کاشت دندان و چگونگی تسریع فرآیند ادغام
رفتار خوردگی نانو مواد با زیست سازگاری فلزات پزشکی از جمله کاشت ایمپلنت های دندانی ارتباط دارد. به همین منظور بررسی ویژگی این نوع مواد از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است . این فناوری با ساخت مواد در مقیاس نانو درعلم دندانپزشکی به پایداری و استحکام دندان ها کمک می نماید. به همین منظور دانشمندان به خلق نانولوله های تیتانیومی با خواص پزشکی و مکانیکی عالی پرداخته اند. پروتزهای استفاده شده در ایمپلنت های دندانی یک ابزار قابل قبول در درمان بیماران بی دندان معرفی شده اند، در ۳۰ سال اخیر تیتانیوم و آلیاژهای آن از جمله مواد مصرفی برای جایگزینی دندان های از دست رفته هستند. نتایج رضایت بخش وابسته به قابلیت تحمل بار ایمپلنت است و این نتایج بعد از پایداری ابتدایی بلافاصله پس از قرارگیری ایمپلنت ارزیابی می شود. همچنین در طولانی مدت میزان موفقیت به فرآیند ادغام و جوش خوردن ایمپلنت با استخوان بر می گردد. ویژگی های سطح ایمپلنت از جمله عوامل مهم در فرآیند جوش خوردن است، این ویژگی های شامل قابلیت رشد سلولی و خواص بیومکانیکی می شود که پایداری ابتدایی ایمپلنت- استخوان نقش مهمی را ایفا می کنند. ساختار متخلخل و حفرات با سایز مناسب از عوامل تعیین کننده استخوان در حال رشد است. خواص مکانیک ایمپلنت می بایست متناسب با خواص بافت های اطراف آن تنظیم شود، این خواص مکانیکی عبارتند از تخلخل ساختار ایمپلنت ( سایز حفره، شکل حفره، میزان تخلخل) زمان ایمپلنت گذاری، زیست سازگاری و استحکام ایمپلنت. رشدو توسعه در مهندسی مواد ، منجر به تولید داربست های متخلخلی شده اند که ویژگی های ساختاری و مکانیکی استخوان طبیعی را شبیه سازی می کنند. ساختار متخلخل به عنوان یک چارچوب برای رشد سلول های استخوانی عمل می کند، و این سلول ها با نفوذ به داخل حفرات ایمپلنت منجر به جوش خوردن با ایمپلنت می شوند. تیتانیوم متخلخل با پایداری طولانی مدت قابلیت تحمل بار بالا و رشد استخوان می بایست چندین ویژگی داشته باشد: تخلخل بالا و ساختار بهم پیوسته تا امکان رشد منشا استخوان جدید و انتقال مایعات بیولوژیکی را فراهم کند. سایز تخلخل ها و حفرات معمولا بین ۱۵۰ تا ۵۰۰ است. خواص مکانیکی تنظیم شده با بافت های اطراف به منظور تحمل بار و انتقال بار در گذشته تلاش بر این بود تا با تغییرات سطح ایمپلنت فرآیند هیلینگ ( ادغام) را تسریع کنند، مثل ایجاد زبری در ابعاد میکرونی برروی تیتانیوم. امروزه روش های متعددی مثل سند بلاست - اسید شویی و ترکیب این ها برای رسیدن به زبری میکرونی مطرح شده اند. پژوهش های فعلی در تغییر آلیاژ، ساختار و اصطلاحات سطحی دارند، مثلا در مورد تیتانیوم تلاش می شود تا زیست سازگاری گونه های تجاری افزایش یابد در این صورت از سمی بودن آن پیشگیری می شود. اخیرا نانوساختارها نشان داده اند می توانند خواص مکانیکی، بیولوژیکی و شیمیایی را تا حد قابل قبولی بهبود ببخشند. بهبود خواص فیزیکی، شیمیایی و مکانیکی ایمپلنت های تیتانیومی با کنترل میکرو ساختار (SPD) و آلیاژ مکانیکی انجام می گیرد. روش دیگری که برای تغییر خواص تیتانیوم و آلیاژهای آن استفاده می شود تولید کامپوزیت است که در واقع خواص مکانیکی فوق العاده تیتانیوم را با زیست سازگاری سرامیک ها تلفیق می کند. از جمله سرامیک های اصلی مورد استفاده (هیروکسی آپاتیت) و (BIOGLASS) می باشند، پوشش سرامیکی زیست سازگاری سطح را افزایش می دهد اما چسبندگی ضعیف آن با فلز ممکن است موجب عدم موفقیت آن بشود اما به دلیل قابل تنظیم بودن طراحی و خواص آن ، یکی از جایگزین های امید بخش در بافت استخوان و فرآیند جوش خوردن استخوان محسوب می شوند. تکنولوژی نانو در ایمپلنت های دندانی: نانوتکنولوژی در واقع توسعه و کاربرد تکنیک هایی هستند که امکان تولید ساختارهایی با ابعاد ۱ الی ۱۰۰ نانو متر را می دهند و کاربردهای دندانی دارند. ساخت نانو مواد بر پایه تیتانیوم و بالابردن استفاده صنعتی آن ها همچنان یک چالش است. هدف از پژوهش فعلی، ساخت نسل جدیدی از نانو کامپوزیت های تیتانیوم سرامیک است. با تهیه ساختار های متخلخل و اصلاح سطحی که منجر به بهبود چسبندگی سطح ، افزایش سختی و مقاومت دربرابر خوردگی و زیست سازگاری بالا می توان به نانو کامپوزیتی ایده آل رسید. ایمپلنت با ساختار نانو ایمپلنت با ساختار داخلی نانو دانشمندان موفق به تهیه نانو لوله های تیتانیومی با خواص مکانیکی و پزشکی عالی شدند که قابل بکارگیری ایمپلنت ها هستند، این نکته حائز اهمیت است که اصلاح حداکثری ذرات فلز تا مقیاس نانو مورفولوژی، سطح مطلوبی را ایجاد می کند که باعث افزایش چسبندگی و رشد سلول های زنده می شود. با کاهش سایز ذرات لوله های تیتانیومی، استحکام نهایی تیتانیوم دوبرابر قبل شد. همچنین استحکام تیتانیوم حاوی نانو ساختار تقریبا دوبرابر نمونه قبلی است. تست های زیست سلولی با استفاده از سلول های… http://.loxblog.com/post.php?p=125
