BizBaz Club is a LGTBQIA+, POC, woman-owned independent consignment/Boba shop in San Diego that supports indie artists. They host inclusive local community events, but also free online conventions (BizBaz @ home and Doki Day) every month with competitions, art demonstrations, artist panels, entertainment and a charity raffle.

BizBaz recently had to leave their first storefront, which they poured their dreams, time, and funds into, and are looking for support in opening their new storefront; they have an indiegogo campaign running until Nov. 11, 2023.

If you can spread the word, that would help them out; the BizBaz community is currently still small (for an online community) and is grown mostly through word of mouth.

Week#5

I'm a long away from actually producing and selling my product "BIZBAZ", I have many ideas however the practical aspect of these methods must be tested out first and then further analysized to optimize results. Nevertheless, here's my initial plan, the product will be formulated at home and delivered to customers until enough demand is met to establish a designated store. The ingredients for the sauces will be purchased at farmer markets to reduce the cost and to establish a network for supplies. As a prototype free samples will be made and given out to random strangers, neighbours, and friends in the form of dippable tubs like the ones offered at Pizza Pizza. Maybe if possible feature my item at a local popular mom&pop pizza shop free of charge for limited amount of time. For example four months! BUT before doing so I must gain a permit to sell products in a retail environment. So far this dream doesn't bring in any income but rather drain my personal income. I'll definitely have to look into any government grants or competitions for novice entrepreneurs that will help build their businesses. Additionally, I would contact my school and see if they offer their students any resources and guidance to those who want to start a business. At the beginning I don't have much to work and as such I can't do much marketing, advertising or even customize the bottle for my product. Everything rated to the product except for the recipe will be generic and cheap to minimize all costs such as the labels and containers. At the moment I'm one and only employee working for this company. There are many things that need to be worked out such as a patent for the recipe once if have set. To be continued...

I have been vending at their online convention BizBaz @ Home for about 9 months now and it is the best convention I have vended at by far.
