Imagine this..

Alpha!Keigo couldn't help the way his heart would leap from his chest every time he saw you, his pregnant mate, waddling around the apartment. He knew you had become insecure after you started growing the chick (as he loved to put it) inside you, but Keigo couldn't help but find you beautiful. And don't get me started on his massages. Whenever you would shower or bathe, he would be there rubbing circles into your lower back or shoulders. And then there's the times he would sit you down on the bed or couch and work out the knots and soreness in your feet and calves. You never had to ask. He always knew when it was bothering you. He never once has made fun of you for crying about the small things he does to help you, either.

And don't get me started on Alpha!Keigo, who, after a while of massaging your poor feet, runs his hands up your legs until they find comfort in your panties. He was positive he wouldn't let anything happen to you if you let him fly you there, but you refused. So Keigo sucked up his own discomfort and scrunched himself up into the vehicle.

Alpha!Keigo stays by your side, glaring and growling ever so often as he stands by your side in the hospital room. He would do well cooing at you and pumping out a comforting scent when you would whine from the pain. But when the doctor came into the room and announced an emergency C-section, Keigos' heart dropped into his stomach. "What do you mean I have to leave?" And "Is something wrong with my mate or chick?" Keigo feels a little better after the doctor informs him that he can stay in the room during the operation.

Alpha!Keigo can not make himself look at the actual procedure. He can only will himself to grip your hand and comfort you. He spreads kisses along your sweaty forhead and cheeks to calm your nerves. He's relieved you're numbed from the waist down, but he wishes he could take away your nerves and anxiety. All of the doubts and concerns wash away when the cries from your baby fill the room. Instead, the scent of relief and happiness floods the room while you begin crying from relief.

Alpha!Keigo can't stop himself from tearing up as he watches the nurses take care of his chick. Keigo watches as the nurse gently sets the bundle of life into your awaiting arms, and he feels those tears escape down his cheeks. You look so beautiful with your bundle cooped up in your arms. He has to stop himself from purring from affection. As your eyes find his, he can feel his heart thunder in his ears, his hands become sweaty, and his stomach begins to churn. He eagerly holds out his shaking arms as you set your baby down in his arms. He lets out a teary laugh as he peers down at his chick and he feels the two weak stubs protruding from the little ones back.

Alpha!Keigo melts as your hands caress his cheeks, wiping his tears and cooing at him. As the nurse takes away the pup to thoroughly be checked, he connects his forhead with yours and lets out labored breaths. Unfathomable love and affection coursed his veins and pumps from his scent glands for his newfound family. He couldn't wait to take you and his chick home, where you both can finally begin the life you've both wanted for so long.

What is Omegaverse? 

Omega-verse is a subgenre of fiction wherein people have defined biological roles based on a hierarchical system. Classifications include Alpha(Dominant), Beta(Neutral), and Omega(Submissive). They can vary and be any size or gender, classifications are not decided upon by physical traits! 

Alpha: The natural leaders of the pack, could be any gender, and are usually strong, aggressive, and extremely protective. 

Beta: Are neutral but still very important members of any pack. 

Omega: Submissive and gentle, and can be more maternal and nurturing, regardless of gender. 

What age are pups classified and how?

In my AU pups are born with their secondary gender already presented and it is tested through the blood. 

Can someone be misclassified?

No, blood testing is the most accurate way to test babies when they are born. Though there have been cases of nurses accepting bribes and mislabeling pups for disappointed parents. This action can result in heavy fines and jail time for both parties.

What is a Bond?

A bond is a neural link in a pack member's brain to the pack Alpha. It is formed when one is bitten by a pack Alpha. The pack Alpha can feel all the emotions going through each of their pack and see who needs his help. The pack Alpha can restrict which members are allowed to feel each other's emotions and can close and open the bond at will. They can also allow each member to open and close off their side of the bond if they choose to. It depends on the type of Alpha they are and how much control they want over their pack. 

Children are born with the bond in place to their biological parents but it can wither away and die if not neutered correctly.

What is the difference between a pack and a bonded pack? 

Packs are groups of people who trust each other and allow more intimate types of affection with pack members. For example if a close friend group of friends at school that consider themselves a pack they will do things like grooming one, another scenting/marking, and build nests together. This type of pack does not require a bite to join and can dissolve at any time.

