So many angry people in my inbox showing me how much they don't know about dogs. You should see it Jaz, it's ridiculous. Remind me to never post about something controversial publicly on my personal blog again I guess.

What really oh my GOD is it about you not fixing the pups??? I HATE this idea that in order to be responsible you have to spay/neuter your animals. Creed has been intact for a whole year now. You know how many times he’s sired puppies in that span of time? ZERO. Golly gee it’s almost like being responsible with your animals has nothing to do with forcibly removing vital organs

HEY SO I’m like 99% sure this is a texas black ratsnake

I came home and it was out in the lawn, it quickly darted into our garage but was just sitting there. it was non aggressive completely, successfully grabbed it and got it out of the garage, but then I was careless and got bit on the finger.

I released it over the fence. my question is do I need to see a doctor about this snake bite? looks like two of the teeth got me. bled a bit but stopped already.

my mom just went back to work last thursday and when she was walking up to the clinic she saw an inchworm in the road and moved him into the grass and then sent me an elaborate text on how adorable it was and how she’s doing better with bugs

THAT’S PRECIOUS I’m proud of her for moving him!! I’m always happy to hear about people overcoming their bug fears!! some people have even told me I specifically helped them and then I cry because I’m happy

YOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I'M PRETTY SURE THAT YESTERDAY I CONVINCED MY PARENTS TO KEEP THE BOYS INTACT????????????? This is seriously huge considering they're both very pro-speuter. I relied them a lot of the info you've posted in the past about it and they seem to be actually listening to me about canine health this time so here's hoping.

At least until they are 2, after that the health risks go down considerably. There are still risks don’t get me wrong, but at least not as severe.

It was humane euthanasia, he was geriatric when I was there five years ago and what ultimately happened is his kidney and liver failure and arthritis got to be too much. He was 21 in July and one of the best trained animals I ever saw -.-

It’s probable. Romeo is still having a tough time adjusting to his new digs. He’s fine being in it during the day but at night around bedtime he kind of flips out and I’ve been letting him sleep back in my room in his spot under the dresser.

Omg Im sorry bc I’m sure that might be a little inconvenient but that’s super adorable.

Do you know anything that could possibly help calm him down? He isn’t too stressed out to eat because he ate a little for me a few minutes ago, but every time he freaks out I get a little anxious. There isn’t anything he can hurt himself on in there, but I still worry, you know?
