Mutated by heretic astromancers and discarded as a failed experiment, this pitiful child of Sourisle now calls the dank CATACOMBS beneath the CONVENT OF OUR CONSECRATED CARCASS his home.

Grimglum subsists on slime, slugs and the ectoplasmic refuse of his ghostly cohabitants.

He is terrified to exit through the SECRET PASSAGE that leads through the BAY OF SLUGS – he expended the sum of his measly courage once before, barely surviving the journey to TOMBTOWN only to be mistaken for a goblin and attacked on sight.

His former jailers do not know his whereabouts, nor do they care, preoccupied as they are by the arrival of the MONOLITH, and preparations for the ceremony atop the SPIRE are already well under way.
