“Aw, this is so sweet of you, Steve,” Bucky watches his mate, and husband walk into the restaurant to hand him a rose. They rarely go out together, always afraid the pack will ask when they finally play their part and give the pack a strong heir.

Being the leaders of their pack makes it even harder for the pair to live happily without an omega. It’s not like Steve and Bucky never had a female partner. Both alphas had male and female partners before they finally admitted their feelings for each other.

Best friends became lovers and lovers became mates.

“I got something even sweeter for you tonight, baby,” Steve chuckles as the brunette alpha roams his body with hungry eyes.

“We should talk about a few things,” sighing deeply Steve places his phone on the table. “We got a few answers. Maybe one of them will be the perfect mate. Buck, I know you hate this as much as I do, but we need to find an omega as soon as possible or we will lose our position in the pack.”

“I hate this,” Bucky looks over his mate’s shoulder, snarling as the omegas at the table behind them eye Steve like he’s their latest meal. “I hate omegas too.”

“No you don’t,” gently patting Bucky’s thigh Steve whispers in his mate’s ear. “I know you like to knot a warm pussy too, baby. No shame to admit what you like.”

“You like it too, punk,” Bucky chuckles as someone disturbs their flirty banter. 

“WHAT THE FUCK DID I TELL YOU DAD!” a woman yells at the other end of the restaurant. “I don’t want a fucking alpha ordering me around. I won’t mate someone only to make you happy and take knot.”

“OH, hello there,” Steve cranes his neck to watch the scene unfold. He smirks as you jump off your chair to pour your wine over an alpha’s head. An elder man, your father Steve assumes, jumps up to grasp for your arm, painfully squeezing your flesh, making you wince.

“We should help her, shouldn’t we?” Bucky is gone before Steve can even answer his mate’s question. He laughs, following Bucky as his husband makes a scene.

“Hands off,” pushing your father and the alpha he chose for you aside Bucky snarls in their direction. He puffs his chest, ready to pounce on the men. “This is no way to treat an omega nor your daughter, Sir.”

“Ah, Mr. Y/F/N,” Steve joins the fun. He clears his throat to draw all the attention toward him. “Did no one ever tell you to not force your daughter into a bond?” you quirk a brow at the alpha, recognizing the leader of another pack in him. You saw him and the brunette shoving you behind his back months ago, at the yearly get-together of your packs. 

“Doll, are you alright,” Bucky turns around to look you all over, feeling his protective instinct kick in. “Did he hurt you? Do you want me to break his face?”

“Buck, you need to calm down,” while Bucky ignores Steve’s warning, the blonde watches his mate bring you into his arms. The alpha expects you to relax in his arms, not to push against his chest to break out of his embrace.

“DUDE! I did not allow you to get grabby. I can handle myself. If I must, I kick anyone’s ass,” you glare up at Bucky who looks a little shell-shocked at your reaction. He never met a feisty omega. Most of the omegas he knows are soft, meek, and weak. 

“Y/N, he’s an alpha. Show these men some respect. I raised you better,” your father tries to not get into trouble with two strong alphas. “Rogers, Barnes.” He tries to make amends. “I’m sorry my daughter’s outburst ruined your dinner. I apologize on her behalf.”

“Pathetic weakling,” Steve snickers at your words. He doesn’t like the way your father cowers in front of him either. “How can you call yourself an alpha?”

“And you,” heavily panting your father glares at you, “will agree to become Brock’s mate or you’ll leave your home and your pack. Your mother and I are done waiting for you to come to your senses.”

“Like hell!” you storm off, not caring someone is following you close behind. You can sense the brunette alpha, whose name you do not remember, behind you before his hand reaches out for your wrist.

“Wait, we should talk about what happened. It seems you ended up between a rock and a hard place, doll. You can choose to mate with that douche and make your parents happy or end up without a pack having your back,” he holds out his hand, sighing as you won’t take it.

“Why should you care?” the alpha chuckles at your response. He likes the fire in your eyes and how you carry yourself. “I will simply move out of my home and look for another pack. Problem solved.”