Bonded packs require a bite to enter and are often considered permanent. While not impossible to leave, joining a bonded pack is a serious decision and not taken lightly. To leave this pack a member must be let out by the pack Alpha. 

There are ways to break abusive bonds without the Alpha’s permission if the bond has withered away enough on the members side. A healthy bond is almost impossible to break and not recommended as it can cause harsh physical and mental effects to the pack member.

What are claims/bites and why are they so important?

A claim is when one person bites someone else to claim them as their own. This can be done by any gender and classification. And can be done against someone's will but a claim will be stronger if the other person accepts it/wants it. 

Romantic: Biting the scent gland signifies claiming someone as a mate.

Neutral: Biting anywhere on the body to enter a relationship/pack/bonded pack.

Parental: Biting a pup anywhere on the body to form a bond and claim them as their child. Will cause the pup to imprint onto them.

Not every claim equals a bond; some claims are just superficial and leave behind the scent of the claimer to deter outsiders. 

A claiming bite will meld together DNA of biter and the one being bit. Leaving the scent of the claimer permanently embedded on the claimed, so that other people will recognize a second scent and know they are claimed. 

What is Scruffing?

Scruffing is the act of biting or squeezing the glands at the base of every Omega’s and pup's necks. Once the glands are pressed, either through biting or squeezing, the omega is left in an almost paralyzed and vulnerable state with limited access to their senses and bodily functions relying heavily on their base instincts and pack until it wears off. Usually used to calm down panicking or misbehaving Omegas/pups. Most effective and a strongest result if the glands are bit.

Scruffing omegas outside your pack is illegal, while scuffing other children outside your pack can be considered acceptable depending on the circumstance, doing the same to an unwilling omega is assault. 

What is a Drop?

A drop is when an outside action/environmental issue causes the hormones in a person's body to rapidly drop. It pushes them into a state where they can only access their base instincts. They can only recognize people they have bonded with. And often lash out or are afraid of those around them. 

They need the care of bonded pack members to help them get out of it naturally or are sedated until their hormones rise back to a stable level.

This should be hard to do. A healthy person will not drop easily but someone who is not taking care of themselves or doing things like suppressing their instincts can cause drops. Along with things like pack separations and stress.

What is an Alpha Command?

An Alpha command is a sort of power all Alphas have over Betas and Omegas. It is the ability to use a tone of voice to command them to do what they want. The stronger the Alpha the harder it is for them to resist. 

What is a Heat/Training Heat?

A Heat Cycle is a period of time where an omega goes into a state of heat and wants to be mated and impregnated. They usually experience fever/flu-like symptoms and are in a daze until they get what they want or wait it out. Is usually a period of 1-2 weeks and comes with severe pain in the abdomen/uterus. 

A Training Heat is a premature form of heat that is not yet sexual in nature. It is simply a time for a young omega to get accustomed to the symptoms of heat and aware of what is going to happen in the future. They will experience fever and daze along with mild cramping. 

Training heats are often spent with parents strengthening their bond with their child. Adoptive parents eagerly await the arrival of their young omegas training heat because of the sensitive nature it brings out of even the most stubborn of pups. This time, especially the first one, can be used to permanently imprint a child onto a new caregiver. The daze of heat makes omega pups much more susceptible to imprinting.

What are Scents?

Scents are pheromones every Alpha, Beta, and Omega have. These scents vary from person to person and have no relation to which classification a person has.

Hello! I hope you've had a good day! I was thinking of joining the Spring Fever collab! However, I do have a question: I was wondering, if a/b/o / omegaverse and x reader/oc are the only real requirement for the story in terms of genre?

I have a thing for Fantasy AUs and I would love to incorperate fantastical elements, apart from what the theme already establishes. Or maybe even have a fandom crossover, like BNHA characters in a Final Fantasy universe or something.

I'd still be interested, even if that's not welcome, but I just wanted to make sure, before putting love into a piece that I cannot hand in😌

I am also wondering if we need to post the story on our blogs, or if Ao3 would also be okay?

Hello hello everyone! I am slowly getting back into roleplay after being out of grad school. I love to roleplay and want to get back into it. I have many ships and fandoms. I also love Oc x Oc in either fandom or fandomless. This will constantly be updating as I weave in and out of fandoms. Right now I am really wanting to just do BHNA.

