Roller ski session on Grossglockner

Grossglockner is the highest mountain in Austria. A roller ski session will depending on the start point take around 2h30 and is around 23 km long. I followed British Biathlete Gareth Griffin on his classic training session up the mountain. 

This was just his morning session in the afternoon he still had another two hour hard running session.
