and replying to people even with minimal energy reserves. Stay consistent with physical therapy exercises. Plant nasturtiums. Finish and upload videos, email doctors, edit pictures, post the poll adventure thing that has been sitting in a draft for weeks.

Notable foods: None today, but I have asparagus for later which is exciting... my new favorite vegetable whilst on the stinky Nutritionist Prescribed Special Limited Diet

William :

William is definitely not a jealous man. He trusts you a lot and seeing you talking to other people doesn't make him uncomfortable. However, it may happen that this man has to fight against the bad thoughts in his mind when he sees you talking to another man for a long time, like when he came across you at a party where the captains and the members of their squads were together. He thought it was a little unnecessary of him to be a little jealous, but the truth is that it got to a point where his eyes started to fall on you more often than expected. Along with the feeling of jealousy, came the fear and insecurity that you might be more interested in someone else than him, due to the scar. Even after you were the first person who came close to him and kissed that mark, accepting it without fear or prejudice. He's not the type to make a scene when he's jealous, so he just came close to you when you were talking to the guy and hold your hand and stood there close to you, without saying anything. Even when he was just innocently marking his territory, you already knew him well enough to be able to read the look in his eyes and not be able to hide a little smile when you saw him jealous. You'll definitely tease him about this on the way home. "You seemed a little strange just now, is everything okay?" "Yes, why not?" He smiled, trying not to give too many signs "Nothing, I could have sworn you were jealous..." "Jealousy?" He choked a little, feeling a certain blush on his cheeks and you giggled, seeing him all embarrassed "You're cute when you're jealous, you know?" You poked his cheek and he smiled. "But you don't need to be. I love you." You kissed him and hugged him, making his heart ease and melt The captain apologized to you but you said that everything was fine and that he didn't have to apologize because he didn't do anything wrong. Nozel :

Nozel, in turn, is more controlling of you even without saying a word. Like William, he won't say a word but his actions spoke loudly as did his look, he will make sure that his actions are visible enough and understood by both the individual and you. Like for example when you were talking to his rival, Fuegoleon, and he saw you in the background laughing with the other man and that made his icy eyes fall on you without straying for even a moment. Nozel approached the two of you and that was when Fuegoleon looked at him as he put an arm around you and returned a serious look to the other captain. You were a little surprised when he suddenly appeared, without understand what that attitude was initially about. Fuegoleon, in turn, immediately understood what was happening but just smiled at both of you, leaving the place. You looked at Nozel and saw him narrow his eyes at you a little and you couldn't help but question him. "You seemed a little uncomfortable just now, was it your rival's presence?" "I'm not uncomfortable around my rival but confident knowing that I'm above him." Nozel said, coldly as he walked and you smiled "Oh, I see...So what if he are too close to me, won't you be bothered?" Nozel turned to face you and you gave him a teasing smile, only to see him lose his royal posture "If he or another guy is near you, I'll deal with them... and then with you." Nozel whispered next to your ear and left That man's serious, low voice sent a shiver down your spine and made your knees weak. He was undoubtedly jealous and was letting it show more than he would have liked.

Yuno :

Of the three, this may be surprisingly the most obvious, even if he thinks he can't leave any evidence of it. Yuno is very reserved and very closed off. Exactly the opposite of his best friend and rival, Asta... But when faced with a situation like this, he may even be a little more talkative than usual. He always tries to keep you in his sight to protect you at all times. Yes, he has feelings even if he's not that good at expressing them in words. He was looking for you, at the headquarters, when he saw you talking and laughing with another member of Golden Dawn. It caused a "strange feeling" in him, especially when he saw that you seemed to be trying something. Even if it was nothing more than an idea in his head. He trusted you and wasn't insecure about it but, no, please stay away from her. "Is everything okay here?" Yuno asked, approaching the two of you "Yes, and you?" "Oh, nice to see you, Yuno!" The other member greeted Yuno just looking at him, with a cold gaze that followed him from top to bottom "Are you alright, Yuno?" You asked again, feeling a certain tension in the air. "Yes...Come with me, the captain needs to talk to us."He informed, without taking his eyes off the other man, who was already getting uncomfortable "Well... then I'll leave. See you later." He said goodbye to the two, a little nervous, following his path shortly after You furrowed your eyebrows and looked at Yuno, still trying to understand what had just happened. "What was that just now?" You asked " 'That' what?" He looked at you "That...You didn't take that cold look off the poor guy. What did he do to you?" "Nothing. Let's go." He turned around and you looked at him A light bulb went off over your head and you soon came to the answer. Yuno was jealous and you smiled. "Did it bother you to see me close to that man?" What am I doing here? Or. Well. I know perfectly well what I’m doing here. I’m here to meet the man I’m, some day, going to marry. And that day will come rather soon. Far too soon for my liking. Because… while I… Perhaps it’s just a foolish wish of a woman who reads far too many books, I would have liked to marry someone I love, rather than be married off. Though my father deems me of fitting age to marry. 24. I don’t think it’s old, but he deems otherwise. If nothing else, he could have chosen a man who’s closer to my own age. “Is it not?” You had to ask. Because for most nobility arranged marriages were preferable, actually, as they functioned as business deals. Less complicated than emotions. And as such, it could be run like a business.

That’s why hoping to get married out of love, was unorthodox.

“I…” he uttered. “I can’t…” he stumbled. And cleared his throat. “If I may be as frank, my lady, I always thought to marry for love,” he admitted. “But fate hasn’t been as kind.”

A surprised expression rose to you face, as that wasn’t what you had expected. To hear such a personal admission so soon. And him to be quite so honest with his feelings.

But… his honesty would be something you could trust.

“I understand,” you admitted back. “I share your sentiment,” you continued as your gaze averted.

A flash of surprise passed through him.

“Quite frankly I… I intended to treat this like a business deal,” you continued.

“’Intended’?” He repeated.

Which made you pause for a moment.

“I… suppose so,” you admitted with a slight laugh. “But for now, I… can’t say that I’d mind getting to know you.”

“Oh?” There was a hint of amusement in his curious utterance.

“I… Well,” it came out as an exhale. “You have tried to cater to my preferences,” this time it was you who gestured around the room. “From the little you’ve been told. Which tells me that you’re … an attentive man. And a courteous man. Which reflects the… the um… feel of the situation,” you tried to best describe it. “And you’re being honest with me,” you could feel your heart beating. “If you were in this with… anything less than genuine intent of getting to know me, you wouldn’t have admitted preferring to marry for love.”

His chin lowered a little, but he was smiling. He seemed amused by the situation.

“My lady,” he uttered while gesturing towards the chairs in the room. “I think we’ll have a very pleasant discussion, if only you’d entertain it.”

“I don’t see why not,” this time there was an amused smile on your face.

Because… it had only been a few minutes into the meeting, but… you were already getting along.
