y'know…i can't help but that Omocat tried to recreate the Ultimate Chimera from Mother 3?? tldr; Experiment 667's placement is unreasonable and it subjectively doesn't really make sense to me why it was added

In Omori there's Experiment 667, one of Marina's failed experiments (and the only experiment that attacks you) and it slowly chases you around and you have to escape by knocking down Humphreys that block your path. but like..experiment 667 is REALLY off-putting compared to the rest of Headspace, it’s unreasonably unsettling?? it actually makes a crunch sound when it gets Omori's party, as if to imply it actually ate and killed them. And then it just never appears again, because it gets…crushed by Big Molio??

It's the only really unsettling bit of Headspace that has nothing anything to do with Mari or the real world events, asides from maybe Humphrey. i don’t know why Sunny would’ve imagined this character and kept it in headspace but..sure. it’s just really unusually scary and it scared a lot of players with it’s encounter (that you can't even avoid!!! Even though you don’t touch the glass it’s contained inside it just breaks the glass once you walk past anyways.)

And then there's the Ultimate Chimera in Mother 3, Porky's literal ultimate Chimera controlled by a bird. It chases Lucas and his party when it spots them, and also attacks the other pigmasks because it was let loose / escaped in the Chimera Laboratory and is going on a rampage. Eating the party and pigmasks similar to what Omori tried to do, but it's definitely more reasonable no? It also is a recurring entity later !! I just feel like the Experiment 667's placement was executed badly..i mean i could even say it's scarier than Humphrey for the black screen with the crunch sound effects jfc

OMORI fell to his knee, his friends, TOAST. OMORI did not succumb. “JAWHAWHAWHAWHAW! Honestly! Friends, I’ll let this one by. No deal! Bygones be bygones; I already have a desk full of applications!” BOSSMAN HERO mocked, before cracking his neck.

“OMORI, you and our old friends, go on back out! We’ll make sure you don’t trip and succumb again.~” He got down from his desk, as two GATOR GUYs walked in to escort them to the elevator. “For now, I have some work to do.”

…Shut. And the trio was out, of LAST RESORT.

BOSSMAN HERO took the staff elevator down, pulling out a note from JAWSUM. TO MY NUMBER ONE EMPLOYEE: I have a deal with a blue whale — just deliver something for me, but don’t bother yaself, get a GATOR GUY. Thanks! - J

But he did. Walking, transporting, wandering through DEEPER WELL, he began to lose more of himself. Standing on the bridge, a blue whale emerged. “Ohh? Whale hello there! (nyak, nyak). You look like one of OMORI’s pals!” “I’m here on LAST RESORT business, friend.”

“Please, call me HUMPHREY. If ya got business, c’mon in!” He opens his mouth, and BOSSMAN HERO sighs, jumping in.

Navigating through, bumping into SWEETHEART along the way. She was saying something, but he was not focused on it. Walking into MARINA's laboratory. "That damned pink twerp-" BOSSMAN HERO stood, looking over the railing, leaning on it. He winks, shining a smile.

"...Whatcha doin' here, fella? You lost?" "No, actually. Here on LAST RESORT business. Need to talk to you, won’t take too much of your time, miss.~" MARINA stood up, and they walked out, meeting on the bridge. "Alright, handsome, what is it. You want a d-" "Not that kind of business, at least for right now." He looks at the bridge he took to cross, and BIG MOLIO was there, sitting. A crushed 667 was underneath him. And tilting his head, he squinted. There was a blurry black key. "I don't presume you have seen any KEYs around." "Eh? KEYs? You mean, like, the stereotypical golden ones?" "No."

He turned back to look at her. "HUMPHREY has one. Another is here, in your domain." She thinks for a moment, before shaking her head. "Ah. Well, it is no concern of mine then, miss...?" "MARINA. You?" "HERO. BOSSMAN HERO." He chuckles, winking. "I'm sure we'll meet again soon." He walks away, straightening his tie, as MARINA grew a lighter shade of pink.