“It’s not that easy you know that Y/N,” Steve joins you outside, shaking his head as you growl at him. “How about we invite you for dinner and we can find a solution for your problem and ours?”

“Ours?” Bucky looks at his mate. “Oh, our problem…”

“You want me to do what?” you spit the wine you just drank all over the white tablecloth at the fancy restaurant. “What the heck is a fake mate?”

“Our pack is a little old-fashioned. You know, Bucky and I are a pair. We cannot provide an heir, and this means we will lose our position sooner or later. We need to find an omega, but don’t want pups any time soon. If we fake that you are our omega, we buy us some time.”

“What will I get out of this?” Bucky watches you ram your fork into your chicken, smirking as you start to eat the expensive food Steve ordered for you. “I won’t roll over and let you knot me. I’m not some pussy you can stuff with cock.” 

“Doll, no swear words,” the brunette snickers as his husband makes a face. “Stevie doesn’t like it.”

“At least the food is good. This way I didn’t waste my evening on two lunatics offering me a crazy deal.”

“We will provide for you,” Steve hastily says. “You’ll get a car, a huge room and everything you want. We will mark you both, doll. There will be no sex or knotting involved. You can live your life, and we will leave you alone.”

“Only condition is to not fall in love with us,” Bucky adds. 

“I got that you don’t like pussy,” you roll your eyes. “I don’t like your pitiful cocks and to cuddle either. I want a contract and for you to help me get my shit from my parents’ place.”

“Deal,” offering a tight smile, Steve holds out his hand. “Take it or leave it, doll. Your life can be much easier with us having your back. Give it a thought.”

“Deal,” you reluctantly shake his hand, hoping you didn’t sign up for some creepy sex dungeon games…

It took you less than an hour to pack up your things and follow Steve and Bucky out of your parents’ home.

You wanted to move out more than once. Sadly, an unmated omega cannot leave their parents. One of many rules you must follow if you are born an omega.

“You gave me no choice, father,” you say coolly. “I could’ve stayed here and sold my cunt to Brock Rumlow or go with the men I chose…”

“That’s your room, including a bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe. The kitchen is downstairs. We will show you everything else over the weekend,” Steve walks into the room they offered to you. “The furniture is brand-new. You can decorate the room if you want to. Bucky will give you a credit card and you can use it however you like.”

“I’m not some sugar babe, am I,” you look at Bucky. “I didn’t sign up for kinky sex parties or something. Right?”

“No, doll,” Steve cups your cheek. “All we are going to do is claim you to keep you safe. You are free to live your life the way you want to. Just don’t bring alphas home.”

“I told you,” you grit your teeth. “I don’t like alphas. Not at all…”

You spent the last months exploring your new home and getting to know Steve and Bucky better. They openly told you about their relationship, their past with other partners, and your role in your arrangement.

“Did you listen?” your best friend asks as you were lost in thoughts once again. It’s been weeks since both alphas claimed you and now, it feels like there is a piece of you missing anytime you are away from the alphas.

Unbeknownst to you and Sharon two pairs of blue eyes watch you interact with your friend. “She touched her hand,” Bucky huffs as his husband moves a little closer to listen to you talk to Sharon. “Stevie, she touched our omega.”

“Buck, we said that no one can catch feelings,” the blonde shushes Bucky. “We only came here to make sure she’s safe.”

“I don’t like the way that alpha is touching Y/N,” the brunette argues. “I can smell her stink. I don’t want our omega to smell like that woman.”

“Buck,” sighing deeply Steve tries to bring his husband away, “we can’t let her see us. She’ll hate us for spying on her. Come on, let’s head home…”

“Fuck!” Bucky growls low in his throat. His body seizes up and he snarls in Steve’s direction as the alpha emerges from the showers. “I…fuck…can you feel this?”

“It’s getting stronger,” Steve drops the towel to reveal his throbbing length to Bucky. “Come here and let me make it better. I know you can feel her arousal. The bond goes both ways, Buck.”

“It does?” running his hands over Steve’s chest Bucky smirks darkly. “Do you think she can feel us make love?”

“Morning,” you awkwardly glance at the alphas as you enter the kitchen. Last night you could feel their arousal and love for each other. At first, it helped you get off, but then you only felt hollow and lonely.

