Now this can be the really easy or really hard part. Anyone can be a hater partner,family,friends,colleagues, or coworkers but I want you to know you can always distance yourself from them. If you have to talk to them about anything never go into personal information or details be as vague as possible they most likely don’t like you, because they feel like you have the perfect life no matter what you do you NOT will convinced them that you don’t have a perfect life so don’t, let them keep feeling like that about you, keeping personal information close if you can block them or limit them on social media you don’t want someone who wants the worst for you continuously watching you and hoping you fail.

Helping yourself emotionally deal with haters

1.You have to realize it’s not you it’s them, people treat you how they do based off of how they feel inside.If someone is miserable in life they might just try to make yours miserable aswell

2.Think about this seriously would you trade lives with your hater? If the answer is no then that’s the exact reason they’re hating keep on doing what you do because I can almost guarantee that your success is what got them mad.

3. For anxiety about the feeling they’re going to spread rumors about you. Know that anybody who believes whatever they’re saying is unimportant anyway. But if you must talk to your hater do so in-front of a group or through text (to have proof).