Three weeks, three damn weeks was way too long to be away from your mate, but as a Pro Hero you know that life isn’t always going to be fair to you. You had been needed in another city due to a minor crisis with their own local Pros and of course you couldn’t say no. Your mate knew you couldn’t decline and was proud and encouraging as always, despite the sadness you could already see in his eyes that you two would be apart. You of course called him every morning and night to talk about your days and assure the other was alright, but it was so not the same as being together.

There was a silver lining, however, and that you were hanging onto as you got back to the apartment and slowly unlocked the door. They had been predicting you were going to be there for two months so when you could go home after three weeks instead you were jumping at it. Of course you made 100% sure they would be fine, but once you were certain you were out the door and on your way home! You had not told Izuku, however, that you were on your way back when you had called him that morning as you wanted it to be a surprise. Asking about what he would be doing that day at the time you were very pleased to learn he had a couple days off so would be running errands.

So when you stepped into the empty apartment you were not completely surprised and knew he would be back soon as it was late afternoon by now. Taking a deep breath you would finally feel yourself relaxing more, having been so tense while out of town, the sweet scent of your mate permeating the space and filling your nose with each breath. Moving through after taking off and picking up your shoes you would slip to the bedroom first, putting your bag against the wall to be put away later, your shoes in the closet. You would then grab some fresh clothes, a simple pair of sweat pants, before heading to the bathroom.

A quick shower was definitely in order, getting the feel and smell of travel off of your body and the scent blocker you usually used while working, making sure every inch was clean for your love. Once done you would dry and pull on the pair of sweats, leaving your torso bare as you were a bit warm and making sure your dirty clothing was in the hamper properly. Making your way back to the living room you would be about to settle on the couch when you heard the door opening and you could feel your lips twitching to a smile.

Izuku was home and though you could not see it from where you stood just around the corner his nose was twitching the second he walked in. A couple bags of groceries in his hands he would set them down, guard up as another scent was in the apartment, but it was so familiar. He swore it was yours, but you were going to be gone another five weeks, weren’t you? Carefully he would move around the corner, ready to defend himself if needed, but that was changing soon as he stepped in. Eyes falling on your smiling face he could feel his heart pound, not even realizing as he was tearing up, “Y/n?...Y/n!” He near shout as he was tripping over his feet to get to you, nose and face burying into your shoulder as he press close as he can, arms around your torso.

You were about a head taller than your mate and a deep chuckle would leave you as you pull him close. Nuzzling the top of his head gently you would just spend the next few moments taking in each others scent and the feel of your bodies together again. Izuku sniffling you could feel him shaking some in your arms, “I missed you” you heard him whisper and you would hum softly, “I missed you too Zu,” One hand shifting to cup his cheek you would coax him to look at you as your thumb brushed away the tears, “I’m home” you assure before you were pressing a deep kiss to his lips.

Mouths moving against each other in a slow, passionate dance you could feel him gripping at your back tighter as your hands shift to his hips. Fingers massaging into the muscle there your nose twitch as you caught his fresh scent seeming to suddenly permeate the air. There was the slightest sweetness to it and you would nearly shutter, knowing it meant his heat would be coming in the next week or so. That thought only strengthened as he shifted and you felt his groin against your leg and him grind ever so slightly, a whimper falling from his lips as you broke the kiss, “Sorry…” he would begin to say, but your hands sliding to his ass silenced the rest

“Seems I got home at just the right time” you say gently, lips ghosting over his cheek and to his neck where you would nuzzle the deep mark you had left there over a year ago, just above the scent gland, and would give it a soft nip. You could feel him shudder in your arms, grinding again more firmly against your leg as more of that scent filled the air, “I need you…” he whine softly as you felt your own cock beginning to stir in your sweats. Nipping the mark again you would then give it a firm lick, loving the feel of him trying to press even closer as you chuckled, “Easy baby, I got you” you murmur as you give his ass a squeeze.

Pulling back from him you had to coax his grip to loosen, “Come on, I can’t help you strip if you don’t let go” you remind him, pecking his lips a few times before he shakily did as asked. Your hands ghosting up his sides you would have his shirt off moments later, eyes taking in his form and rememorizing every detail as you shift to his jeans. Once the button and zipper were undone you would yank them and his boxers down, hands returning to his hips as he kick the garments fully off. His own hands sliding up your arms again you could see the need in his eyes growing before you were looking him over again.
