Listen, to me it's about the levels of, like, how realistic it is. I feel like if you have a wound big enough that it can be fucked, you have way bigger problems than whatever godawful infection that will cause. Honestly, you'll probably get an infection either way. It doesn't happen that often (i hope) and it's not something someone will read and try to emulate.

On the OTHER HAND. People will read seemingly tame stuff like putting actual foodstuff down there, sugar-rich food like honey and whatnot, and think "oh that sounds fun" bc it doesn't sound dangerous. And then what happens? Boom. Your pussy ph is all messed up and now you need medication.
