• Giving birth to a baby that's so big, another person has to press on the belly as they push. Also works with a person who is exhausted from birth denial and needs help getting the baby out.

• When the baby drops very low and feels like it might fall out as they walk or stand.

•Having to hold the head back with their hand as they desperately try to find a safe place to give birth. This also goes well with the whole hostile situation thing.

• Being forced to work while heavily pregnant. Bonus if the work is hard and triggers labor.

• Water breaking late in birth immediately followed by overwhelming urges to push.

• Pushing when they can't or shouldn't push at all.

What do you mean by "afab adjacent people"??

afab adjacent can include people who are intersex, sex variant, transsexual or otherwise close but not quite to being the "standard" definition of what we use for assigned female at birth; this can be a lot of people who have similar genital or secondary sex characteristic configurations, or people who have a wide variety of hormonal conditions and levels! it's a lot of people, some people are not afab, but are very close to it. hope that helps! have a good one!

You’re preparing to give birth, things seem a lot more easier when you’re watching a scripted scenario ~ but not with you, you had to labor hard for this moment.

Contractions were coming every five minutes, your water hadn’t broke yet, but you’re hoping that would soon happen.

“You’re there - you’re so close.” The midwife says in an encouraging tone, sympathizing with the pain of bearing a child, nobody said it would be this hard, but you know you can do it.

“Get. This. Out. Of. Me!” You exclaim and bend over, the only decent position is squatting, your vagina readily expanding with each moment. Your child isn’t crowning yet, but you can feel it’s going to happen soon.

All your midwife and partner can do is encourage you and keep you going, as you embark this painful birth.

With each push and gasp for air, you can feel your baby making its way down your birth canal. You are gripping your own knees, trying to find some sense of reality, some comfort.

You waddle around, fingers constantly opening your folds and you try to push this baby out.

“Get out of me!” You scream, obviously frustrated from the pain. You push down on your obviously huge belly and with a strain in your own legs and push, you finally break your water.

Imagine getting into the shower, your baby bump huge and restricted - you haven’t been able to see your legs or feet in months, but eventually it would be worth it.

You have to waddle everywhere, the bump is low and sitting right on your pelvis and you know that soon enough, you’d be squatting or on your back giving birth. However, today is the day and you don’t know yet.

Your belly feels tighter the longer you’re in the shower and your water abruptly breaks, fluids gushing down your legs. Your breathing intensifies and you begin to press into your large belly as if this would speed anything up.

“Ooooo - ooooo.” You mutter through gritted teeth. Your knees bend and you’re squatting, pushing - should you be? You don’t know, but the pain in your abdomen is saying it’s time!

You slowly get on to all fours, knees on the tile, your legs are spread and you are exposed. You lay with your belly on the shower tile, ass up and you are pushing through each contraction.

“Get this thing out of me!” You scream to yourself as you push one hard push - you sigh in relief and the pain is finally gone.

It’s been some odd days since your due date, feeling sharp pains in your belly you can’t help but lay on your back and spread your legs - exposing yourself to the world felt so arousing, but you were preoccupied with the feeling of contractions.

Who would help her birth her baby and make her water break? She needed someone to help her ~.

Any minute now, it’ll be ready to push. Your water just broke, fluids slowly leaking down your leg and contractions haven’t been as intense as you remember, but this is just the beginning.

You hold your achy and protruded bump, your legs slightly part and you’re ready to push. You fall on to all fours with your back arching, your vagina now expanding before you’re ready for the long night of crowning your body is about to put you through.

You hiss through the contractions, eyes closed as your hips rock. You are taking your body through the motions, only hoping the pain will subside long enough to push this baby out.
