On the 12th day of bingemas I think I might explode

I've eaten soooo much over the last few days! I got myself a temp Christmas job and I've been working literally every day (bar 1) for the 15 days before Christmas so I've been hella stressed, not eating real food for a while (we had free bread in the canteen, when you're waiting to be paid free food is good food) and I'm now suffering for it.

I'm going to give myself a few days to eat all of the leftovers (because there's a LOT of them, I way overcatered) and then we're going back to keto. Hopefully between that and a physically demanding job I'll lose some of the podge I've gained.

I feel like I do this every year, I do really well for ages and then something happens and I go off the rails and then a few weeks later I try again and might manage for a month and then fall off again. Not too impressed with past me. I'm going to try and make it to Easter, although mum usually gives me dark chocolate now which is keto friendly in small portions, and then see where we are and where we go from there.

It is officially the sixth day of binging for me, I want to die. It sounds like a frickin Christmas carol. 🎶On the sixth day of Bingemas my true love gave to me, Chinese take out🎶. I actually hate my life. And I need to go out for lunch with my grandfather tomorrow so itll be seven days straight of binging. Maybe it'll kick start my metabolism when I fast til Tuesday.