Standing in front of the tank, he squinted again. It was barely visible, but it was there. Looking around... something to break this open. And then it hit him. GATOR AID. He blows a whistle, and a GATOR GUY enters the scene, saluting. "Punch the everloving color outta this canister." The GATOR GUY nods, and, with all his might, slams his fist into the container.

...Whimper. It cracked, both his fist and the container. "Thank you, GATOR GUY. I might consider giving you a raise." Pat, pat. No way is he gonna give him a raise. But, he looked back at the container, and kicked into it. CRASH.

BOSSMAN HERO backtracked all the way back into the main area, and he stood in front of the HUMPHREY elevator. It stared down at him. "Ready to go back up?" "Not quite yet. I need your KEY."

...The eternal smile on HUMPHREY turned into a frown. "So THAT'S why you were taking so long for my snack... Alright. Well, in exchange, you feed me!" His grin returned. "ONE MILLION CLAMS!~" One million? That's a solid chunk of LAST RESORT's value... Could he even pay that much?!

With a straight face, he opened his coat, pulled out a pen, and, with some scratching of paper, threw the check into HUMPHREY's mouth. Munch, munch... "...Okay! Let's go!" He spit out another, now more visible key.

Chapter 3

“Just one more step and your session is over for today" Slobodan said while holding Vikhor during his walk. It was almost six months since you found him in the forest, and three months since you weren’t at the safehouse. 

Slobodan and Maria stayed with him, watching him over and taking care of him, while you were on your way to find his family. Brother,sister,parents, grandparents or pets. You just wanted to find someone who he’s related to. 

After three exausting months, you came back with a picture. Moscow is big city and you needed few days to find his apartment where he lived. It was empty, furniture was torn apart, books shelf were all over the place. You searched around and you found that picture. There was Vikhor with his mother he had described you, and unknown older man in green army coat. So you picked it up and went back.

You entered the safehouse and you couldn’t believe it. Vikhor was walking, slowly but surely. After seeing you he froze.

“Абсолютно невозможно/ Impossible”

“Hey Vik!”

“Heey Y/N!" He slowly approached to you and hugged you "I thought something happened to you. That you were angry or something. Slobodan and Maria didn’t want to tell me where you were. Was it everything okay on your trip, wherever you were?”

“It was. And I found something. *you showed him the picture* It was in drawer in your bedside table. I was in Moscow looking for your family but I didn’t find anyone.” Vikhor looked at you, he’s eyes slowly soaking with tears.

“You went to Moscow only because of this? Y/N, this is the dumbest thing you ever done. Don’t you EVER do this again!” His reaction surprised you. It was unexpected reaction from him. Slobodan ran downstairs and he stood there watching you two. Vikhor turned around and went back to his room. 

“Ako hoćeš, mogu mu noge polomit. Kad bude molio za milost, slomit ću mu vilicu./ If you want, I can break his legs, and when he begs for mercy, I will break his jaw.” you looked at him and it was a sign that he crossed the line.

You let him be in his room, you didn't want to make things worse, so you started unpacking your things from your bags, and getting them in their place. You prepared some clothes for later and went in bathroom to take a shower.

You took off your clothes and went in, and after few moments, while you were washing yourself with lukewarm water, you felt someone's hands on your waist. As you wanted to turn around, he put his chin on your shoulder and hugged you from behind.

You aren't used to this closeness, but you're enjoying it. You look down to his hands and his tattoos revealed him, and just as you wanted to speak, he spoke before you.

"I'm sorry for yelling at you earlier. This is the best gift you could give to me -memories. But you could have been killed, because somewhere in that apartment is bomb planted, and if it was behind the drawer, it would blow you up. That's why I was angry. And this isn't some excuse, for what I've done, and if you're angry that's alright, but next time, if you want something like this, ask me."

"Vik, I-"

"Y/N, I'm not angry, I am scared. This is the first time I am scared because I could loose someone. The way you just disappeared for 3 months got me crazy, and the way you got back here and with that picture from that apartment that was risky and everything-"

"-can you just shut up and enjoy in this shower?" God, how much he waited for that, and he got his chance.