“Morning, doll,” Bucky places a plate in front of you. He stands behind you, pecking your hair before he knows what he’s doing. “Eat up. You’ll need all your strength.”

“What Bucky tried to tell you is that he made too many pancakes and wants to stuff us with his food,” Steve fills a cup with tea for you. “Just give in and eat his food. He’ll love it. Bucky is a grumpy cook if you don’t eat up.”

“I like his food,” you shyly glance at Bucky, still feeling the throbbing in your cunt as you fucked yourself with your toys, wishing it was one of them. “He’s a good cook.”

“I didn’t steal your stuff. I can barely find my clothes. Everything just vanished,” a whine pulls their attention toward someone hurriedly leaving the room to dash along the hallways. “What was that?”

“Stop distracting me, Buck,” stepping closer to his mate Steve wonders if he should use his alpha voice on Bucky. He never tried it before. Having an alpha as your mate is harder when you are alpha too. “Where are my clothes?”

“I—” the brunette gasps, feeling his heart flutter. Warmth and happiness spread through his body and mind, pulling a soft purr from his throat. “Did you feel this too, Steve?”

“It’s the bond luring us toward Y/N,” the blonde still refuses to call you their omega. Your bond changed over the last months, and he hates to admit it, but he wishes things were different between the three of you. “We can’t give in. No feelings. That’s what we told her.”

“I wanna see her. Something tells me she’s happy and feels safe. I want to know why…” Bucky licks his lips. “Let’s just have a look.”

“Fine,” Steve grumbles. He would never admit he’s longing to see you too. “Just a minute and we are gone. We have plans for today.”

Bucky and Steve sneak out of their bedroom to make their way toward your room. It’s not far away from their shared bedroom, still close enough to make sure you are safe and sound. “Steve, she makes an odd noise.” Bucky presses his ear to your door, humming as you purr low in your throat.

“Open the door then,” Steve rolls his eyes as his mate stands in front of your room, unsure if he should knock first. “Christ, let me do it…”

Steve opens the door to your bedroom, gasping as you roll around the bed, happily sniffing at the clothes you stole from both alphas. You smile to yourself, all the while fixing your nest. They don’t dare to say a word, just watch you finish the nest on your bed.

“OH MY GOD STEVIE SHE’S NESTING,” Bucky almost freaks out. He sniffles, hand grasping for Steve’s wrist to harshly tug at it. The brunette cannot stop his instinct from taking over. All he wants to do is to find the perfect spot on your nest for him. “Look, our omega is nesting.”

“Buck, no tears. Do not cry,” the blonde chokes out as you lie in the middle of the bed, whimpering as the alphas crowd your bedroom. You don’t know if they came to your room to scold you for stealing their clothes or to mess with your nest. “We will not cry. This is not us…”

“But Stevie,” pointing at you on the bed Bucky whines, “she’s nesting with our clothes, and she smells like us. The whole room smells like us. I-I wanna cuddle her.”

“No!” Steve tries to stop his mate from making a mistake. They promised you that no feelings will ever be involved and that they’ll leave you alone. You are only their fake mate, nothing else. “We can’t disturb her.”

“Steve?” you lift your gaze to look at the blonde. “Bucky too? Is something wrong? Do we have to attend a party or meeting? I checked my schedule twice, I swear.” You are afraid you made a mistake or that you forgot an important date.

“No, no, doll,” Bucky slowly moves closer to your bed to get a better look at your nest. “We were looking for our clothes and then we heard you make an odd noise. Steve and I were worried, is all.”

“I stole your clothes, I’m sorry. Since you claimed me, even though we are not bonded for real, I feel so—” a purr pulls from your throat when Bucky sits on the bed. “I feel like an omega. Do you think this is crazy?”

“We marked you to make it believable we claimed and mated you. Maybe this was the wrong way,” Steve sits on the other side of your bed, longingly looking at the mark he left next to Bucky’s bite mark. 

“Do you want me to move out now?” biting the inside of your cheek, chewing on it, you watch Bucky lie down on your bed to sniff at the pillow in the middle of your nest.
