Inter-Neighborhood Academy of Magic HQ

I promised a RoM build in 3 versions, and here it is!

The Inter-Neighborhood Academy of Magic Headquarters features plenty of social space, magic enrichment possibilities, flowers, and creature comforts!

Just in case you stay in the Realm past your bedtime, the INAoM HQ includes showers in every bathroom, a fully-stocked kitchen and bar, and three (mostly) private sleep spaces. 

I just want to say this: some lamps make for decent art in a pinch.

Ground floor - kitchen, bar, seating, dining (upper left); 2nd floor - greenhouse first floor, seating, restrooms, beds, patio bar (bottom left); third floor - greenhouse second floor, cauldrons, library and alchemy room, hall of mirrors, seating, telescope (bottom right); and facade and front garden (upper right).

Gallery description:

The Inter-Neighborhood Academy of Magic Headquarters features ample social space, a large kitchen, a two-tiered greenhouse, diverse gardens and a knowledge-packed and fully stocked INAoM Billbaker Library and Alchemy Room. Spellcasters will find plenty of opportunities for magic development and even a bunk room for those who stay in the Realm a bit too late and showers for when they work a little too hard.

INAoM HQ v.1 

This build only requires RoM (and the base game, obviously). All your needs can be fulfilled at this luxurious Realm of Magic HQ. No CC included. Move objects cheat needs to be activated before placement for items to place correctly. 

INAoM HQ v.2

This version of the build includes content from many packs. This is mostly decorative, but it’s nice to have a bit more variety.

INAoM HQ v.3

This is my favorite version because there are some brilliant and talented cc-creators out there. But don’t worry; I didn’t go overboard. Again, this is mostly decorative, and I tried to keep the decor more probable for a magic HQ rather than fantasy fan decor.

Today I bring you Billbaker Junior School!

I had downloaded (improperly, as it turns out; oops) Zerbu’s Go to School mod so I could follow my kids to school. Because why not? I’ve followed sims to work. Now kids!

So, this is my first “elementary” school. Next time, I’ll show you a high school.

When the council christened the new school, Dr. Watkins and Mr. Howes argued against using “elementary” because it made the kids sound too simple.
