Pišući u poslednjoj objavi o tome kako nam se govori da je *sve okej*, dotakla sam se važne teme. U želji da sebi pomognemo grčevito se držimo filozofije nežnosti prema sebi i onda kada bi trebalo da budemo oštriji, ne uspevajući više da vidimo razliku između onoga šta zaista jeste ili nije okej. Ova žena me je podsetila na to šta znači kritički razmišljati o sebi i o svetu, i vratila mi poverenje u samu sebe: da, pogrešila sam, ali imam sposobnosti da to i promenim. U tome se nalazi moć, a ne u tome da tetošimo sebe sa "nema veze" odmahivanjem ruke na sve što nam se ne dopada kod nas samih. Takvo razmišljanje nas zapravo vodi ka samopreziru, jer ako smo takvi, nepromenljivi, onda ćemo se uvek sretati sa istim, razočaravajućim ishodima. Odmah da vam kažem, mnogo toga vam se neće svideti ni na profilu ove žene. I sama sam bila jedna od onih koja ju je uvređeno otpratila, da bih je ubrzo posle opet zapratila, jer sam htela svoju dozu @bezsecera. U redu je da nam nekada bude neprijatno, tako se raste, tako se postaje bolji. Možete to da podnesete, dovoljno ste snažni. Zato, ne plašite se i zapratite svi, baš svi, ovu fantastičnu ženu. Ako vam je dosta pozitivne psihologije, ako imate osećaj da uzalud pokušavate da zavolite sebe, ova žena će vam pomoći da pogledate svet oko sebe drugim očima. Unicorn breakfast bowl!! 🦄😄 aka how to make breakfast extra fun! These new cookie cutters I got really put a smile on my face. This breakfast bowl is #glutenfree #sugarfree and #dairyfree ooof and it still tastes good! To make it I just cooked a sweet potato (cubed to make it cook quickly) and then blended it with some coconut milk! Sprinkle with cinnamon, add some nuts and walnut butter and of course, stick a little #unicorncookie on top!