"Yes, ma'am." was all he could say before he started washing your whole body.

Jenny 10 AU

Jenny actually uses the freaking scanner function of the omnitrix. It was a cool mechanic that I was was used more outside of the Andromeda Aliens. Note, at least this version of the omnitrix doesn't scan hybrid DNA. I will be listing this as Episode: donor (transformation). Some aliens don't get transformation names, Jenny just likes taking the mission of the omnitrix to heart. This list will only count Alien Force. Ultimate will be its own separate thing eventually.

apparently this mysterious “B.E.D.” is powerful enough to make sprout moles oversleep, which is apparently not usually possible!

the mayor, it turns out, invented it because he thought it would let sprout moles have a good night’s sleep and increase productivity. still have no idea what B.E.D. stands for

he gave it to us because it’s too powerful for him to keep around

oh right. “Shady Mole” here wanted the B.E.D., in return he tells us that a sprout mole with a big pink bow was the one to pickpocket Pessi, whose stuff we were supposed to be looking for

Anderson, Rabin and Wakeman Bring Their Latest Version of Yes to the Greek Theater

August 29, 2018 | Los Angeles, CA – On a beautiful end of the summer evening, August 29th classic rock music fans gathered en masse to hear members of the veteran rock band Yes perform at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles. Fans arrived early to lounge in the afternoon sun at the bars and restaurants inside the Amphitheater complex. The show was billed as Quintessential YES: The 50th Anniversary Tour. Yes has gone through enormous personnel changes in its long and storied history. Earlier this year, a different group featuring 70’s member’s guitarist Steve Howe and drummer Alan White toured with another version of the band to mixed reviews. This version of Yes at the Greek theater show featured original singer Jon Anderson, 70s master keyboardist Rick Wakeman, and 80’s guitarist-singer Trevor Rabin.

The 13 song set began about 7.45 and lasted about two hours and fifteen minutes into the clear evening air. The set drew material from all the most important periods of the bands 50 years of music. The songs included obscure cuts like “Rhythm of Love’ (from 1987’s Big Generator) and “Lift Me Up” (from 1991’s Union) to classics 70’s tracks like “I’ve Seen All Good People,” “Perpetual Change” and “Heart of the Sunrise.” The band also played “Awaken,” from 1977s Going for the One album and a cover of Cream’s Sunshine of Your Love.

The 73-year-old singer Jon Anderson is the only member of Yes still touring that can trace his roots back to the beginning of the band. The Englishman who now calls Santa Barbara, California home has maintained an uncanny ability to continue to hit the high notes so characteristic of the Yes sound. The personable singer endeared himself to the crowd throughout the set, telling numerous anecdotes about the band’s history. Trevor Rabin brought a new more rock-oriented sound to the classical-tinged band in the 80’s and is credited with the band’s resurgence in that decade. The Grammy-winning group has accumulated a dozen gold and platinum albums over their long run. Although Rick Wakeman is not the original keyboardist of Yes, his stint in the band beginning in the 70’s is probably the most successful in the group’s career. The masterful keyboardist appearing in his trademark sequence cape maintained his astounding musical abilities playing multiple keyboards and synthesizers sometimes simultaneously.

The only downside to the fascinating Greek theater show was the rhythm section. Sessions drummer Lou Molio III and bassist Lee Pomeroy did a respectable job, but by accident or by design their contributions were turned down and lost in the mix overshadowed by the three frontmen. Certainly, they have tough shoes to fill, a bit like replacing Keith Moon and John Entwistle of The Who. Drummer Bill Bruford and later Alan White were thundering masters of the classic rock genre. But the saddest missing link is the loss of Chris Squire, who passed away 3 years ago. The founding bassist of Yes was not only a spectacular bass player, but a brilliant vocalist as well, who helped record some of the groups most magnificent harmonies.

But the show was still an awesome presentation of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band, ending with an encore of the classic Yes song Roundabout sending the crowd into a dancing ovation.
